ATTENTION: CANCELLATION POLICIES Non refundable rate: won't be refounded under any circunstances. Standard rate: You can cancel without any charges up to 48h prior to arrival. The stablishment may charge the first night of your stay to guarantee your booking, in case of rejected card, we will contact you to provide new payment method. In case of fail of providing new valid payment method after 24 hrs , we will cancel the booking. No show: In case of no show or late cancellation, the amount of the first night will be charged. We accept this credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Respecting the local laws, people under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by adults or do not have the authorization of father, mother or tutor are not permitted to make reservations. Will be required the valid document (identity card or passport) to register your stay at hostel. Children under 18 are only allowed to accommodate if they are accompanied by a responsible adult. No child can stay in shared rooms with adults if they are not a part of its group or are a part of the family. Important: For the key and the towel we ask 5€ cash deposit each. Each towel has a cost of 1€ but it is included in private rooms. At the departure the 10 will be returned if the towel and key are returned intact. The prices given include taxes. Check out is at 12 pm. If you do not leave the room at that time you can be charged of total amount of your key/towell deposit ATTENTION: During special events like Fallas (15th-19th March), La Tomatina (28th August-30th August) and Moto GP (24th-26th November), and also the nonrefundable bookings, special conditions of payments and cancellations will be applied. After the reservation, a link will be sent to make the payment through a payment gateway, in a totally comfortable and safe way. No payments will be accepted by any other method. Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted, the cancellation or modification of reservation will carry 100% of expenses. Upon arrival a deposit will be requested for towel and keys.
