Stayed 4 nights recently at this property and to my surprise, my room was not cleaned at all for all 4 nights I stayed. I know that they have a every other day housekeeping policy, but after the second night, I went to complain at the front desk but the lady at the front desk says they are short staff and asked me to file a complaint direct to the GM. I thought we may get a cleaning on the third day, but nothing, and again on the forth day. In the morning, I do see housekeeping staff working on my floor, but being short staff does not mean no cleaning at all. This is the first time this had ever happened, and to me and to my family, this is not acceptable for a hotel chain that has a Hilton name attached to it.

The breakfast was the best I've had, much better than just fruit and cereal bars to go. This was full plates, warm food, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juice, fruit, yogurt etc. Very friendly staff helping with the buffet style setup. They were always friendly when I needed change for the laundry facilities. Nothing ever seemed to be a bother. I even extended my stay and the person helping me was so nice and gave me clear instructions on how to rebook and keep the same room to avoid moving all our belongings. Great place!
