Really dirty. Construction debris everywhere including the rooms. Bathroom door didn't close. No aitomatic doors for pwople in wheelchairs and on crutches.The counter guy watched me struggle with the luggage cart in the door for several minutes and didnt help. No breakfast, only bad coffee

No bathroom in lobby. Vending and ice machine out of order in lobby. Overall stay was excellent.

It’s fine - about what you would expect. It was 90+ degrees over Memorial Day Weekend and the pool was closed. There was no pool furniture in place, so it was obvious the pool wasn’t unexpectedly closed due to a mechanical failure. This wasn’t communicated online during the reservation process. Very disappointing.

The lobby appeared to have been recently remodeled (nice, bright, clean) but only a small sofa for setting. Hotel appeared clean. Our room (#110) appeared to be recently painted. We stayed two nights. There was a working TV, a small working refrigerator with separate freezer. Both beds were comfortable. The A/C didn’t seem to be working correctly. Once the compressor shut off, it got VERY stuffy/ humid, very quick We either froze or were sweating (day or night). There were no table lamps or floor lamps, only can lights in the ceiling, *BRIGHT* white. There was one mirror in the room, in the bathroom. The appeared to be clean but there is NO storage in the bathroom. The vanity/sink area was very small, no hooks anywhere for wet towels, wash cloths, etc. No place to put your clothes before showering, to keep them dry, except the top of the closed toilet lid. There was a 2 tier wall mounted rack over the toilet, that was all for any sort of storage in the bathroom. The vanity/sink had a squared off corner and was sat very close to the toilet which made it difficult to stand up without banging your elbow. The toilet seat was cheap plastic and either wasn’t tightened down or just broke. There seemed to be plenty of power outlets, but that may be because there were no lamps There was no breakfast available, only coffee. There was a toaster, but nothing to toast. The desk clerk did say they were still waiting on some ‘big’ things that haven’t arrived yet, but didn’t elaborate.

Under renovations at the moment

They are renovating the property. Our room was quite clean, but drywall dust was in the carpet outside our door. Also, no coffee available in either our room or at the continental breakfast! I nearly fainted, haha. I am sure it will be better when renovations are completed.

The property is is fair and it's location is great: close to shopping venues and restaurants. It has a nice, cozy swimming pool.

It was clean and quite. Pool was clean staff was very nice and helpful.

No airport shuttle. Let me cancel and get reservation with rides to and from DFW. I needed to save money with next day flight due to delays. I did not stay at this hotel.

No hot water. No smoke alarm. The tube was not clean, it had someone else hair in it!! The air unit was very very loud!! They say they serve breakfast they only have toast. I was like wow really. The cleaning lady had a very nasty attitude!! I was very disappointed with this one. And it had great rating.

The rooms are very dirty, walls has stain on it. I had to clean them myself so I can sleep. Very dirty

We booked a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes in there. We also had roaches in our room and the night clerk said he couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Hotels.com We didn’t get any kind of discount when we check out either.

This property was dated and had no amenities. Free breakfast was a joke! Nothing to eat! Some toast maybe a muffin and a little dry cereal. No juice or tea. Basically nothing! Vending machine was almost completely empty! No close places to eat. Certainly no places to eat in this motel. The room carpet may have been newer, but the bedspread looked crazy and dirty and did not match anything! The vinyl loveseat had two stains on it. The TV remote had dried food or something dried on it. In the bathroom the ventilator automatically came on when the light was turned on. It was very loud. Some little bar soap was the only amenity. The TV only had a few channels. It was a guess at which channels they were as there was no guide and the person at the desk had no idea of what channels the TV could get. The only thing good about the hotel was the price. I guess you get what you pay for. Nothing! I would never stay here again.

I stay at this location often and the staff are friendly, and rooms are always clean.

The dirtiest motel I have ever stepped foot in, there was trash on the ground, a very pungent odor as soon as you walk in the room, and when I checked the bathroom it had not been cleaned and there was urine from the previous person in the toilet. Just disgusting. I did not even stay I ran back downstairs and returned the key card and told the staff I was not staying there and left.

Eveything looked old and dirty. We checked out after 30 min.

We found cockroaches in our room and I would like to see about getting a refund. The room was dirty. The bedding was dirty.

Had a double room, one of the beds needed a new matress or box spring, but there was a dip in the bed that made for a sore back the next morning. Other bed was fine. Room was clean, everything except the one bed worked as expected.

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that affected my experience. The television was not functioning, and the air conditioning unit had a leak. I reached out for assistance with the TV, but unfortunately, no solution was found. Additionally, the door lock was malfunctioning, which raised concerns about security. I also felt that the management could improve in terms of customer service and showing appreciation for guests. I would appreciate any suggestions on how these issues might be addressed in the future. Thank you!

The hotel is off of the highway but it wasn’t too noisy and felt very safe. It made travel around town quick and convenient. The staff was very friendly and prompt as well! My only issues were the bedding and room were worn and the bathtub faucet wasn’t sealed to the wall (all clean however) and there were a few large dark bugs in the hallways that were not removed.

It took me 20 minutes and trying three rooms to enter my room because they couldn’t get the door open. Once I entered I couldn’t leave because I would be locked out. Very old and cheap furniture. Air conditioning make loud sound that I can’t sleep. Room should have been $50 not $130 a night.

Waited an hour to check in after we had already waited til 3 to check in. They literally said they forgot about us in the lobby. I am in a wheelchair and hard to miss.

Staff came off as disingenuous and unconcerned.

I booked through expeeida. The 1st guy actes like he cpuld not find my reservation. Told me i needed to call expeida. His boss came and the guy from the morning came. They found me right away and the morning guy called to get it settled. Took me over an hour to get into my room after traveling all day. The 2nd night was ok. I liked starbucks was 2 doors down.

Mihir pleasant and helpful. Location is great, close to restsurants, gas station etc. If you just need a place to sleep, and youndont mind cockroaches and other insects, you'll be fine. Please bring a disinfectant and bug spray Nonsmoking room smells like weed. Checked into a room with someone elses dirty socks...they refused to remove it. Cockroach in lobby. Vending machine stole our money. Door lock doesnt work. Whenever we complained we would be told to come back next day. Front desk person refused to give us a way to reach the manager. .he lied about not having business cards but they were on a table on the lobby. Towels and sheets were stained. We killed a bug in the bathroom floor, housekeeping didnt even remove it we saw the dead insect in another section when we got back. Customer service is non existent. This is the worse place i have stayed in. You have to pay to checknin early even if its just 5 minuted. We needed to use the bathroom and they would allow us to use a lobby bathroom. So we paid extra to get into the room. If younwake uo after 8am you will miss breakfasts. Wouldnt eat it anyway because the place is filthy. We didnt even use the ice from the ice machine. We sanitized everything in our room with bleach and lysol.Management does not care because we complained for 4 days and nothing changed. Ofcourse no refund if we checked out early and we didnt want to lose our money. DONT STAY HERE

The motel was installing new furniture. The staff worked very well to make my move to another room seamless and easy.

The staff was wonderful. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Me and my son are waiting on our apartment to be ready. Every stay has been wonderful. Housekeeping is amazing and respectful. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Hotel staff were attentive and took care of us immediately! Our smoke alarm was chirping, so I phoned the front desk. He immediately came to the room and took care of it. Later, I asked for an extra pillow, and within 10 minutes I had an extra pillow. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was great!

This is a nice clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Easy access to DFW airport. The Front desk attendant that checked me in, was very friendly and accommodating. I’ll come back when I have future flights.

From the moment we arrived til we left, we had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Devita - her customer service was excellent! We arrived early & she was able to get our room available even though we were early for check in! She also upgraded us! The room was a good size, comfy bed, clean and location was a walking distance to Starbucks. Denny’s and a Mexican restaurant. Will definitely stay there again! They also helped me with a package I had delivered that arrived sooner than we did! Thank You so much Devita for your kindness and hospitality ❤️

Very convenient area and close to the airport. Great pricing and doesn’t make it scary to travel. Employees are very nice and kind.

The location of this property was perfect for coming from the airport as well as going to AT&T Stadium. The staff was friendly and the room was big with a loveseat and table. Would stay here again.

We stayed for three nights. The location was good and staff were friendly. Felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The cooked eggs for breakfast were not that great but had cereal and honey buns, muffins.

it’s just a basic motel room . Breakfast is nothing more than toast and single pastries to go . No coffee or hot food . We only stayed because we needed a place to stay after a late concert . Our original hotel Extended Stay America canceled on us 4 hours before arrival saying they were over booked . I think it was because they found out there was a concert in the area cuz the prices sky rocketed that day and they wanted to make more money off our room . Even tho you reserve a room always call the day off to confirm your stay . This was a lesson learned .

Don't expect breakfast or coffee,and any drink, or good working vending machine around. In the morning the put a couple of sliced bread with butter and jam in kitchen and they collected it before even 8:30am.

The hotel offered continental free breakfast in the morning up to 8:30 am. I was there at 7 am, But there was no coffee and just few breads left!!!! I even asked them for just hot water, the help desk person said they do not have it!!!!!
