The first room we had smelled like someone smoked inside, so we immediately requested a new room. The televisions in the rooms offered Google chromecast capabilities. However, the chromecast was terrible. It would not connect to my iPhone, or wouldn't even start. The first gentlemen at the front desk told me he would look into fixing it. Later that day, a lady at the front desk said it got fixed. Just for me to show up to my room and for it to still not be working. I went back the next morning to tell them it still isn't working, and they said that it should work and they will look again. Later that night, a different man told me very rudely and unwelcoming that it would not support my phone. The next day, the original gentleman came into my room with me to see it not work and he offered us a different room. So we packed all of our stuff and switched rooms to where it supposedly was working. Only, for it not to work. As compensation, the hotel offered us breakfast and a bottle of wine (I rated the bottle very poor as well). The hassle of a very simple request not being met, dealing with rude employees, and switching rooms mid trip (not at all a convenience), to go along with a pitiful compensation, made this experience unpleasant. The entrecote and metro station around the corner was the highlight.

Felt very safe here, cleaning lady did up room immaculately every day, staff were friendly and facilities offered inside room were above and beyond. Hairdryer, shower caps , body lotion of good quality, shampoo/conditioner, shoe shiner etc. comfy and clean. Very happy and great price

First off, this property seems to have been renovated so it is overall pretty modern looking vs typical European style. The staff speak English and are all very kind and helpful. There are snacks for free to take in the lobby (brownies, cookies, lollipops, and free hot water, cups, coffee, tea) which was awesome and was helpful for us going out during the day and needing some snacks along the way. Room was very spacious both the room and the bathroom. Our room has two small balconies which was great though they are small (Paris standard) so we didn’t use but was nice to have. Room was clean overall (def some age despite more modern looking but not a bother at all, I am quite picky about cleanliness and found this overall great!) amazing toiletries provided including slippers and bathrobes whcih were a great touch! Breakfast was also good. Not extreme amount of choices but good enough. Easy to find, safe and quiet neighbourhood and very close to train station to get to tourist sites. Would definitely come back :) not to mention can walk over to arc de triomphe!

2泊3日の短期間ですがお世話になりました。部屋も綺麗で清潔でよかったです。ロビーでは24時間コーヒー、紅茶などが無料で飲め便利でした。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで親切でした。近隣には早朝から開いているパン屋さんやランチやディナーを楽しめる多くのレストランがあり、スーパーも近く、トラムやRERの駅も近く便利な場所にあります。 強いて残念なところを挙げるなら、寝室と洗面室の扉がちゃんと閉まらないところでしょうか。

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum kleinen Innenhof. Es gab eine kleine Nespressomaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Alles sehr sauber und nah zum Arc de Triomphe. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Hyggelig hotell, stille og rolig. Flott beliggenhet. Gangavstand til Triumf buen. Hyggelig og god service. Rom 402 er litt i det trangeste laget for 2 personer. Det er bare en plass til en koffert. Litt for mørkt i trappegangen ,om man velger å gå i trappen istedet for å ta heisen. Den må man av og til vente litt lenge på.

El hotel es adecuado para los estándares de paris por lo que se paga se recibe un poco más ya que su personal es muy atento y servicial otro plus es que incluyen un desayuno adecuando tienen bebidas a la venta y no son caras recomiendo la estancia en le bis10 por último está el arco del triunfo y campos elíseos a 10 minutos caminando

Excellent city centre hotel within easy reach of RER and metro. Well appointed location and friendly staff. On tap free coffee and tea a bonus. Only negative was the room was stuffy due to an issue with the aircon unit.

Staff were very friendly throughtout the stay. Nice seating area downstairs, We were facing the street so lots of noise throughtout the night, so if your sensitive to noise id suggest a room at the back of the hotel, We booked a prestige room but it was small, Bathroom was very small, we had the toilet in a cupboard. Such a shame as the hotel is very nice and in a good location for sightseeing.

Normaliter laten we geen beoordeling achter, maar dit hotel liet ons geen keus. Smiley heeft ons warm ontvangen en heeft ons uitstekende service verleend. De kamer was zeer netjes en niet te vergeten schoon. Het metrostation ligt op loopafstand en in de omgeving zijn diverse restaurants en winkels te vinden.
Normaliter laten we geen beoordeling achter, maar dit hotel liet ons geen keus. Smiley heeft ons warm ontvangen en heeft ons uitstekende service verleend. Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Tage im Hotel verbracht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber (und ich bin wirklich heikel), die Betten sehr bequem und die Regenwasserdusche haben wir sehr genossen. Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe suchen möchte, könnte man sicher die Zimmergrösse etwas bemängeln. Trotz Upgrade ins 5m2 grössere Zimmer, war dieses doch sehr klein. Für einen Kurztripp mit wenig Gepäck ging es aber in Ordnung. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein und hatte eigentlich alles was man für den Start in den Tag benötigt. Von der Lage her ist das Hotel 5 Fussminuten vom Triumphbogen und der Metrolinie 1 (Argentine) entfernt. Von dort aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu erreichen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Daumen hoch!!

It happened eventually yet I don’t get the point of the free cancellation option if they want to guarantee their payment weeks in advance. Quite inconvenient!

A small but luxurious hotel, staff are really friendly. communicate in fluent English, making it convenient for international guests. Rooms are certainly on the smaller side, but are in a good state. There’s a local train, tram and bus station a 4 minute walk away, taking you to all major destinations in Paris.

I loved the quaintness and smallness of this hotel. Great location could walk to so many places for eating, shopping and getting to the Hop on Bus. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. It was a really clean and tidy hotel. The only fault I felt was the dim lighting in the room.

The first room we had smelled like someone smoked inside, so we immediately requested a new room. The televisions in the rooms offered Google chromecast capabilities. However, the chromecast was terrible. It would not connect to my iPhone, or wouldn't even start. The first gentlemen at the front desk told me he would look into fixing it. Later that day, a lady at the front desk said it got fixed. Just for me to show up to my room and for it to still not be working. I went back the next morning to tell them it still isn't working, and they said that it should work and they will look again. Later that night, a different man told me very rudely and unwelcoming that it would not support my phone. The next day, the original gentleman came into my room with me to see it not work and he offered us a different room. So we packed all of our stuff and switched rooms to where it supposedly was working. Only, for it not to work. As compensation, the hotel offered us breakfast and a bottle of wine (I rated the bottle very poor as well). The hassle of a very simple request not being met, dealing with rude employees, and switching rooms mid trip (not at all a convenience), to go along with a pitiful compensation, made this experience unpleasant. The entrecote and metro station around the corner was the highlight.

Schönes Hotel. gute Lage, nahe Metro und Arc de Triomphe. Ruhige Lage da in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Frühstücken lässt sich auch sehr gut in einem der naheliegenden Cafés. Sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein aber das versteht man, wenn man die Geschichte des Hauses nachliest. Jederzeit wieder....

las habitaciones son pequeñas y la ubicación no esta tan cerca para llegar a champs elysees, pero está el metro muy cerca y tiene varios restaurantes al rededor, no sería mi primera opción donde quedarme, el piso es de alfombra también en las habitaciones y no me parece muy higiénico o limpio.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Paris. Hands down!. Great location. There are many restaurants are around the area that you can dine and choose from. it is Central located near all the attractions in Paris and the shopping area by train. It’s 20 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The arch is a 15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are spacious. First off, this property seems to have been renovated so it is overall pretty modern looking vs typical European style. The staff speak English and are all very kind and helpful. There are snacks for free to take in the lobby (brownies, cookies, lollipops, and free hot water, cups, coffee, tea) which was awesome and was helpful for us going out during the day and needing some snacks along the way. Room was very spacious both the room and the bathroom. Our room has two small balconies which was great though they are small (Paris standard) so we didn’t use but was nice to have. Room was clean overall (def some age despite more modern looking but not a bother at all, I am quite picky about cleanliness and found this overall great!) amazing toiletries provided including slippers and bathrobes whcih were a great touch! Breakfast was also good. Not extreme amount of choices but good enough. Easy to find, safe and quiet neighbourhood and very close to train station to get to tourist sites. Would definitely come back :) not to mention can walk over to arc de triomphe!

Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Von der Lage her gut gelegen. Dadurch, dass sich das Hotel auf einer Nebenstraße befindet, ist es auch schön ruhig in der Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Zudem gab es beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl.

We recently stayed at Le 10 Bis Hotel during our trip to Paris, and overall we had a great experience. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is also ideal, with easy access to many of Paris's attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although we experienced an issue during our stay relating to renovation works that had not been communicated before our arrival, the hotel took our concerns seriously. Pauline, in particular, handled our complaint exceptionally well. She kept us informed throughout, responded promptly to our emails, and worked hard to reach a fair resolution. Her customer service was outstanding and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. No hotel is perfect, and sometimes things don't go to plan. What matters is how those situations are handled, and Le 10 Bis Hotel demonstrated that they genuinely care about their guests and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Pauline and the entire team for looking after us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Le 10 Bis Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and we would happily stay here again.
