Villa 'Bella Estança' com piscina privada, Wi-Fi e Ar Condicionado

Bella Estanca is a marvelous, charming villa within steps of beautiful beach. Castelldefels is such a fantastic place away from the touristy center of Barcelona but close enough to go into town to enjoy all of the sites. The villa had all of the necessary amenities for us. I would not recommend the villa for young children because the staircase would be quite a hazard. We also had issues with an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms which was leaking all over the floor splashing us in bed, so that bedroom was essentially unusable during our stay as we requested someone to fix it but no one came to help. Therefore we had to sleep on the couch and squeeze more into a bedroom because we had 5 people. Despite this issue, we still had a wonderful time and I would love to return someday.

Bella Estanca is a wonderful home. We had hoped to have friends join us for our stay but unfortunately they could not. So it was much larger than we did need as a couple. However, this unit could easily accommodate two couples or a family of five to six.For visiting Barcelona, you have the option of either taking the train directly from Castelldefels, or you can do as we did. I drove into the southwest portion of Barcelona and got a 3-day parking pass at a parking garage near the Les Corts Metro station. From there, I easily took the Metro to all locations around the city using a 72 hour Hola Barcelona Metro card that I purchased beforehand.Very secure location in a small Spanish, coastal town. The unit is literally a block from the beautiful Platges (beach) which has a number of beachfront restaurants. I recommend doing your grocery shopping at the local Carrefour, which is a large grocery store but also has non-grocery items as well.Again, this unit is a bit of a splurge if you are just a couple but this home would be very spacious and reasonably priced for two couples or for a family. The only caution I have is for dealing with the local host. Check-in was fine but after that, he was pretty much a no-show. I have reported this to Holidu and I would recommend that you check with them to ensure that this issue has been resolved before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Estança. Exactly as advertised and extremely well appointed with 3 bedrooms plus one office (useful for the travel cot!). Pretty garden, all the streaming services for the poor weather we had a couple of days. Very professional yet homely. A very well cared for home. Would highly recommend. Hope you enjoy the leftover sherry!

After a busy 10 day cruise stay, this was a perfect place to end our holidays. Very close to the beach, ample space in the house and welcoming touches for arrival.
