To begin with the pool was closed, which was the only reason I chose that particular hotel. When I was staying there at tile fell off of the sink onto my foot. I showed them at the front desk and even gave them a picture. I was never contacted, no apology nothing. I will never stay in one of those hotels again.

The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. The fitness room is very inadequate and small. A lot of little things in the hotel are broken and in disrepair overall it’s a nice location in reference to the airport. I would stay here again.

Swimming Pool Is closed, that should have been communicated. My kids really wanted to swim, I would have booked elsewhere.Phone in the room did not work. We had a sign out our door not to be disturbed and they knocked anyways for room service at 9am.

It was fine. I needed a place on short notice and the location was convenient enough. The hotel does look a little dated inside, but the room was nice enough. One of the elevators was out, which made it inconvenient for me given where my room was and one floor had some kind of roof issue that was blocking part of the hallway. Staff was nice though, but I wasn't able to take advantage of any ammenties on the property so can't comment on anything beyond my room and what I walked past.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and in a "pet friendly" room due to our service dogs. This time however, our dogs were not comfortable in the room (#148) we were given due to the smells of the previous animals that have stayed in this room. The room did have a odor of having housed other animals. The photos showed a very modern lobby, and that was the only part that was updated. The room we had definitely was not updated, looked like it came out of the 70's with the old furnishings and carpet.

The whole entire place smells musky, the rooms,the hall ways and the elevators. The room was fairly clean for the most part except for when i dropped something under the bed and looked, it was dusty and had a bunch of trash and candy wrappers under there. The bathroom tub had mold in it. The parking availability was decent. Mostly quiet and not noisy. The place could definitely use a remodel, there were several spots in the ceilings where there were leak diversion tarps and water damage.

We like to stay here due to convenience, easy parking, restaurant, close to shopping near airport and casinos... rooms are good size, Price is Fair. Property is "AGING"...could use a "REFRESHER". Our room (this Time)...reeked of Old cigarette smoke...Carpet probably Enhances that. I suggested "PAINT AND LINOLEUM FLOORING".

Price was right but the AC system in the room kept making weird noises all throughout the night. could barely sleep when the condenser operated. Hotel needs to evaluate the air conditioning unit ASAP. Also, upstairs visitor was very active walking around almost all evening.

On my first night in the room the cable television didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told a maintenance man would come take a look at it. After 40 minutes of waiting I called back down to the desk and was told he had come to my room and knocked but no one answered. That wasn’t true. I had been waiting the entire time. The desk woman wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any other means of help.

Three staff members totally ignored us for 20 minutes while they had a private conversation when we were trying to check in. We ran the shower for over an hour with no hit water. Maintenance had to be called twice to come fix it. When they showed up, he was totally rude and obnoxious. He tested the water and said that is as hot as it gets. I told him it was only room temperature and then he felt it again and acknowledged it was cold again. They gave us a new room, but the new room was listed for a cheaper rate, but they did not reimburse us the difference financially. When I asked for towels, I had to go to the front desk to pick them up myself. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The manager at the hotel was just plain rude. There was a mix up with a last minute change I had made to the date of my stay that was my fault as I'd accidentally booked the wrong night. I lost my $ due to the last minute change and just paid for another night through the app. The change hadn't made it to the hotel system when I arrived shortly after making the change. The reps from Expedia were promptly trying to help. The manager at the front desk was very passive aggressive to them and then turned full on nasty. She called one of them the R word after hanging up with them. She also said she had that she had charged the higher because she felt like it. I would never stay there again

As always staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean and well stocked. Special thank you to the shuttle driver who helped with my heavy bags after a long trip. My only comment is that staff needs to be consistent in telling people about the shuttle. I called before my arrival and was told to let them know when I landed and shuttle would come about 15 min later. When I did that, I was told by a different person to not call until I had my luggage in hand and I was already at the shuttle stop. It turned out fine, but please be consistent.

When I arrived after 8 hours of flying, the check in person couldn't be bothered so to speak. Never said hello, etc. Just give me your ID and credit card.... Never looked up, just did her thing, gave me 2 keys to the door.... I travel a great deal for my work and there are lots of hotel options....As your front door, she needs to be reminded of the basics..... A simple greet, enjoy your stay, if you need XYZ, etc. I am not being overly sensitive, her body language, attitude and handling was very poor.... I arrive about 7pm on Tuesday, 10/22, she was bout 5ft 5 inches tall, very thin and long brown hair if that helps to identify the person. Thank you.

It’s literally a less-than-10-minute walk to the airport. It’s a bit older but it’s decent for anyone who just needs a place to get some sleep before catching a flight.

We are in the back of the building and you can definitely hear the freeway noise, even with the a/c on. Not terrible, but definitely noticable.

Literally across the street from RNO entrance D, shuttle service pickup and drop off prompt, nice lobby to relax in if you want to get out of your room. A convenience store is a 15 minute walk away. The rooms on the side of the interstate highway can get loud with motorcycles and cars with loud pipes, I was able to be accommodated away from that by front desk staff who were very helpful. Good value for the price especially considering the location across the street from RNO.

I’m not a fan of Indian food on a large scale and yet we were forced to eat at an Indian restaurant because there’s no other decent dining options within walking distance. I was told that this was a change of the Restaurant format from the past.

My husband and I have stayed here several times before when in Reno, but I felt that the quality has gone down. Despite being a “non-smoking” hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes. Also, the restaurant off the lobby is now an Indian food restaurant, and we found the curry smell downstairs to be off-putting. They also seem to be sparsely staffed - when I tried to buy a cup of coffee downstairs in the morning, I could not find anyone in the vicinity of the restaurant for quite a while. Overall, it just seems like this hotel needs some upgrades to their property conditions, and to provide a better level of customer experience and service.

This is a very nice hotel for the price and very close to the airport. Lobby area has lots of seating. Our room was spacious, well lit, bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable. Check-in clerk was friendly. The Indian restaurant “Lemon Lime” in the hotel was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

I would like to give a shout out to Oscar and the tall guy with the feather earrings who works security. A shout out to Cameron, Jazmine, and the rest of the front desk staff for being helpful with details to myself and other customers. Jazmine had a few elder customers, women, who were being Karens and she just maintained her composure. The Lemon and Lime restaurant is amazing for Indian food. Their mango chicken is soo soo good along with the Tandoori chicken. The only bad thing, they need more trollies. The pool is not heated, but with the heat wave having temps, its the best. Its a lot clearer than a lot of the other hotel pools in the area as well. Didnt get to experience the bar, as I dont drink, but the bartender is super sweet when I went down for a lemon and lime and she has really good customer service attitude. She was welcoming conversation with the customers that were present and one of the Karens from the front desk prior, was in there being a little racist, but the bartender handled that like a pro. An inconvenience, a lot of the elder guest are rude and hold up the line at front desk. A lot of people dont respect the paper they sign or the signs posted, and let their dogs use the courtyard where the pool is without picking up the dog poop cus "i have little dog". They get in trouble if caught, but I found that to be rude of people so i started telling them theyll get fined if caught, we wanna swim in peace not stank ya know.... overall I was impressed though.

The good things about this hotel: -the booking page specifically was for a pet friendly room. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen that on Hotels.com. I had to make this booking the day before I left because the other booking I had informed me that they didn’t have a pet friendly room available for me. When I was in a frantic search to find a place to stay in Reno this was specifically indicated as a pet friendly room. That was very helpful. -staff member who helped me at check-in was very nice. -had an area next to my room that was easily accessible to take my dog out. They also had bags available outside (unfortunately not everybody uses them) -they had treats and a dog bed ready for my dog, which is a nice touch Unfortunately, there were things that made the stay unpleasant and I don’t think I will be booking at the hotel again: -I was in supposedly a non-smoking area, but it absolutely reeked of smoke. It was so strong it was unbearable at times. -the Wi-Fi connection was horrible. I needed to get some work done and wasn’t able to because I couldn’t get anything to connect. -TV would show a channel for a few seconds, and then it stopped working. I tried several times both in the evening and in the morning. No luck (probably because the Wi-Fi was very bad) -gardeners come very early and because the room is next to the lawn area, it woke me up earlier than I’d like so didn’t get a very restful sleep -some areas of the parking lot a bit sketchy with trash or glass
