We had an excellent stay! The rooms were comfortable and had everything to make it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting! Would definitely recommend

This property had a nice outside patio with plenty of seating next to the enclosed swimming pool. The adults could sit outside and relax and talk and catch up while the kids were swimming inside the noisy enclosed pool. The rooms were spacious and had a nice kitchen area with a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove top.

I stayed for a 3-day business conference at the event center next door. I loved the connection so that i could avoid ealking outside. The gym facilities are good and the hot tub and pool were very comfortable. The 1-BR apartment felt like home. I even brought a few groceries from home and kept in the large fridge.

Hotel was clean, but not customer focused. Pool/hot tub closed at 10pm (on the weekend), no exceptions. Wifi available only for rewards members, and breakfast closed promptly at 9:30am.

We LOVED this hotel. Definitely in our list of favorite hotels. The room was wonderful and very clean. We loved the layout. My son and I were in town for a show at the Ledge. This location was perfect - so close! The hot breakfast was good with many options. I liked the fire pit area. The room was well sound proofed- we didn’t hear any other people or noise from the traffic. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool during our stay but are very much considering planning another trip to the area specifically to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The facility is clean and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Getting high speed internet for remote work is a painful process and in one of the rooms it did not work ( got me a whopping 14Mbps). The breakfast is mediocre and very repetitive if you stay for a while. The kids have an indoor pool and there is single hoop basketball court.

The rooms are very dark with no accessible lighting. Very nice rooms though. No parking for guests. The restaurant takes it over. Thats a big deal when you are paying good money.

Nice spacious room , clean, well appointed accommodation, with kitchenette: Dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, knives, pots, cutting board, coffee maker, and toaster, fridge and microwave. Handicapped friendly unit, except shower curtain not close enough to the floor causing puddle concerns. Good pillows. Mattress was hard, not as comfortable as the couch. Living room blinds did not close, so we had to stay in the dark with the drapes or not mind curious looks from the basketball court. Upstairs neighbors were noisy at midnight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient with multiple keyed entrance. Really convenient walk to several restaurants and Home Depot/ Hobby Lobby. Coffee decent with flavored creamer and Swiss Miss cocoa, or option of hot tea. Eggs were terrible, quiche did not taste fully cooked at bottom. Terrible sulfur rotten egg smell coming from kitchen before continental buffet opened. Appreciated the bottled water. Juice was watery. Yogurt fine, as were bagels , cream cheese, and option to build your own waffle. Easy check out.

The staff was great but the room needs a good deep cleaning. There was gunk around the faucet, the shower was dirty, and there was clearly coffee that had been spilt on the tile that was not cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Maid only came once. She emptied the kitchen garbage, did not make beds, empty bathroom garbage or bring new towels.

There were dishes left in the dishwasher by previous guest of the hotel room. Had to go to the front desk to request towels and toilet paper since the cleaning service didn't come in the room after i left for the day, i thought i left early enough for the cleaning service to come back and clean the room. There used to be more options for breakfast. I heard the pool water was cold from several other guest. I've stayed at this hotel before covid and had no issues but i guess things have changed after covid.

The room was nice but we asked for the garbages to be taken out and floors swept and they never came to do so…..the bed was really hard and the water pressure in the shower was terrible!! Other than that everything was good…location was awesome!!

Loved this stay from check-in to check-out! Staff were super friendly! Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. One of the cleanest rooms our family is ever had! Beds were comfortable! Our only complaint was the pressure in shower and it didn’t drain right away BUT it was minor detail as everything else was great!! Unfortunately, we missed breakfast! This hotel was close to restaurants and shopping center!

Immediately when I walked into the room, I noticed a smell. It appears that it was coming from the Garbage Disposal drain. I tried running water into it to lessen it, but it still remained. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the disposal - the switch didn't work. The thermostadt on the wall didn't seem to be working right. I needed to run the a/c in order to cool the room off to sleep. Having the heat set at 67 didn't do anything. It still went up to 74. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. For the cost of the room, I would have expected better room conditions. (THe smell was so bad that it was in my clothes. I had to wash everything - even clean clothes that I didn't use!

Living room blinds did not close, so we had to stay in the dark with the drapes or not mind curious looks from the basketball court. Upstairs neighbors were noisy at midnight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient with multiple keyed entrance. Really convenient walk to several restaurants and Home Depot/ Hobby Lobby. Coffee decent with flavored creamer and Swiss Miss cocoa, or option of hot tea. Eggs were terrible, quiche did not taste fully cooked at bottom. Terrible sulfur rotten egg smell coming from kitchen before continental buffet opened. Appreciated the bottled water. Juice was watery. Yogurt fine, as were bagels , cream cheese, and option to build your own waffle. Easy check out.

Loved this stay from check-in to check-out! Staff were super friendly! Room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. One of the cleanest rooms our family is ever had! Beds were comfortable! Our only complaint was the pressure in shower and it didn’t drain right away BUT it was minor detail as everything else was great!! Unfortunately, we missed breakfast! This hotel was close to restaurants and shopping center!

Immediately when I walked into the room, I noticed a smell. It appears that it was coming from the Garbage Disposal drain. I tried running water into it to lessen it, but it still remained. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the disposal - the switch didn't work. The thermostadt on the wall didn't seem to be working right. I needed to run the a/c in order to cool the room off to sleep. Having the heat set at 67 didn't do anything. It still went up to 74. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. Very nice place. I have to mention Daniel who checked us in. Very helpful, polite and kind. I watched him interact with a gentleman and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful in communicating to this man who I think did not have a lot of $$ to stay. Daniel offered a few suggestions on other places. Daniel deserves a raise!!

Lots of kids running around in the stairwells and property. Staff did nothing. Very loud and annoying. This went on both nights we stayed there. When we brought this to the mangers attention he asked if we reported it. The staff saw this as it was going on in the lobby area and did nothing. He even mentioned yeah there were a lot of kids here this weekend. And he only had one person on staff at night. Towels had a weird smell and water pressure was poor. We would not stay here again.

At the time of my stay the hot water wasn't working. So my family and I had to shower in ice cold water. Sure, we could have switched to another hotel but this hotel was prepaid and moving would have mean that we would have been out of pocket. We were not compensated for the shortfall either. Iven stayed here many tomes in the past with no issue. This was my first bad experience with this hotel.

I stayed for a 3-day business conference at the event center next door. I loved the connection so that i could avoid ealking outside. The gym facilities are good and the hot tub and pool were very comfortable. The 1-BR apartment felt like home. I even brought a few groceries from home and kept in the large fridge.

Awesome place to stay especially if you’re in town for a Concert at The Ledge. Walk 4 blocks to the Ultimate Sports Bar and they shuttle you and your group to and from the Concert at no charge. The Studio Room was so comfortable for our group of 4. Definitely would book again at this Hotel.

We LOVED this hotel. Definitely in our list of favorite hotels. The room was wonderful and very clean. We loved the layout. My son and I were in town for a show at the Ledge. This location was perfect - so close! The hot breakfast was good with many options. I liked the fire pit area. The room was well sound proofed- we didn’t hear any other people or noise from the traffic. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool during our stay but are very much considering planning another trip to the area specifically to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The facility is clean and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Getting high speed internet for remote work is a painful process and in one of the rooms it did not work ( got me a whopping 14Mbps). The breakfast is mediocre and very repetitive if you stay for a while. The kids have an indoor pool and there is single hoop basketball court.

There were dishes left in the dishwasher by previous guest of the hotel room. Had to go to the front desk to request towels and toilet paper since the cleaning service didn't come in the room after i left for the day, i thought i left early enough for the cleaning service to come back and clean the room. There used to be more options for breakfast. I heard the pool water was cold from several other guest. I've stayed at this hotel before covid and had no issues but i guess things have changed after covid.

We stayed 8 days and everything was very good. Our suite and bathroom were very clean. There was a small area behind the s hower door. It was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every staff member we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
