Hotel’s decor was unique and gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff was very helpful.

We had a panorama view room, clean and tidy, views were superb, breakfast was full Turkish with lots of choice Staff very friendly and very obliging

Lovely welcome from staff. Garden and pool area was disappointing. No comfortable seating to relax. One of the pools was dirty. Room 210 was quirky, full of antique furniture but very clean. Lovely balcony with great views, but some flowers in the plant pots would have been nice instead of weeds and cigarette butts. Round bed was a challenge to get in and out if. Had to use the many cushions to prop up pillows. Could have done with bigger quilt and more pillows. Bathroom spacious and great pressure on the shower. Breakfast was good but suspect same olives and cheese brought out several times. Nice coffee. Location was a bit out of the centre with quite a walk up to the castle and bars restaurants etc. Worst thing for me -there was a butchery place just across and we saw animals being led from a pen across the street and strung up to slaughter. Don't know if this was a regular occurrence or just for Eid but it was very upsetting to see.

Bayramda konaklama şansımız oldu ve iyi ki de bu otele gelmişiz karşılamaları okadar samimi oladar güler yüzlüler ki ama her personel güleryüzlü en fazla gülten hanım.tam bir aile ortamı bahçe ayrı güzel otelin içi ayrı güzel odalrın manzarası ayrı güzel özellikle çocuklarınız varsa gönül rahatlığı ile gelebilirsiniz nezih temiz güleryüz bir daha yolumuzun kesişmesi dileği ile gül ersin pırıl

15 ve 20 yaşlarındaki çocuklarımız ile 3 gece aile suitinde kaldık. Her bir duvarına sanatın işlendiği çok etkileyici dekora sahip otel, sanat galerisi veya bir müzenin içinde yaşadığınız hissini verirken tarihi dokusu ile de müthiş bir deneyim oldu. Gerek otel sahibi gerek çalışanlardan özellikle Gülten Hanım, Sezer Bey ve diğer arkadaşlar olsun her konuda çok yardımcı idiler, ki buna güzel sohbetleri de dahil. Tüm çalışanlar istisnasız çok güler yüzlüler. Hiçbir sorunla da karşılaşmadık, her şey fazlasıyla iyiydi. Hele kahvaltıları efsane diyebilirim. Çeşit ve miktar çok fazlaydı ve hepsinin lezzeti çok iyiydi. Odaları, iç dinlenme mekanları, bahçesi ile her konuda konfor ve estetiğin hakim olduğu müthiş bir otel. Her şey için tekrar çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir gün tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.
