DO NOT STAY HERE. VERY VERY NASTY. VERY RUN DOWN. WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED HERE EXCEPT IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT AND EVERYTHING WAS FULL. WE HAD TO TAKE OUR THROW BLANKET AND LAY IT ON THE BED AND THEN COVER UP WITH OUR OTHER THROW. WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER MOTEL 6.

I booked a room @ their location in Destin through Hotels.com for one night being 5/09/26. I checked in and was told I had 10 minutes to check the room I was given. I should have asked for a refund right then. The room was filthy. The tub had mold growing on the caulking around the inside of it as well as the caulking on the floor. I immediately informed the desk clerk that the room was unacceptable and was sent to another room that was just as bad as the first. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat as well as the comforter on one of the beds. Mold in the bathroom worse than the first room. I went to the office and was told that " You know that people actually do stay in dirty rooms!" and that he didn't know how to give me a refund and couldn't give me a number to contact anyone at Motel 6 regarding the issue!

It was fine, clean staff was friendly

The property and the inside of our room was horrible. Sheets had sand all through them, black mold in the bathroom. Tub was clogged up. We only had half a roll of toilet paper. 2 towels for the 3 days we were there. We had to move rooms because our first room was covered in weed and the smell of weed. Will never return there again.
