We had trouble with door lock , ask several times for someone to fix it , did not fix it!!! We needed a parking pass for our stay , had to park a long way from our room because vehicles parked in front of our room had no passes on the dash. No one cleaned our room during our stay …. 4 nights!!!

The staff was friendly. Nice place if you are traveling with animals. Nothing fancy basic motel but all we needed. Convenient to town. Very nice clean pool.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Didn’t get in the pool but wanted to. Pool looked nice and well maintained. Ac worked well. Room had a tv with Dish channels. Towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided. Two bars of soap provided. A microwave, and mini fridge in room. Laundry in site but didn’t use. Room has a small table for dining and small desk underneath tv. Hardwood floors. Phone in room as well. Overall for the price you pay it’s a good value, especially for the area. I’ll be coming back more.

Got to the property, soon as we walk in a sign saying no cable, no wifi. Went to the room changed came back 5 hours later the whole room smelled like weed!!! No where to park we had parking pases, cars where parked there with no Pass, tons of people sittig outside being loud "@12AM in the morning", the smell of weed came in our room all night. There was so much light outside it looked like daylight all night. People were loud, got NO SLEEP loud of their rooms,

The hotel should state the pool is not heated. When you leave the frozen great north & drive 24 hrs to get to a warm place it would be nice to swim in a warm pool. Not stare at it. Next year I won’t book here. I’ll book at a hotel with a heated pool.

We showed up, and immediately my 12 year old said this place doesn't feel safe. I checked in at the desk, went to the room and it was FILTHY. The stink was immediate, then you started to notice the other things. We spotted 3 cockroaches, the toilet looked like a seedy gas station bathroom crusted with urine. The cooktop was caked with unknown food remnants. If I could post the pictures I would. If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE. We left immediately. The front desk person refunded us for the other nights of our stay. He was not surprised we were leaving. We had to scramble to find a new place to stay. When we got to the front desk of the new hotel and told her what happened she just laughed and said you guys are not the first ones to come from there. Thy ONLY good thing I can say is the young man at the front desk was very nice.

Bed bugs were even on top of the sheet, not just in mattress corner. Cigarette butts were in the a/c vent and a Pitt bulldog darted to greet and sniff me minute the car door opened upon arrival.

The front desk was kind. As soon as I pulled up my gut told me to leave. I still tried. As soon as I walked into my run it smelled musty and mildew. The beds were wrinkled, shower unclean, toilet seat left up, the shower drain was out, the sink was unclean, the air vents had what looked like years of dust in them, the microwave was not wiped out, and there was mold almost everywhere. I left the key cards on the table. I would like a refund. I have picture proof

The room was so bad we didn't even stay the night, we drove home. Room was dirty and walls damaged. Grounds had trash and dirty. Beds were awful. They didn't look clean either. Bugs on the floor. I have never left a hotel and drove home and we travel a lot but we would rather have slept in the car. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was very nice.

This place was DISGUSTING the most nastiness I’ve ever seen ! Hair was all in the beds, all on the shower a HUGE hairball was wrapped around base of toilet ! Room smelled like mold ! I would stay again for an inexpensive place to lay my head. Cons: walls are paper thin, no blow dryer, no built-in USB plugs, small bathroom. Pros: ALL of the staff I encountered were so nice and helpful. Beds were clean. AC was ice cold. Laundry takes card payment. Fridge and microwave worked perfectly. Room was spacious and clean. Location is very convenient.

Great area, wonderful staff, and a walk away from food and fun. Henderson state park is about 10 min down the road and Miramar maybe 15 min away. The location was amazing and very safe. The shower was strong. If you are just needing a place to lay your head at night and are traveling on budget this is your place.

Staff was really nice and my room was perfectly acceptable. Of course the property is a bit dated but our room was very clean and the property felt extremely safe. Lots of other couples and families visiting for Memorial Day weekend and we could even see the fireworks from the balcony. If you want a condo book a condo, but if you’re looking for a safe budget friendly place this is great. Walking distance to harbor walk and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Henderson state park!!

Excellent locations. Within walikng distance to the most attractions and dinings. A 5 minutes drive to a secluded beach.The property itself needs some remodeling. The moisture or water from the pump leak was dripping from the ceiling all night. To figure out how to turn water on in a shower one needs to be a rocket scientist.

We decided on a last minute early departure for our vacation in Orlando and decided to spend a couple of days at the emerald beaches. The staff here was very accommodating when we called and explained our very late arrival and checked us in before we arrived so we could keep our reservation. Beds were a little stiff but we still slept comfortable enough! Area was great though, very close to the beach.

Overall it’s decent for what you pay but the rooms could use some tlc. I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Worst is the tub isn’t clean and it can smell meldew like. Overall though, you get what you pay for and it’s probably one of the cheapest places in the area.

You pay for what you get. This was one of the cheapest places on the site the room was clean it had a dingy feel to it, the lighting was terrible. I had to open the curtain and use the sunlight to see. The mattresses are hard as bricks. There was mold on the ceiling and the outside of the hotel can use a good cleaning. The walkway is filthy and there was long pieces of hair throughout the room.

It does not include breakfast like the website we booked with said it did.It definitely is not as pretty and new as what the website pictures look like.And woke up to the vinyl flooring all wet in the whole room I guess from moisture or something it was gross. Mattresses are old and not comfortable.When you walk into the room it smells very musty now I know why with all the moisture in room they need to run a dehumidifier.The lady at check in was very nice at least! Now I know why this motel 6 charged 72.00!!!!

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. The first room we were in looked like the guest had just left and made the beds themselves. Not just that there was mold on the sheets and bugs in one of the beds. We were given another room that was cleaner but had roaches (we didn’t see them until we were leaving thank God) it was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do but just not clean at all. Also the details say they only accept cash, but they do not. It’s cards only.

Pool locked. Pile of sand in the floor and entire room sandy. Asked for non smoking and got a smoking room. Long black hair all over the shower wall and pubic hair on the side of the tub. Roaches in the bathroom. Someone tried to break into our car the first night.
