Good hotel, buffet service provided was excellent, guests somewhat exuberant in their portions, staff super friendly and helpful. À la carte a tad disappointing as was food at pool snack bar. Lobby bar was lovely with great staff as was reception staff. Recommend.

Unsere Flitterwochen im Atlantica Belvedere waren einfach unvergesslich. Noch immer sind wir begeistert von der außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit und dem hervorragenden Service. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und rundum umsorgt gefühlt. Das Hotel lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pool und Strand sind wunderschön, und da sich dort nur wenige Hotels befinden, ist der Strand angenehm ruhig und nie überlaufen. Der Blick aufs Meer mit den Inseln im Hintergrund ist traumhaft. Beim Einstieg gibt es auf den ersten Metern einige Steine, danach besteht der Meeresboden aus Sand. Mit Badeschuhen ist der Einstieg problemlos, und mit etwas Suchen findet man sogar fast steinfreie Stellen. Das Essen war für uns ein absolutes Highlight: abwechslungsreich, frisch und von hoher Qualität. Besonders die Salatbar und der aufmerksame Service im Restaurant haben uns begeistert. Auch das Animationsprogramm war sehr gelungen. Es bietet für jedes Alter etwas, ohne dass man sich zum Mitmachen gedrängt fühlt. Die ruhige Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel, auch beim Essen, hat uns besonders gefallen. Der Spa-Bereich mit Massage und Gesichtsbehandlung ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Reservieren von Liegen wird trotz entsprechender Hinweise nicht konsequent unterbunden. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts kaum verlassen wollten.

The hotel environment was largely very nice, very clean, rooms were nice, the hotel was well maintained. For me the issue was as lovely as the staff were as people, the level of service was poor, not just poor for a 5* hotel, but poor for any hotel. I should say we stayed the first week of May, which is early in their season, however when any service issues were raised that was the excuse they gave, as though that makes it OK. The significant majority of the staff where new (like first day new and having never done that job before new) so were learning on the job, which is fine everyone has to start somewhere, but it felt like I was the training test subject that was being used to help the staff learn, and to be honest that's not why I booked a week in a 5* hotel stay. My only other observation is the pool was absolutely freezing, to the point it was uncomfortable to use (unless you are an open water swimmer!). may be with a bit more sun o it it would improve? Unfortunately for me this is not a place I will revisit, which is a shame because the hotel and its facilities are otherwise quite nice.

Mancava solo una manutenzione sulle piccole cose ma penso che a fine stagione si programmino per l'inverno , TV via IPTV non perfetta parecchi canali non visibili e cibo ottimo all'infuori del cibo italiano , qua bisogna prendere uno chef italiano ..
