This hotel is located right beside Delft train station and bus terminal. It is super convenient to everywhere by public transportation. It provides gym, fun places, laundry, print free. If you book it try Expedia, you will not be able to check-in cause booking email is from Expedia, not your personal email. Then you will find it is not possible to use their app by login/verification. So you will need help from staffs every time. Not a big deal cause they are super friendly.

There is no way the room is 20 sq m. It is tiny small. I think it is a cheating to mark the room size of 20 square m. The room is full of fancy stuffs but the quality of them are low. The only thing worth mentioning is the free use of laundry machines. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with good quality room facilities, this is definitely not the one.

Locatie is top!! Faciliteiten zijn geweldig. Fijn om even te werken in de gedeelde ruimte, chillen en spelletjes spelen is fantastisch. Goede sfeer en fijne kamers. Prima om hier een paar nachtjes door te brengen.

Friendly staff. Great entrance and food options. Gym and laundry available. The TV didn’t work and there was no storage space for clothes. Great view though. Enjoyed my stay nonetheless. Close to the old town. I would stay here again.

The room was nice with an outstanding view of Delft. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was quiet and the blackout curtains were great at a time when the sun goes down at almost midnight. The beds were super comfortable and provided with clean towels as needed. Room cleaning was offered everyday. It’s a very student environment but very inspiring to stay here. I do have a couple of comments though and hope this will serve to make things better. Because this is really a great place. Firstly, the room had been cleaned when we arrived and there was a nice personalized welcome note. However it seems like someone had accessed the room after the clean or the bathroom had not been cleaned. We found shaved hair all over the toilet bowl and sink. Unacceptable when it comes to cleanliness. So we had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned because we loved the room instead of the suggestion to change rooms. The second suggestion is the smell of the soap and shampoo provided. It was the smell of men’s musk. Not a good one. So we all smelled like men all day. Hopefully they can pick one that is gender neutral or odorless. Besides these 2 points that need some work, I would recommend the TSH in Delft.

Schöner Aufenthalt in The Social Hub Delft. Auch wenn das Konzept sehr auf Studenten und junge Leute ausgerichtet ist, haben wir uns mit 50 plus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber und die Lage ist auch super!

We really liked our room in Delft. High up on the tenth floor, we had a wonderful view. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel seemed understaffed at times. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, so we had to go down to request some fresh towels. The woman working at the coffee bar was kind enough to bring them up when she had time. And the hotel is adjacent to the train station, so you couldn’t ask for more convenient transit options. It was interesting sharing laundry facilities with the students living there—they certainly had figured out all the tricks to reserve the limited washers, but we eventually got to wash what we needed.

Next to railway and bus station, yet you dont hear any moise from outside. Excellent breakfast buffet with changing items each day, good water pressure in shower. Easy linking your phone to the Samsung TV (screen mirrorring).

All the staff were wonderful from the front desk staff, to the bar and restaurant staff. Very functional room with many windows and lovely views over Delft. Excellent breakfast each day and we ate dinner here a few times too. Very central location right next to the station. Would definitely recommend it. Very much appreciated the little treats left in the room and the ones handed out by front desk staff. 10 out of 10.

Location is fantastic-right across from the train station and an easy walk into Delft for restaurants/shops. Only complaint was our room was hot and took time to cool down but other than that our stay was excellent.

The Student Hotel is modern and well located right next to the train & bus stations, so very easy to find and get to. The staff were all very friendly, and it felt like a fun, quirky place. The rooms were fine & comfortable (very firm bed), but fairly small and basic (coffee machine, kettle, and water were nice touches). Staying on my own I didn't really sample the communal areas, but they looked fun. There seemed to plenty of people studying and working in the comfortable co-working places. I didn't try the food/bar. Shame I had to do my ironing in the laundry room on the ground floor, would of preferred facilities in my room, or on each floor. Definely felt like somewhere for a younger clients, but comfortable and welcoming.

I and my wife stayed four nights. There wer only one bath towel replace for two guests. I got down the front desk to get one bath towel. I didn\'t call to bring the one to my room, because in general it takes long time such as two hours or there is no service for ever! Then I went the front desk and told the staff about it. He said "I\'ll treat it, and in one or two hours the bath towel will be sent to you." I can\'t accept it. I told him "I\'d like to have it here now." He replied "There are washcloths, so I\'ll give two washcloths instead of one bath towel." He gave me two washcloths, but they were actually two bath mats ! I didn\'t realized it and I passed them to my wife in my room, then she said that these were bath mats! I didn\'t get back to the front desk any more. The next day there were only one bath towel again. I got down to the front desk and told the story to the different staff. I told her "If the staff yesterday intentionally gave me two bath mats instead of two washcloths, he insulted me." She strongly denied it, of course. I replied her "I\'d like to say it just only if situation, and I really believe him. I believe in god." She said she could bring bath towels in around five minutes, so you can wait them in your room. I replied I\'d like to stay here and certainly get them. I waited there less than five minutes and got them from her. Nevertheless yesterday the male staff said it took one or two hours. Some of staff must work as a just side job.

We really liked our room in Delft. High up on the tenth floor, we had a wonderful view. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel seemed understaffed at times. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, so we had to go down to request some fresh towels. The woman working at the coffee bar was kind enough to bring them up when she had time. And the hotel is adjacent to the train station, so you couldn’t ask for more convenient transit options. It was interesting sharing laundry facilities with the students living there—they certainly had figured out all the tricks to reserve the limited washers, but we eventually got to wash what we needed.

The hotel ist just in front of the main train station but the rooms are very quiet. The "lobby" is spacious with little places to work or eat. The staff very helpful and friendly but what really pleased me was the idea of substainability. Keycards made of wood, possibility to see how much water was used when taking a shower etc...All in all a perfect stay

All the staff were wonderful from the front desk staff, to the bar and restaurant staff. Very functional room with many windows and lovely views over Delft. Excellent breakfast each day and we ate dinner here a few times too. Very central location right next to the station. Would definitely recommend it. Very much appreciated the little treats left in the room and the ones handed out by front desk staff. 10 out of 10.

The location of the Social Hub was perfect! It was a short walk from the city center and right by the train station which allowed us to easily explore other cities in the region. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well designed.

Next to railway and bus station, yet you dont hear any moise from outside. Excellent breakfast buffet with changing items each day, good water pressure in shower. Easy linking your phone to the Samsung TV (screen mirrorring).

Staff was very nice and helpful. Great convenience, across street from train station and easy walk to center of town. Room was clean and very quiet. Great vibe. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet.

El Hotel está situado delante de la estación de tren, comparada de tranvía y autobuses y muy cerca del centro. Las habitaciones están limpias el ambiente es muy bueno y la ubicación espectacular.

The location is great (in front of the Delft main train station) and the vibe and decor are nice. However, don’t be fooled by that nor the attractive price. The first room I was given had broken AC (wouldn’t turn on) and the room was very warm (corner room with large glass windows). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and immediately assigned me a new room and confirmed with me that the AC can be turned on in the room. That being said, the hotel has an “eco conscious” design so the AC automatically shuts off when you are gone so it never has enough time to cool down the room. I think it detects you leaving based on opening and closing the door to the room so if you go out and your partner stays then it will eventually turn off. Even when I had it running all night it did not cool down the room at all, it basically was just a fan and a bad one at that. Another big issue I encountered is the plumbing. I found out that neither the plumbing could keep up with the demand in the whole building. Every morning and every night at “peak” water usage time, I would turn the tap on and nothing would come out. Sometimes it took 20 minutes to get any water coming out. Even when the water was working, the water pressure frequently changed, going from a slow drip to barely acceptable. What makes it worse is the hot and cold line can have varying pressure which means the water can go from scorching hot to freezing cold at any moment. Overall, would not recommend staying here.
