I asked the front lady if i could stay in the swimming pool till 10pm and she said no but she let other people stay till 10pm and she did not like Hispanic people at all she was just staring at me when i was eating breakfast with my kids and she made me feel bad because she would not stop staying at me and my kids i just did not like at all how she treated us i would never stay there again because if they don't know how to respect i would not work in the front desk i am really mad at the manager because he did not want to talk to me because he did not have to speak to me because for him nothing happened but me and my family did not like the way the lady treated us at all bad experiences in this bad hotel .....

no water for almost the whole day on my 2nd day stay

We arrived & after scheduling an accessible room one was not available. They are remodeling & construction workers parked equipment & their vehicles in the disabled spots. Rooms aren’t as clean as I would expect.

The room smelled funny. The kitchenette wasn’t clean, nor was any of the utensils/pots/wash rags. The A/C didn’t cool the room. The TV remote didn’t work, even after getting a replacement. The main door had a hard time closing, key card worked every once in awhile. The toilet wasn’t secured to the ground. We were told upon check-in that breakfast was from 7-10am. On Saturday we came down for breakfast at 7:12am and there was nothing for breakfast. Waffle maker wasn’t turned on, juice machine was off, no coffee. When we asked about it, we were told that the main chef hadn’t arrived yet and that MAYBE he might be coming in 45 more minutes. Sundays breakfast was cereal and the waffle maker wasn’t functioning properly. The front desk hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The pool was over chlorinated, hot tub was colder than the pool. In a pool that size, there were times that there were 20-25 people in it. Rowdy kids with barely any adult supervision, even when that information was brought to the attention of the front desk no one even came outside to look at the situation

The price was decent. The card machine was having issues, i was charged twice. The toilet seat broke, i called & no one ever came to fix it. The water isnt hot enough. They did offer a free breakfast which was cool. But i wont stay again.

Room had bad odor. One smelled like feet.. however, the 2 rooms I booked had little roaches everywhere. Needs to be fumigated. I would not stay here again regardless of the 8.6 star review on Expedia.

Overall good hotel. Stayed here twice recently. Beds are some of the best at a hotel. Hallways were musky smelling but other than that clean. Service is great. Will stay here again if back in the area.

Needed some updates.

The smell was stale, frig was rusty. It took too long for the door to close and was across from construction whi h i feel was not safe for women.

The place was quite nice. However, because they are kitchenettes, there can be odd food odors, that are strong. The breakfast include a limited options, minimal continental. But the omelets are pretty good.

The floor in my room was not level. The fridge would constantly close when getting something out of it.

Checked in and handed the receptionists my id and types it into the computer. Then takes out her phone and takes pictures of whatever is on her screen. Looks at me and says her computer system is down. Hmm, how were you able to check for my reservation if your system is down. Red flag there. Then I went outside and came back in and requested a 2nd key to the room with one of my boys standing next to me. She said I gave 1 already and I told her that I had given it to my husband so he can get in because I had sprained my ankle need to go to the room. She said let me see how many people you put in your reservation. I told her that I put 5 people in my reservation. 3 adults 2 teenagers. She got all huffy and puffy. I told her that we reserved the room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. She told me to show her my reservation. I did and 5 people was infact on my reservation. She still didn't want to give me an extra key. Finally got the key and walked to the room and you can smell wet carpet, mold down the hallway.The rooms were a great size and even has a kitchen, microwave and a sink. Beds were ok and there was 2 tvs. 1 for the ones sleeping on the bed area and 1 where the sofa bed was at. Those 2 issues are the only issues I had. I would recommend this place if they get rid of smell/mold and encourage their receptionists to be kinder to visitors as were coming in from a 10 hour drive.

It was an okay stay, only thing I didn't like, I had to pay a deposit that I wasn't aware of. After I had already paid.
