매우 청결하고 서비스의 질이 높음. 쇼핑몰과 지하철역 및 공항이 바로 연결되어있어 접근성 높음. 무료주차 서비스도 되어 차량 렌트시 더 편리함. 온돌이라 바닥에 요이불을 깔고 자는 것인줄 알았으나 침대 + 온돌바닥인 점 참고.

it was fine. Not too many restaurants close by in the mall. The lobby restaurant is not open for dinner, which was a disappointment.

今回初めて利用しました。 ロビーからとても清潔感が伺え好印象でした。また、ロッテモールと直結しており部屋近くのエレベーターですぐにロッテモールを散策できるので外に出なくても行けるのが感激でした。22:30まで営業しているのでお土産の買い足しや夜食の買い出しもすぐ行けましたし、コインランドリーもあるので赤ちゃんの服が想定より多く汚れてしまった際に使えて大変助かりました。 帰り国際線ターミナルまでも地上に出ずに行けるので外が寒くて子連れでも、早朝でしたが全く気にならず本当に良かったです。 部屋から国際線の入り口が見える距離なのと、ロッテモールの近さに本当に感動しました。モール内のオリーブヤングもすぐ行けるのは魅力的です。 絶対また泊まりたいと思ったホテルです。 アクセスの良さ重視する方は本当にオススメです！

The rooms are clean and comfortable. They only serve breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast menu is very limited and hasn't changed over the 15 years I've been staying here. They need to improve this

This is an excellent hotel nearest to GMP airport in Seoul. The hotel offers conform and clean room, 24/7 gym, guest self-laundry.

Hotel is connected to shopping mall & very convenient to use subway.

部屋にはお湯を沸かすポットがありません。カップラーメンを買った際には注意してください。8階のウォーターサーバーを利用する必要があります。 短い滞在時間だったのでもったいないくらい綺麗でした。部屋も広いです。

空港もモールも近く立地が最高。部屋も広くて清潔で快適。建物は古いが掃除が行き届いていて良かった。エレベーターが遅いのと客室のカーペットがシミだらけなのが気になった。

인청공항 입국후 김포공항으로 이동해 바로 앞이라 편했어요..시설도깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하시고.. 다만 세면대가 막혔는지. ㅠ잘안내려가서 좀 불편했어요.. 이전사용시 세면대에 뭘넣은건지..뭐가 끼어있는거 같기도 하고..깨끗하고 다좋았는데 세면대 확인도 하셨으면 좋겠네요

新しくはない建物ですが、清潔感のあるホテルでした。残念だったのは風呂の排水溝のキャップの裏が錆つき不快な気分になりました。 The building is not new, but the hotel was clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that the back of the bath drain cap was rusty, which made me feel uncomfortable.

特記事項はありませんが、シャワールームに髪の毛があったのがマイナス。

深夜便の為こちらのホテルを利用しました。 空港から五分くらいで着きます。 コンビニも併設してあり便利でした。 ただ、アメニティがほとんど備えつけられていないので購入しなければいけません。 スタッフの対応はよかったです。 部屋は清潔に保たれていますが、枕が汗臭くマスクをして寝ました。 そこを除けば満点です。

We were from Gimpo airport and checked in late at night before midnight. The entrance of the hotel was not easy to find due to a lack of light outside the hotel, and there was no enter sign at the entrance. That is why we thought it was closed. We went around over and over because we were running out of time, as the last check-in was until midnight only. Luckily, we saw a man walking and asked him where the entrance was. He told us that the 'no entry' sign was actually the entrance. We can't read Korean, so the 'no entry' sign was the only thing we understood, which we thought meant entry was prohibited. when we check in ,I told the front desk staff about that we had a hard time looking for the entrance but they even say nothing at all.She just asked for our passport and credit card for our deposit.That's very dissappointing because I like Lotte hotel ! In Seoul I did stay in there and they are so accomodating the staff was very kind, very entertaining it's different from Gimpo Lotte Hotel it's not like Lotte Hotel that I thought. the room also was not that clean the water in the bathroom has a leakage so i had to put a towel in the floor. We ate breakfast at the hotel it's quiet good but when we go back to our room the vaccum was in front of our door and nobody was there until we check out the vaccum was still there in front of our room.We check out and the day shift front staff and the bell boy help us to find a taxi and baggage that makes me feel a little bit better..

객실내 하수도에서 냄새가 났어요. 방을 업그래이 해서 바꿔주긴 했는데 옮긴 방도 심하진 않았지만 냄새가 났어요.

객실도 넓고 욕실도 넓고 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 길만 건너면 바로 국제선 탑승동이라 편안했습니다.

部屋は清潔感があり広さも十分でした。 ただバスタブの広さはよかったのですがシャワーカーテンがあるとジャブジャブと身体全身を思いっり洗えるなと感じました。

スタッフも親切で、部屋も綺麗。タダ、部屋がひなびている。

Took the bus from Incheon to Gimpo and the underground walkway ( go to the subway then follow the signs for the Lotte Mall and hotel/cinema) to the hotel. Around a 10 minute walk. Rooms were comfortable and quiet for jet lagged sleepers. 24 hour 7-11 is a nice perk. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices. They even gave us a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, spotless, smelled amazing. The mattress and pillows were sublime.

The bathroom design is weird and the humidity in the room after the shower did not circulate well. The bathroom floor wet and not easily to dry.

Hotel was nice. Paid an extra $75 to check in early instead of waiting until 3 pm. Beds were hatd as a rock.

The hotel has seen batter days. I assume the owner corporation has thoughts on renovation but is afraid to pull the trigger. The saddest part of the facility is that the air conditioning worked at below standards. The room temp read 29 but didn’t budge in an hour so I called the front desk. I was asked to blacken the room with drapes…

The hotel was fantastic; clean, surprisingly quiet, and in a great location. I say surprisingly quiet because the hotel is right next to the airport, but we didn't hear a single airplane flying overhead. We would definitely stay here again, and are actually considering staying here again during a staycation (we live in Seoul), so we can explore the area some more. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I guess staffs are kind and supportive but some of the staffs are just superficially polite and their correspondence seemed to be cold-response. Of course, it depends on the staff but we, guests always expect uniform services.

ソウル旅行の際、仁川空港からの帰国便が早朝だった為、ロッテ金浦ホテルを利用しました。仁川空港移動の方法や始発リムジンバスの乗り場など、丁寧に対応いただき安心して滞在出来ました。ロビーエレベーター前にも、常にホテルスタッフがおり、丁寧な対応をしていただき、次回も最終日には利用させて頂きます。

利用は初めてか聞かれ3回目の宿泊と答えたらアップグレードしてくれた。対応も良く客室も綺麗で清潔でとても良かった。空港からのアクセスも良くまた宿泊したい。

アップグレードしていただき、良いお部屋でリラックスできました。フロントの女性の日本語が素晴らしかったです。

3 min walking from the international terminal. Amazing quality price relationship and having the 7 eleven on site is a plus. Rooms are large and comfortable.

金浦空港に近い利便性で予約しましたが明洞への交通がとても不便で何度も乗り換えしました。次は違う場所を考えたいと思いました。

It was hard to know how to get to the hotel at night, but it is convenient because you can enter from Lotte Mall during the day. The room was clean.

空港から近く，ショッピングモールと併設されているのでとても便利です。地下鉄駅とも直結しており、移動も簡単でした。チェックインもスムーズで、また利用したいと思います。

Fast check in & comfy room for a quick stay before a shockingly early flight out of Gimpo airport. Be aware even though the hotel is connected to Gimpo airport, doors that directly access Gimpo don’t unlock until 5 am. So be prepared to walk around outdoors (which takes about 20 minutes) instead of the more direct 3 minute walk from the hotel/mall.

キンポ空港と直結で3分で移動出来るし、外に出なくてよくて、地下で空港まで行ける。モールの中にホテルがあって、飲食店、買い物が出来る。

モールの営業時間外も空港に直結で行けるようにしてほしい。

This hotel is conveniently located adjacent to a mall with lots of restaurants and shops, including a grocery store. The hotel breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of well prepared options. The room was spotless and in excellent repair. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. The staff were uniformly professional, pleasant, and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.
