HOTEL junior by MAX 70

Nuestra experiencia fue terrible, desde que llegamos... la recepción está en el hotel Max 70 y no es algo que nos hayan especificado. La regadera no servía, la calefacción tampoco y mucho menos el aire acondicionado, cuando nos quejamos en recepción solo nos dijeron... lo siento mucho, les podemos ofrecer un café para llevar como compensación mencionando que este hotel no tenía directamente el manejo del Max 70 pero que ahí era el único punto de registro, quejas, desayuno, etc...

It was okay, mostly clean and enough space. It was a bit weird that the reception was in another hotel, so when we wanted anything we would have to go over there to ask (it wasn't far but it was just inconvenient).

Checking in was good. Room was clean and a good size. With my back issue I always ask for extra towels. After three requests and told they would be delivered none came. The last time I was told I would have to pay for pillows. €550 for a room for two nights I think they could toss in the pillows. Parking is terrible. Stalls were small and short. There were 3 SUVs and 2 small cars. We were ok but others would have had problems getting out. It was bad enough that we took an Uber to supper rather than drive ourselves. Enough disappointment that I could not recommend the hotel unless you considered those points.

No elevator

Centrally located, easy self checkin

We found the room and bathroom to be clean. The breakfast is served at the Max 70 Hotel around the corner, it was good with a variety of breads, pastries, fruits, coffee of course, juices… you have a choice to seat indoors and outdoors. The only thing I have to say is the parking situation. There are not enough parking spaces for all the guests, and then there is no other choice but to park at the Max 70 Hotel for a fee of €15 for overnight parking.

This smaller hotel was ok. There are no elevators, so we wound up having to haul luggage up a couple of flights of curved stairs. We were close to bus stops, so getting into the city was no problem. There is a great cafe across the street. Otherwise, you have to pay $15 Euros per person for the hotel's breakfast buffet, and I don't think it is worth it!

No elevator, limited parking. Cleaning service was inconsistent on towels, coffee etc. the reception staff was amazing and helpful.

The room is very small but sufficient. The bed is way too small to sleep two comfortably. If you are travelling alone then this is a good option. Be careful where you park, our car got blocked and we were not able to go to our early morning plans because there is no staff to assist before 7:30 either. We were luck a car left freeing our car before it got too late.

The check-in machine was quite confusing and we ended up needing to go to the Max 70 hotel for help from the front desk. Parking was convenient and the hotel was also on a convenient bus route. We had 2 rooms but one of them was much smaller. Each room was supposed to have 2 double beds but the smaller room had a double and a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Both rooms were very clean but the maid service was lacking overall. They came in to make the bed and take the dirty towels but they did not replenish the soap dispenser or toilet paper so we had to go to the Max70 hotel to get more.

The property was fine. The room could be cleaned earlier. We arrived back at the hotel at 15h00 and the room was still not cleaned. In addition there was no elevator in the property which was very inconvenient as I have a hip problem and had to walk two staircases.

Overall, very solid for the price. Beds were not too comfy and hotel is on a busy road. AC worked one night and didn’t work the other night. But cleaning staff was nice, buses pick up all around you at any time, room is spacious and clean with a patio, and self check in was very easy. Would stay here again

Very nice, quiet and well-cleaned and maintained (3-person) room with spacious bathroom. Staff at nearby Max 70 were exceptionally helpful when we had a lost keycard issue. Would recommend and stay here again. Two bus stops very nearby or a gentle 30 min walk to the Altstadt/Old City tourist area.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre per tre notti. In generale un hotel discreto: la nostra stanza con due letti matrimoniali era abbastanza grande. Ben coibentata a finestre chiuse, ma con molto rumore di traffico a finestre aperte. Buona la colazione con prodotti dolci e salati, ma a mio parere non vale il prezzo 15€ a persona. Parcheggio disponibile davanti all'entrata, ma non prenotabile. Comodo il bus 1 che porta in centro (noi abbiamo sempre preso l'auto). A piedi nei dintorni c'è ben poco se non una fabbrica di birra (visitabile) con annesso ristorante con rapporto qualità prezzo basso: piatto di shnitzel da 25€ con la panatura che si staccava... La pulizia della stanza è nella norma, ma i prodotti da bagno non venivano reintegrati: il sapone per le mani sul lavabi (liquido e sigillato) era finito il primo giorno e non è stato riempito nemmeno il terzo giorno nonostante abbia lasciato un biglietto. Stessa cosa per la carta igienica... Il motivo per cui do due stelle e sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel e' per la doccia dove la temperatura dell'acqua cambia repentinamenre mentre ti stai lavando: una volta arriva bollente al limite dell'ustione e una volta gelata. Ho segnalato la cosa il primo giorno, ma evidentemente non è un problema risolvibile in quanto forse dovuto all'impianto idraulico e di riscaldamento dell'acqua della struttura. Immagino che anche le altre camere abbiano lo stesso problema e per questo motivo sconsiglio di prenotare in questa struttura.

Our room was small, but nice. However, there was a bad smell of raw sewage in the washroom. We left the bathroom fan on the entire time, but it still didn’t take the odour away.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt, sehr sauber, schön ausgestattet. Einziges Manko war, dass im Zimmer Pappbecher beim Wasserkocher standen statt eine richtige Tasse.

Der O-& Multivitamin-Saft beim Frühstück hatte nur diese Bezeichnung. Kalte Getränke haben auch gefehlt resp. Kühlschrank im Zimmer fehlte. Lärm durch die Strassen Lage bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht existent. Klos ausserhalb des Zimmers im Gebäude geschlossen!

Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das einzige was störte, war der nächtliche Autolärm, von irgendwelchen Idioten, die hupend oder mit aufheulendem Motor auf sich aufmerksam machen wollten. Das ist mit offenem Fenster nicht zu ertragen!!!

Room too small also double room too small

Praktische Hotel direkt am den bus haltestelle und ruhig. Nur 10-15 minuten mit bus von der stadt.. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage

Nice hotel outside the city's center. You can take the bus jutst outside the hotel and you will be down town in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly personnel willing to help you with all kind of information. Kudos for that guys!! Overall, everything was great. If I had to choose a negative comment, that would be the excess light entering the room, while there was no other way to block it.

Zweckmäßiges Hotelzimmer mit engen Räumlichkeiten. Leider kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Leicht muffeliger Geruch im Zimmer. In der Früh war es sehr schnell hell im Zimmer, da hier nur ein Vorhang vorhanden war. Im großen und ganzen war das Zimmer trotzdem ausreichend für einen Kurztrip.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel with the taste, range and freshness. The reception staff were super friendly, and all emails from them were very informative. The value for money was incredible and the location was super accessible to the city centre and the airport itself. They had a good range of facilities, including a hairdryer, kettle, towels and a shoehorn, even for the basic single room I stayed in. (Note no conditioner but that is to be expected). I’d stay here again if back in Salzburg! Only note, I’d like a different tea option other than a single earl grey teabag, not a fan! I appreciate the apple left in the room though!

Die Unterkunft war für meine Zwecke ausreichend. Zimmer Personal könnte etwas mehr schauen was nachgefüllt werden sollte usw.. Und an der Rezeption hätte ich mir am letzten Tag erwartet dass sie nachfragen ob alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit war usw.

We had 1 night booked for 4 people, extremely hard to find the right block of the hotel and check in, tiny bathroom, only one towel for 4 people, no toilet rolls No reception

Quartos pequenos mas confortáveis. A reserva eram 3 quartos mas quando efetuamos check in fomos obrigados a pagar um dos quartos porque segundo o hotel faltava pagar um quarto. A reserva já tinha sido paga na totalidade. Vários colaboradores a tentarem resolver o problema e chegaram à conclusão que afinal a reserva estava totalmente paga e que iriam devolver o valor pago

The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel with the taste, range and freshness. The reception staff were super friendly, and all emails from them were very informative. The value for money was incredible and the location was super accessible to the city centre and the airport itself. They had a good range of facilities, including a hairdryer, kettle, towels and a shoehorn, even for the basic single room I stayed in. (Note no conditioner but that is to be expected). I’d stay here again if back in Salzburg! Only note, I’d like a different tea option other than a single earl grey teabag, not a fan! I appreciate the apple left in the room though!

The property was in a very quiet area, with a good supermarket at only 5 min by walk, with a nice and easy self checkin system and it met our expectations for the price we paid. Highly recommend if you are travelling by car, ‘cause it’s not very close to the city center (we didn’t use the public transportation though).

Great location, easy bus to city and to airport too. More modern that what it looks like in the pictures!

O hotel é bacana, o quarto confortável, bem arrumado, o banheiro em ótimas condições. O check-in é no estilo faça você mesmo, mas foi super fácil, intuitivo. A máquina tinha a opção em inglês. Não tive nenhum problema, pelo contrário. A região do hotel é bem tranquila, há pontos de ônibus muito perto, facilitando o deslocamento.

Super saubere Unterkunft. Sehr nettes Personal und gute Möglichkeit für Übernachtung entweder für stadt Besichtigung oder Flughafen.( 5 min Entfernung 🛫)

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Das Frühstück hat eine super große Vielfalt geboten und war sehr gut. Es gab viel frischen und auch reifes Obst und Rührei, welches sehr gut war.

I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I ever come back to Austria. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The location was a little out of the way but as someone who doesn’t mind walking I felt safe in the area.
