Bis auf 7€ extra für die Sauna war es echt super. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Jedoch fand ich die 7€ extra für nur 1 kleine Sauna, zwar mit etwas Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft, doch recht teuer.

Stayed here, as I had a meeting in the town and my customer recommended this hotel. My room was enormous, and given my late arrival time (after 9pm), the staff in the kitchen (despite it having closed) made food for me as I was starving. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I didn't check out the gym but if the rooms are anything to go by, this will be one of the best hotel gyms I have been to. Parking was also free, which was a big bonus and plenty of space available.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the sauna was very relaxing. No air-conditioning, but they provided a fan that allowed us sleep well.

This was my first stay at Hotel Federwerk and it was a great experience! The room was large, comfortable and well lit - really first class! The hotel as a whole was modern and in top shape, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was quite good, and the free breakfast buffest every morning was delicious. Parking behind the hotel was very convenient since I had a rental car, and it is just a short walk to the tourist info center in Sankt Georgen as well as local shops for anything one might need. I didn't have time to use it, but the fitness room was large and well equipped for folks who want to work out during their stay. Das Federwerk ist ein bemerkenswertes Hotel mit sehr interessanten Exponaten aus seiner frueheren Zeit, als das Gebaeude eine Sankt Georgener Traditionsfirma beherbergte. Die Zimmer sind schoen und geraeumig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Fruehstueck ist hervorragend. Der Gym ist gut ausgeruestet. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal im Federwerk und werde gerne auch wiederkopmmen.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Was mich sehr geärgert hat war, dass die Sauna sehr klein ist und zudem 7 Euro Eintritt verlangt wird. Dies ist weder bei der Buchung noch auf der Hotelseite ersichtlich gewesen und war für mich das ausschlaggebende Argument, 50km Umweg in Kauf zu nehmen, um dort zu übernachten.

Sehr schöne und vor allem sauberes Zimmer. Möbelausstattung hat cleveres Design und sind vom Design her gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr lecker. Ein wenig mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück hätten wir uns gewünscht - vor allem bei den Brötchen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu Parken haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Hotel kann man gut empfehlen. Zimmer wirklich mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Drei unterschiedliche Größen. Da wir nur unterwegs waren, hatten wir das Kleinste. Tolle Bettwaren, super Handtücher. 4 kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos. Schade war, dass wir nur in der 1. Etage waren und auf ein Garagendach geschaut haben. Frühstück vielfältig. Schön, dass Eierspeisen à la minute bestellt werden konnten....Brotauswahl war nicht so groß, aber ausreichend. Einige Wurstsorten. Käse eher weniger. Lecker Chiapudding und auch Pancakes. Gute Kaffeespezialitäten.

What a view!! This room has no air conditioning but would definitely go back. I don't like cold air blasting, so it was not inconvenient for me. The view from my room was so comforting and nice to sit in the balcony enjoying it all even for a short stay. I took a short walk after dinner and very relaxing and quiet town. The service checking in and service at the restaurant for dinner and morning buffet was excellent. Greaj job!! First time in Germany and the warm feeling and welcome was extremely appreciated. Thank you!!

The reception staff at this hotel were extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Your first impressions were bad. Check-in process was unpleasant. The rooms were bright and clean. There were no hot drinks (coffee or tea) in the rooms. Breakfast was comprehensive. Small hot food section, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, cereals and bread rolls. On the busier weekend days, the staff struggled to keep up with bringing out enough food, so lots of empty plates at the serving station. The staff also struggled to clean and set tables during these days. Poor planning from the management. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Such a shame.

Ein schönes, modernes Hotel. Leider wurde uns nicht Bescheid gegeben, dass dort während unserem Aufenthalt dort geschlossene Gesellschaft im Restaurant ist und daher kein Abendessen möglich war, was wir jedoch für uns so eingeplant hatten.

My room was enormous, and given my late arrival time (after 9pm), the staff in the kitchen (despite it having closed) made food for me as I was starving. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I didn't check out the gym but if the rooms are anything to go by, this will be one of the best hotel gyms I have been to. Parking was also free, which was a big bonus and plenty of space available.

This was my first stay at Hotel Federwerk and it was a great experience! The room was large, comfortable and well lit - really first class! The hotel as a whole was modern and in top shape, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was quite good, and the free breakfast buffest every morning was delicious. Parking behind the hotel was very convenient since I had a rental car, and it is just a short walk to the tourist info center in Sankt Georgen as well as local shops for anything one might need. I didn't have time to use it, but the fitness room was large and well equipped for folks who want to work out during their stay. What a view!! This room has no air conditioning but would definitely go back. I don't like cold air blasting, so it was not inconvenient for me. The view from my room was so comforting and nice to sit in the balcony enjoying it all even for a short stay. I took a short walk after dinner and very relaxing and quiet town. The service checking in and service at the restaurant for dinner and morning buffet was excellent. Greaj job!! First time in Germany and the warm feeling and welcome was extremely appreciated. Thank you!!

Immer wieder schön da zu sein. Hervorragendes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf und klasse eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist auch super und ausreichend. Uns alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne und vor allem sauberes Zimmer. Möbelausstattung hat cleveres Design und sind vom Design her gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr lecker. Ein wenig mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück hätten wir uns gewünscht - vor allem bei den Brötchen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu Parken haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The reception staff at this hotel were extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Your first impressions were bad. Check-in process was unpleasant. The rooms were bright and clean. There were no hot drinks (coffee or tea) in the rooms. Breakfast was comprehensive. Small hot food section, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, cereals and bread rolls. On the busier weekend days, the staff struggled to keep up with bringing out enough food, so lots of empty plates at the serving station. The staff also struggled to clean and set tables during these days. Poor planning from the management. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Such a shame.

Ein schönes, modernes Hotel. Leider wurde uns nicht Bescheid gegeben, dass dort während unserem Aufenthalt dort geschlossene Gesellschaft im Restaurant ist und daher kein Abendessen möglich war, was wir jedoch für uns so eingeplant hatten.

Das Hotel kann man gut empfehlen. Zimmer wirklich mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Drei unterschiedliche Größen. Da wir nur unterwegs waren, hatten wir das Kleinste. Tolle Bettwaren, super Handtücher. 4 kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos. Schade war, dass wir nur in der 1. Etage waren und auf ein Garagendach geschaut haben. Frühstück vielfältig. Schön, dass Eierspeisen à la minute bestellt werden konnten....Brotauswahl war nicht so groß, aber ausreichend. Einige Wurstsorten. Käse eher weniger. Lecker Chiapudding und auch Pancakes. Gute Kaffeespezialitäten.

New and stylish hotel! Good but quite expensive food at their own restaurant, breakfast great! Hot summer nights due to no air conditioning in the rooms and thick blankets. Highly recommended! Will return. :)

Habitación enorme. Desayuno espectacular. Restaurante muy bueno. Dependiendo del día de la semana y de la temporada habitaciones asequibles por una calidad muy buena.

I arrived around 8:45 p.m. to check in and waited at reception for about 20 mins .The receptionist seemed very busy, so I understand that she couldn’t be everywhere at once. However, she was very kind and brought an iron to my room. During the check-in, I asked if I could extend checkout from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. After speaking with her manager, she told me this would cost €100 for just two extra hours almost the price of another night which is unreasonable. The room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was okay.

Super neuwertiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, von dort aus wir eine tolle Aussicht genießen durften. Das Hotel war ursprünglich mal eine Fabrik, dessen Zeitgeist sich in den Räumen widerspiegelt und auch dokumentiert wurde. So lernt man auch gleich was von Land und Leute und aus der Vergangenheit des Schwarzwaldes. Frühstück war gut und vielseitig.
