Absolutely horrible, charge me $1** on my debit card after I left say my dog pooped on the floor absolutely untrue no factual information no photos to prove it Just scam artist is what they are Read their other reviews

We got switched to another room after checking in because our key wouldn't work. The batteries died on the door - never encountered that before. No big deal. Get into new room down the hall and the person behind me in line gets assigned the same room I am currently occupied in. Friendly reminder to use your door locks, people! Now we are in the room. Shower doesn't work. Hot water only in the sink. Another couple was assigned our room after 11pm and almost walked in AGAIN. Your second friendly reminder always use the door locks. And maybe travel with a dog who barks and intruders. Final straw was waking up at 7am staring at a roach in the bathroom. Left so fast, I still don't think my soul has caught up to me yet.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude dont take care of anything. Act as if everything is a inconvenience

The first room we had. The toliet leaked. We had to switch rooms. The 2nd room was smaller then what we had reserved. I asked about the pri e difference was told coukdnt get a price adjustment. Fine ill deal with that. Went to the guest laundry ir rakes 2 hour long cycles to dry one load of cloths. 2.00 for each cycle. Went to ask about a refund was tokd no. Wasnt told about the problem with the dryer when i asked abiut the service. But it was sonething all thr staff new about. I had left cloths in the washer whike i eaited for the dryer. I went down every 30 minutes to check on my cloths. I had a load stolen out if the washer. Tokd staff. They have camera's. Asked to watch. All we see is two of a employess kids down by the washer. But ut nothing was done to help find my cloths. Day 3. Fridge dies in the room. I have stuff that need to be frozen. The lady let me put the stuff in the hotels freezer. Went to ask the next shift for some stuff i needed. Was told he didnt no and wasnt going to look. Like how many freezer do you havr. Had to wait for the next shift to come to work before we got any thing back. Fridge still not fixed. Then the toilet i. That room wont flush. Told the guy. His response was " you have a lot of problems" i have not ever been treated more rudely by a hotel enployee. Finally i had enough said i woukd be checking out. Asked for a refund for my last day there. Was told no cuz i didnt give 72 hour notice. Toliet not

It was a very riufh stay. It started out okay. Small problems. But cant have everything perfect. Than it went down hill and just snowballed from there. We get back to out room. The toilet had leaked. The bathroom had water everywhere.
