First of all, we I checked in after 3:00 pm, picked up key and the room had not been cleaned. So they moved me to a king room, I noticed the smoke detector was broken, the hot water in the sink would not turn off, sheets looked clean but thread bare. There wasn’t a television in the room, no soap to wash your hands. Their ice machine was broken and the breakfast was dry bread, no cups for coffee and the juice dispenser was empty or broken, because she couldn’t get water either. They need to be investigated.

No tv in room , shower ceiling peeling, mold smell, dirty floor, staff rude from hello, no ice machine , no cups for coffee no juice the breakfast was terrible we passed on it. Sink faucet broken drip all night. Left a used bottle of lotion by sink but no soap in either room. Smoke detector was broken hanging in room 116

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was rude and inattentive. They totally ignored several guests at the front desk. The room was disheveled and in poor condition. The smoke detector had been removed and only bare wires were hanging from the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the drain stops were not working. The breakfast was almost non-existent. The highlight was that the coffee tasted good and was hot. The A/C in the room barely cooled the room and ran loudly all night, making it hard to sleep. The bed was hard and the pillows small and with little "fluff", which added to the difficulties sleeping. I do not recommend the Quality Inn in Albertville and would never book another room there.

No se queden en este lugar al hacer el check in las sábanas estaban Sucias (tengo fotos) el piso llenos de dulces pegados las paredes sucias y por quedarme una noche me cargaron de 63.00 la noche debitaron 549.63 y nadie me los quiere devolver y horrible servicio… ni expedía ni el hotel me devolvieron nada y yo tenía mis recibos de pago Do not stay at this place. Although the rate was supposed to be $63.00 per night, they charged me $549.63, and no one wants to refund the money. The service was horrible—neither Expedia nor the hotel refunded me anything, even though I had my payment receipts.
