Room ceiling needs work. The hard boiled eggs at breakfast were questionable to eat. The pool was not open due to repair. The room cleaning crew was helpful.

The property had minimal outside lighting. It had several semi's parking on the street and several guys just hanging around, on the property. The courtesy of personnel at front desk at check in and check out was less than cordial. I'd never return to this property.

It was good except the pool was closed on the weekend and it was 90 degrees outside. It didnt open back up until the day we had to check out. Just our luck I guess. We came to visit family.

Convenient to I95 and the parking lot was well-lit. I felt safe. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, but I don’t understand the marshmallow pillows that are too small and give no support. I did not rest well and woke early, and with a sore neck. Isn’t the point of a hotel to sleep comfortably? The shower was HOT, but short for anyone over 5’7. The breakfast was ok. Stayed only one night while passing through.

When we entered our room, we were hit with a very warm and humid environment. The a/c system wasn’t even on. It took forever to cool. Everything is outdated. The lawn’ outside is nonexistent but a mess unkempt weeds among rocks. I won’t take a chance with Quality Inn again

Hotel was easy to find. Attractiveness low as construction equipment all around it. No friendly greeting at registration but room was fairly clean. Place needs serious cleaning/updating. Stains in bottom of pool, leaves everywhere around pool deck. Breakfast OK.

I don't know how this hotel has high ratings. The lobby and hallways were clean but our room left a lot to be desired. Room smelled weird; stains on wall, ceiling, and bedspread. Would not stay here again.

Everything was good! We booked while in the parking lot. Just got tired driving. Great option for a shower, clean room, and light breakfast to get us back on the road again. Saved money by using Expedia. The staff was great!

The room we had we could not sleep around 1:30am it was bed bugs on the bed biting had to get up turn the lights my son got bites on his ears hand and neck . When I call the from desk the guys all he said that he is sorry like he don’t cares about customers move us to the next room we could not sleep that’s what we had paid our money for and can’t rest in peace. We was on a long trip and had to leave 7am and didn’t sleep all night. All what the guys keep saying sorry that was very bad they should at least give me a refund back.

Older hotel, not well kept but not terrible. Got in my room, 2 beds, pull covers back and there was HAIR on the sheets! Pulled the covers back on the other bed, same thing but LESS HAIR!

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hotel felt outdated, with a musty smell lingering in the hallways. While the room appeared clean at first glance, the comforter had a noticeable yellow stain, and the in-room AC unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. Definitely not the quality I expected.

The attending staff Morgan was a 10 with helpful ness - my husband in a wheelchair- she was great with advice and assistance- you are lucky to have such great help don’t let her get away❤️

Only issue I had was children in the breakfast area touching, coughing and not being managed by their parents. I spoke to the front desk and his response wasn’t helpful. I will be contacting the general manager, the items that were coughed on were put away for next “6-9am” crew of stayers

Very clean excellent service and helpful staff. Two personal issues, 1 the refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer. Staff put my ice packs in a separate freezer. Just a minor inconvenience. 2 the toilet is too low! Since the toilet location puts you in a cramped corner you almost can’t get up after sitting down. You should have chair height toilets not ones designed for an elementary school, or add grab bars!

No one at the front desk when I arrived- waited for several minutes after ringing the bell to get assistance. Another guest called the number and asked for someone to assist with checking in. Room was okay. Breakfast was minimal. No regular coffee. Juice machine did not work(or was empty). Milk in the pitcher in the refrigerator was curdled. Rags were left in the sink in the breakfast room.

Average place. The cleanliness was good when arriving but after that some things went down hill. We had daily trash but they wouldn’t pick it up so we would have t on take it to the trash can by the pool so it wouldn’t be in our rooms. Speaking of pool, there were people drinking, smoking and cussing while my kids were swimming. I informed the staff but nothing was done. Multiple families came to the pool but turned around and left. Breakfast wasn’t great but is the usual continental. The owner was constantly asking us for our keys every time we left the hotel so we finally said “sir we aren’t checking out for another two days.” And the elevator was scary. It was affordable and I was clean besides the trash not being picked up, but I wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed here to visit St. Simon’s Island, Jekyll Island and Brunswick. It was good for the money and my husband loved their breakfast. The abandoned outlet mall next door is creepy and I hope it gets renovated in the future, although I know it’ll make traffic in and out very difficult. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was easy to get in and out of, and it was close enough to the things we wanted to do.

The area is quiet exit off rt 95. A few other hotels and gas stations. Not much else. The quality inn itself was clean quiet and well maintained. It was a good place to spend the night.

Room was ok. Bed was clean and comfortable. TV worked fine. Hotel itself was run down as were the rooms. Breakfast was the worse. The entire breakfast area was filthy. Garbage cans were overflowing and food selection was minimal. Tables in dining area were all dirty and we had to ask staff to clean when before we could sit down and eat. Would not stay there again. On a positive note, staff was very nice.

A great value, clean and everything we needed for a overnight stay off of I-95 on our way to Florida. We really appreciated the cleanliness, having a fridge in the room and a “just enough” breakfast to start the morning off right. Thanks!

Nice, quiet hotel with friendly employees. We had a room with a hot tub, which was wonderful after 20 hours of driving. Breakfast was good - "continental" so no eggs, not even boiled eggs since to many people complained about these. Better than some more expensive chain hotels we have staid in, would definitely come again.

Everything was satisfactory as far as the condition of the building the cleanliness of the room the dead being comfortable. The only drawback in my opinion was the breakfast which was skimpy at best. Other than waffles and bread items there was nothing else to eat. So when they say breakfast is included don't expect much.

No one at the front desk when I arrived- waited for several minutes after ringing the bell to get assistance. Another guest called the number and asked for someone to assist with checking in. Room was okay. Breakfast was minimal. No regular coffee. Juice machine did not work(or was empty). Milk in the pitcher in the refrigerator was curdled. Rags were left in the sink in the breakfast room.

This hotel appears to have gone through an upgrade, rooms, carpets & paint were all new and clean, which was a welcome surprise. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, check in was a breeze. Breakfast was not in the best of shape and nothing like the picture. Water/Juice machine was not working, no toaster or items for toasting. So, unless you want waffles, cereal or packaged mini-muffins and coffee, there is not a lot to choose from. However, the price was extremely reasonable, lower than the other hotels nearby so from a value perspective it is very good. The lobby shows security cameras around the property which is a bonus that security is taken seriously.

The one time we needed the staff, it took forever to find anyone.. but even when I checked in, they simply gave me my card and no info.. no wifi password, no info when checkout was etc. didn't even ask for my ID. The AC in our room was off, so it was blistering in there and smelt like mildew. We turned the A/C on and left for the day for it to cool down. The rest of the stay, it was so humid, I was soaked and yet cold ever single night. In the morning, my shower was cold, no matter how high on the heat setting I had it.. and then breakfast was a whole other level of disappointment. The juice was out, but it didn't say it was out.. so you had lightly flavored swamp water disguised as apple juice. The waffle mix, syrup and butter all tasted very odd.. we couldn't stomach any of it. They didn't restock any fruit or pastries if there were any.. and their cereal choices was instant oatmeal, marshmallow mateys or Bran. We don't know if the pool was open, every time we saw it, there was a closed sign on it. I'd say this is an excellent place if all you are looking for is a place to sleep if you have other food or shower accommodations.. but with the humid and musty/mildew smelling room.. it wasn't even great for that.
