Hotel cin struttua molto spartana che nelle camere ci riporta alla Latina della bonifica pontina. Situato proprio di fronte alla stazione, il personale è preparato e disponibile. Non ho capito se il parcheggio era compreso (come scritto) perché la sera non mi hanno fatto parcheggiare all'interno.

Se non fosse stato per il prezzo sarebbero stati tutti giudizi terribili. Meglio pagare qualcosa in più ma non patire il freddo visto che non funzionava il condizionatore ed il rumore assordante del mini-frigo (vuoto). Pulizia della camera pessima e bagno pieno di calcare.

Brilliant air conditioning and working fridge, good shower essential in extreme heat.Opposite train station and bus stop, so good for travelling.The staff are very good and breakfast is plentiful with great coffee.Not four star though, no WiFi except in reception area and limited facilities .If you want luxury this is not for you but for a clean bed while exploring the area ok. The hotel is dated but for the price you can't complain although some people do!

Nel complesso la struttura non sarebbe male, ma il personale giusto la signora che ti porta il caffè la mattina é gentilissima, per il resto scorbutici e con la puzza sotto il naso. Le pulizie scarsissime, entro in camera il primo giorno appena arrivati e abbiamo trovato la coperta già bucata con una sigaretta e in un hotel soprattutto a 4 stelle ste cose non devono succedere si cambiano le coperte non si lasciano. Offrono svariati servizi come fitness, vasca a Idromassaggio e ristorante non ne funzionava nessuno dei 3 per mangiare ho dovuto fare spesa all Eurospin e mangiare panini ! Siamo andati per farci una vacanza ma era meglio stare a casa non funziona nulla nemmeno il wi-fi ! Non ci torneremo mai più !

Albergo un po' datato, ma molto comodo (posizione e parcheggio interno gratuito). Personale molto cortese, in particolare il portiere di notte e la signora di servizio durante la colazione. This is alot BUT, PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW. I checked out yesterday. I did read some reviews online before booking this hotel, apparently not enough. I am a BUDGET TRAVELER. Some things that are deal breakers for others, are not for me. I don't need a spa, gym, room service ect. I booked this Hotel for proximity to The Rail Service and because THEY ADVERTISED a pool. There were 2 other hotels in Rome, 8 mins away from The Colosseum, same price, no pool. I decided with the heat, I needed to cool down after my long days. 1. The reviews that I read did NOT mention the filth of this property. If it's permitted I will post the disgusting room that was given to me. 2. There were brown stains on the walls in several areas almost every wall. The shower floor had very visible piled up thick dirt on it. 3. The faucets were broken, pieces falling off. I took a video of the screeching ear piercing noise that it made when I turned it on. 4. There were oil like stains on the rugs in common areas. I spend WEEKS planning my trips, specifically keeping in mind the location of THE HOTEL that I book. I booked several ~NON REFUNDABLE~ excursions based on the location of where I would be staying. 5. There is NO WIFI in the ROOM! Only in the Lobby and each time you go to a different site, you're made to sign in again! After realizing the condition of the premises, I went to the front desk area to contact Expedia. I could not make calls, so I was live chatting with them asking them to call the Hotel..

L'hotel è datato. I bagni sono inaccessibili con ruggine e calcare non difficile da notare. I bicchieri di plastica nel bagno e a colazione al posto di quelli in vetro sono pessimi. Un impatto ambientale vergognoso nel 2023. Personale peró molto gentile. Unica nota positiva di questo soggiorno da dimenticare.

Personale cortese, posizione comoda ,ha del potenziale ma è un classico hotel anni 80 . Biancheria palesemente vecchia ,seppur pulita. Aria condizionata appena percettibile, colazione così così. Accettabile per una notte ma niente di più.

Un hotel da 4* "alla carriera" , che fava bene per una notte e non di più. La posizione è ottima, vicino a stazione per Roma e posti da visitare (Sermoneta, Ninfa, Valvisciolo...). Camere datate ma pulite, materassi a molle molto scomodo, cuscini improponibili, doccia microscopica. Purtroppo abbiamo dormito troppo e la colazione c'è la siamo persa!

Le personnel était très gentil. Par contre, la chambre était dans un état qui nécessitait un grand rafraîchissement. Le lit double était en fait des lits simples collés et nous sentions les ressorts. La chambre de bain était vieille, non ergonomique et même trop petite pour une seule personne.

Nel complesso la struttura non sarebbe male, ma il personale giusto la signora che ti porta il caffè la mattina é gentilissima, per il resto scorbutici e con la puzza sotto il naso. Le pulizie scarsissime, entro in camera il primo giorno appena arrivati e abbiamo trovato la coperta già bucata con una sigaretta e in un hotel soprattutto a 4 stelle ste cose non devono succedere si cambiano le coperte non si lasciano. Offrono svariati servizi come fitness, vasca a Idromassaggio e ristorante non ne funzionava nessuno dei 3 per mangiare ho dovuto fare spesa all Eurospin e mangiare panini ! Siamo andati per farci una vacanza ma era meglio stare a casa non funziona nulla nemmeno il wi-fi ! Non ci torneremo mai più !

Un hotel da 4* "alla carriera" , che fava bene per una notte e non di più. La posizione è ottima, vicino a stazione per Roma e posti da visitare (Sermoneta, Ninfa, Valvisciolo...). Camere datate ma pulite, materassi a molle molto scomodo, cuscini improponibili, doccia microscopica. Purtroppo abbiamo dormito troppo e la colazione c'è la siamo persa!

Brilliant air conditioning and working fridge, good shower essential in extreme heat.Opposite train station and bus stop, so good for travelling.The staff are very good and breakfast is plentiful with great coffee.Not four star though, no WiFi except in reception area and limited facilities .If you want luxury this is not for you but for a clean bed while exploring the area ok. The hotel is dated but for the price you can't complain although some people do!

Io vorrei tanto non sembrare uno del 300 ad essersi lamentato negli anni ma proprio è impossibile non farlo. I servizi offerti sono una livello truffa : la piscina, non c'è mai stata e delle due vasche idromassaggio qualcuno afferma di averne visto una, anche se inagibile, io sinceramente ad un certo punto ho smesso di cercarla. Il parcheggio "chiuso" ? effettivamente la notte il cancello è chiuso, peccato per il mendicante che chiede 20 euro per fare carburante ad un fantomatico furgone in panne, Se avete predilezione per sigarette simpatiche o latte+ (cit. Arancia meccanica), degli abili mercanti d'oltre mediterraneo, sono sempre disponibili all'esterno (ok questo non è imputabile alla struttura, ma utile per la valutazione "sicurezza"). Il tutto con la stazione FS di Latina Scalo dal lato opposto della piazza (che è comoda, ma attraversata da treni merci tutta la notte). Confort : il materasso era comodo. L'aria condizionata gemeva e chiedeva di essere soppressa per tutta la notte, oltre al fatto di non condizionare nulla, se non la salute mentale dello scrivente (in altre camere forse va). Salute mentale messa a dura prova durante il check-in dall'ormai noto signore di vetusta età, forse coetanelo della struttura stessa (chi dei due si porti male gli anni, non lo saprei dire) addetto al turno pomeridiano : "non dovete prenotare on-line, avete scocciato, io la Tua prenotazione non la trovo, il pagamento neanche, doveVi chiamare al telefono e risparmiaVi anche 5 euro"......
