Loved this property - the room was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Got a warm welcome from Lori who was very helpful. Even had Tesla chargers in the covered parking garage. Very nice place - will be staying again in the future.

This was a renovated old hotel downtown. Very nice and comfortable. No breakfast but kuerig available in the room for coffee. Our room was upstairs with no elevator. A little diffficult with large luggage pieces but orher than that, we had a good experience.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Looked newly remodeled. Nice interior/covered parking just outside the front door of the hotel. Restaurants and 1 screen movie theatre within walking distance (less than a block).

The owner is super friendly and happy to share information about hikes and food. The EV charging was free for guests when we were there, but you need to talk to the owner to have the charger turned on. Everything is new and clean. There are a few restaurants nearby.

it was unique as it was a renovated historic hotel. NO elevator. Nice size room, bathroom. Covered parking, IF you can get a space. Ice maker in parking area so easy refill for ice chest if needed. Biggest issue was the NO elevator. Very caring owners.

Room was very very small, but ok if you are getting in late to sleep and leaving early. No elevator to the second floor, so if you have heavy luggage, good luck. It’s a super small town, so you can’t expect too much.

Room was well maintained. Had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Atmosphere was welcoming. Everything was nice except they need to mop the floor more often as the bottom of my feet turned black after walking in the room after waking up (they were freshly washed just before bedtime). Nearby Cowboy Smokehouse restaurant had great food for dinner.

Very clean. Great atmosphere. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a while. Very nice to have access to EV charging on site. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was in final phase of renovation, so the hallway and room was dusty. Room was comfortable, liked the final product. Once renovations are finished, will be an excellent place to stay.

Great little property in Panguitch within a 30 min drive to Bryce Canyon park. Recently updated, clean, and super friendly/helpful staff. The town is "dry" and has seen better days. But there are a few dining options, gas and a grocery store to stock up on supplies. Our room was street side and we heard traffic most the night. If you can't get in the Bryce Canyon park lodging or some of the closer newer options, this is a solid choice. The drive through Red Canyon State Park is awesome.

Clean room. Quiet. Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating! Unfortunately the queen bed sagged on one side, making it pretty uncomfortable. And the room and bathroom were very small. But, definitely the best place to stay in this town, for sure!!!

Our room had 3 queen size beds that were adequately comfortable and a large 70” LED TV. The bathroom was descent and had all of the necessary amenities. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was very weak. We had the thermostat set at the lowest temp and none of us were comfortable during our stay. We all slept with only a sheet.

The room was clean and much more spacious than we were expecting for a 2 queen room. There was plenty of space to walk around and even had a small table with two chairs that I used for journaling at the end of the day. I took a peak at another room with 2 beds, and it looks like we Our room was on the second floor facing the back of the hotel. No view of the main street and it was very quiet most of the time we were there. However, the walls were a bit thin, and as we were right next to the stairs, we could hear when people would use them. We could sometimes hear people’s conversations out in the hall too but that didn’t happen too often. I appreciated the single serve keurig in the room and the variety of K-cups that we could replenish if needed at the front desk. Parking is first come, first served for the covered area, but there’s extra parking in the back too. The hotel sits on the main street in Panguitch and was a quick walk to a nearby market, thrift stores, and restaurants.

Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly, lots of parking, comfy beds and very clean room. We were unsure due to old looking vibes from outside but it was amazing. Will be staying here again for next years balloon festival. We had 3 beds and lots of room.

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff Laurie. Though the hotel was fully booked during the time we stayed, we were pleasantly surprised that we did not hear much noise compared to some other hotels. Really good barbecue restaurant next door. Supermarket just around the corner. About 20-25 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon NP; can visit Red Canyon in between. Overall, this hotel is a very good value.

Please correct: The room was fairly clean, but there was no front desk service after 9:00 p.m. Around 6–7 p.m., I received text messages asking what time I would arrive. If I arrive late than 9pm she will arrange something like that. So we could not enjoy much super moon headed to this hotel. After I checked in, I texted to ask if there was a laundry room, but got no reply. The room was very small, and my room face street the traffic noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The only good thing is that the room was clean, but it was really too small.

We absolutely loved our stay at Two Sunsets Hotel! Lori was phenomenal and very easy to communicate with. We ended up getting there later than expected and she was extremely flexible with our arrival time. We spent our last evening chatting with Lori and her husband, Stan, and got lots of ideas for places to visit. Two Sunsets is about 25 minutes from Bryce Canyon. The hotel was newly remodeled and very quaint. The room was clean, well stocked with towels, coffee and hot chocolate. We were in a room with two king beds, a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and small table and chairs. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and hope to return someday!

I contacted Two Sunsets on two occasions with no response. We then tried to cancel our reservation, not because we chose to, but the national weather service projected flash flooding, which was beyond our control. With no response to them, we had to go to hotels.com followed up on our behalf. Sunset did not give us consideration in charge as the cancellation fee. Based on this, I would not recommend dealing with this hotel.

As far as I could tell, this is likely the nicest hotel available in Panguitch. The rooms apparently have been recently renovated and thus are very clean. Lori, the manager, is extremely helpful and friendly and takes great pride in the Two Sunsets Hotel and taking care of guests. I am especially thankful for her because her housekeepers found my wedding ring that I had left behind and Lori promptly called me and arranged for its return!

Two Sunsets is right in the middle oh Historic Panguitch. A classic old building that is full of surprises as soon as you walk in. A beautifully decorated and comfortable modern lobby is the first. Our room was very nicely appointed and comfortable, complete with a Keurig coffee maker. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Two Sunsets. The hotel was right in town which provided walking distance to restaurants and grocery store ice cream! It’s a close drive to Bryce Canyon where there’s even more to do. The staff was great and the room was very clean and accommodating of our party of 5. We will definitely book here our next trip through this part of the country

It was a wonderful stay!! The rooms looked recently renovated and looked clean. Staff was very nice and adaptable. Wonderful place to stay! Good bbq restaurant and breakfast spot down the street. Very cute town. Super close to the national park.

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff Laurie. Though the hotel was fully booked during the time we stayed, we were pleasantly surprised that we did not hear much noise compared to some other hotels. Really good barbecue restaurant next door. Supermarket just around the corner. About 20-25 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon NP; can visit Red Canyon in between. Overall, this hotel is a very good value.

There is no breakfast in the hotel but there is a market across the street at the corner where we picked up cereal and milk. We had to call the hotel and leave a message to let them know we arrived early and they allowed us to put our bags in a room while we went sightseeing and then when we got back they gave us our room. Staff is incredibly nice.

A very nice place to stay overnight for people touring around Bryce Canyon NP. Clean and tidy room with a big TV, just love it! Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant right next to the hotel is good too, and it offers breakfast, making it even more convenient to start the trip early in the morning.

The Two Sunsets Hotel had been open just a couple of weeks before we stayed there. The staff was incredibly accommodating and awesome. The whole place was spotless and so was our room. It’s very spartan and basic but was perfect in proximity to Bryce Canyon and there were good restaurants nearby.

Like: clean, newly renovated inside rooms, can walk the town with restaurants and shops. Didn’t like and FYI: it’s right on the main street so if you’re noise sensitive ask to be put in a back room. No room for a table. Only has what you need, not what you want. Rooms are tiny! At least the king room was. Providing body lotion would have been a nice touch. It’s two stories, no elevator. You may be recommended to go to the next door steakhouse, we were not impressed.
