Hotel Innsbruck

My stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the two spa areas (textile free on the top floor, swimwear on in the basement pool area) were beautiful. Felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ll be returning!

Service beim Frühstück war verbesserungswürdig, kaltes weichgekochtes Ei erhalten, kam lange niemand zum Fragen für Kaffee und Eierspeisen - mussten dies nach 15min selber einfordern. Personal wirkte eher demotiviert/desintressiert. Zimmergrösse für den Preis eher klein und ringhörig. Auch schade, dass die Badeslipper gekostet haben. Okay, dass sie nicht fix im Zimmer sind und aktiv geholt/angefordert werden müssen, den Aufpreis dafür empfinden wir jedoch als unangemessen.

Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. Thank you so much for a short but amazing stay.
