This might be the grossest place I've ever stayed. The 1st roach i noticed was across the room, next to the wastecan. Not long after, one came to visit me on the bed. Then I saw one on the microwave. The next day I had 2 of them on on the table with the coffee maker. Then 1 appeared on the other bed. I also had 2 on the walls, and finally 1 more on the bed I was using again. Aside from that, someone had punched holes through the bathroom door at some point. The toilet hadn't been cleaned because there was hair and dried urine around the plumbing. The drapes in the room had something gross on them, and it wasn't stains. It was clearly thick and hadn't been washed. Food, vomit, or feces. I can't be sure which, but none of thise things belong on the curtains. There were many other issues that showed that the owners do not care about the property or their customers, but they minor campared to what I've already mentioned. I have photos from my stay, but the app is not allowing me to share them.

Room was absolutely disgusting! Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen. Bedding & towels looked discolored & stained. Floor felt gross to even walk on. Entire room was freezing upon arrival. Normal thermostat did not work, we turned on both heaters that plug in & cranked them so we could get it warm in there. Toilet seat did not even fit the toilet, toilet had been leaking & left stains, no hot water in either sink or shower, bathroom door didn’t lock, microwave hardly opened, fridge light kept going on & off. Front door barely locked, had definitely been broken into before & we did not feel comfortable with it being that way, with our children staying on the room with us. So we adults slept by the door. If we weren’t so tired from traveling & after an event we went too, we would’ve found a different room elsewhere! Very disappointed with this motel. It’s listed as a “Inn” & it absolutely is not. It’s a nasty, old, non-updated or working, healthy, safe inn!

Our room had mice running around, one was inside my shoe. When we were moved to a second room, the beds were made, but when we turned down the sheets there was a large bug. In the bathroom there toilet had not been flushed. This was the most disgusting experience and we left the hotel and did not return. We had prepaid for three nights over the Labor Day weekend and I am told it is nonrefundable. It has to be refunded since I paid for a clean, habitable room but the rooms we were given were unsafe, disgusting and not fit for human habitation.

We checked in, went to our room, and left shortly thereafter. The linens were clean, but the room overall was filthy. There was soap scum and hair on every surface in the bathroom. There was mouse droppings in the dresser drawers. The phone did not work, nor did the television. The refrigerator shelves were held in place with bungee cords. The stairway leading to the second floor smelled of urine.

This property is filthy. The pictures on the website do not accurately depict the level of filth. The furniture and bathroom are outdated and dirty. There were stains on the pillows and bedding. There was hair on the towels. There was a musty smell throughout the room. We tried getting a refund and the owners would not allow it.

Driving up to the motel it looks old and dingy and the rooms aren't really any different. Its exacty what you would think a motel looks like. We went to a concert and when we got back our room door would open with the key card the staff had to come and basically break it down. Do not get toom #115.

It was a mistake to stay here, despite the great price and location. When I first arrived at my room and tried the key card, the doorknob came off in my hand. The desk clerk seemed unsurprised and calmly gave me a key to a different room. In the new room, the fridge (which I had counted on having) was so noisy I had to unplug it to sleep. The entire freezer compartment was a solid block of ice and unusable. There were (empty) mouse traps in the corner of the room. There were odd-looking stains on the walls. The A/C filter was totally clotted with dust. There were not enough outlets to plug in the fridge, the microwave and the desk lamp at the same time. I didn't see a smoke alarm. It was reasonably quiet, and the plumbing all worked.

The room was one of the worst. There was a tiny space heater that was dangerous. Door handle to get out the room was broken and was brought to the attendants attention and nothing was done about it. The vending machine didn’t give me change back and attendant did nothing. There was hair in the shower, dead bugs in the walls, broken window shades. Punch marks on the bathroom door. Smelled like old cigarettes. Burn marks on the sheets and couch. Mattress on the stairwell. A good thing were the shops and mall nearby. Great location. Horrible ambiance inside the room. Thank goodness it was one night only. I’ve been to worse but been to plenty better places. Marked as “Inn and sweets” but it’s a motel for sure. Towels were stained. Appliances were plugged into one extension cord. Warning!!!

This is a worn-out, tired hotel. It appears that maintaining the property or updating it is not on their list. Holes in the walls, damaged drywall, shower that didn't work - just worn out and old. I left after the first night as I could not even take a shower and it was too late when I got back from work to move rooms. Sorry, but this is just an honest review. The motel room was a good price, and the location is quiet & safe set back from the main road. Yet it still very close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc., all within very close walking or driving distance. The motel lobby & room was outdated and needs some updating & maintenance, but overall decent. The bed was somewhat comfortable, very basic motel mattress & bedding, but there was a wall AC unit to use when needed. The first morning the shower water knob had to be turned all the way on as far as it could go to get the water warm enough. Two days later, I did the same thing and the shower water was scalding hot! Even when I barely turned the knob on (still on the "cold" side), the water was still scalding hot and couldn't stand under the water for 1-2 seconds, not sure why that happened but definitely issue with the water heater.

Staff was awful and very rude. Our room was so dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Burn holes in the bedding and stains all over the carpet. The man was rude when I checked in. Told me I had to pay upfront and then did not give me a receipt when I paid in cash until I asked him to. We did not stay we cancelled our reservation and the girl up front said we could look at another room but we declined because it just was so gross there and she was very rude and not apologetic at all. They denied us a refund even though we were there for maybe 30 minutes. Ridiculous

The hotel was decent for the cost. It is very close to Natick mall, which is a nice feature. Rooms are decently clean. The suite has small kitchen, but no dishes , pans, plates, utensils, etc… not sure if that is on purpose or not. In the smaller room, we had to unplug the air conditioner. It is too cold outside to use the AC, and it will not stop running. The manager is very responsive to our requests.

It was terrible, the door nob was half broken and the door would only close if you locked it otherwise it would randomly open. Also we asked for CLEAN blankets and they told us no, and not to mention it smelled like mildew and the shower curtain had mold on it. And the WiFi went in and out and the employees were rude. Overall I don’t think it’s worth over a hundred dollars a night.

The hotel was decent for the cost. It is very close to Natick mall, which is a nice feature. Rooms are decently clean. The suite has small kitchen, but no dishes , pans, plates, utensils, etc… not sure if that is on purpose or not. In the smaller room, we had to unplug the air conditioner. It is too cold outside to use the AC, and it will not stop running. The manager is very responsive to our requests.

The location is good for activities in the area, though a little confusing to find as it is off the main road. All the roads are separated by a cement median, so if you miss it, you must travel down the road, make a U-turn, pass it by to make another U-turn. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room hadn't been vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned which is not ok. There were bugs and dirt on the bathroom floor and and the bedroom floor was similarly dirty. Worse, the mini blinds were broken in the bedroom and sections were missing in the bedroom, violating basic privacy. For the cost, this is unacceptable.

Pros: the bed was comfortable and the price was right. The location is convenient to Boston, shopping, and eating. Cons: While there is some vintage charm to the bathroom fixtures and the property overall, the peeling paint, mismatched furniture, and overall sense of decrepitude mean it’s unlikely I would stay here again.

The motel room was a good price, and the location is quiet & safe set back from the main road. Yet it still very close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc., all within very close walking or driving distance. The motel lobby & room was outdated and needs some updating & maintenance, but overall decent. The bed was somewhat comfortable, very basic motel mattress & bedding, but there was a wall AC unit to use when needed. The first morning the shower water knob had to be turned all the way on as far as it could go to get the water warm enough. Two days later, I did the same thing and the shower water was scalding hot! Even when I barely turned the knob on (still on the "cold" side), the water was still scalding hot and couldn't stand under the water for 1-2 seconds, not sure why that happened but definitely issue with the water heater.

I booked this motel and left with such an unpleasant experience. They need to focus on cleanliness -specially bathroom or, carpet. The bedcover was dirty, yellow marked, bedside table was dusty. Need investment to some sort of basic modernisation. No brekfast ,no chair at the front desk to wait etc.

The front desk girl attempted to charge my card when I specifically told her not to, that it would decline. She tried to push the amount anyway. It didn’t go just like I said. The website said there was a continental breakfast. She said there isn’t and blamed Expedia for not updating their info. The interior door handle came off in our hands. Only 1 towel to shower with when the room was booked for two adults. Will not be returning.

Horrible stay. Room was in bas shape. There is a huge gap in door so made it cold in there. No continental brekfast given. Online it said 104 but then miraculously ut changed to 130.

It was horrible. This place has nothing! Pictures don't represent place. It is old, dirty, disgusting. I had to buy lysol wipes to use bathroom. There is a false advertising that continenty breakfasts is included - there is no breakfasts at all and I didn’t want to even try coffee because I was afraid I would get sick. Also, it says on site tbat check-in is at 2 pm but when you get there it states 3 pm.

This property is a fluke. The room was dirty, roaches in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. We slept on top the bed after I lysoled everything. They do not offer breakfast like it’s listed. And none of the rooms nor the reception look as they do in the pics. All lies

It had a funky smell when we entered the room which wouldn’t go away despite leaving the windows open spraying mist or the air conditioning. The restrooms were okay. It wasn’t a 5 star obviously but you get what u get for the price.

Das Hotel ist in Google Maps nicht richtig drin, liegt etwas versteckt und ist eher schlechter ausgeschildert und daher nicht leicht zu finden. Liegt direkt hinter dem Aloft.

I can’t understand how this place is allowed to operate.There was so many bugs and cockroaches in the room that I left 10 minutes after I checked in,disgusting.
