We stayed here twice on same trip. The handicap bathroom was nice. The breakfast had several options and proteins like waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, a few pastries but limited variety. The ice machine was broke but the staff got ice for us and were friendly. Have an indoor pool, but didn't use it. Cheaper than St. Louis hotels 25 miles away.

Solid hotel. Had a nice pool. Breakfast was sub-par. Room was nice with decent beds

The pool water was very dirty. It smelled so bad we could smell it while we were in it. When we took our swimsuits off upstairs it made the room smell of mildew.

Well lit parking lot. A little run down and very minimal breakfast, but for the price and location, right on the interstate, it was well worth the money.

Easy check in, welcoming pyblic areas, and clean and comfortable room. Green areas for dog. Nearby park for longer dog walks.

Good stay for the $$, not very comfortable beds and very limited amenities but felt overall clean (there were some mildew stains in the room but nothing catastrophic). Breakfast was usual continental fare, pool was very small but looked clean. overall would stay again if in the area.

Had decent hopes for the hotel but pool was out of order, bedding had stains on the top blanket, and just doesnt feel like the cleanest place

The bike path was exceptional, to be able to get some exercise after driving long hours, was a wonderful bonus. The room and facilities were outstanding.

Easy check in and out. The only problem was their vending machine and the soda/water only took cards. Cash is easier when you are traveling and this website is horrible! Won't let you see what you are typing and thats not a good thing!thing!travaweren't working and tge

Curtains were filthy. Bedspread had burn holes in carpet around corners of room were not vacuumed. Shades on lamps were very dusty. Breakfast was okay

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The room was dirty on arrival—stained sheets, dusty surfaces, and a foul, musty smell that hit immediately. Even worse, there was visible mold. It felt unclean and unhealthy to stay in. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend to anyone.

Room smelled so bad, it was very musty, the sheets were hstained an had blood on them, and the shower had hair in it.

The property was in a poor state of repair. Holes throughout the building, garbage on very stained carpet. Our room stank of cigarette smoke. We asked for and received another room, with queen beds not the king that was booked. The clerk was quite aware that that room smelled. She apologised and everyone smokes outside that room. Our second room smelled better, however there was feces on the sides of the toilet bowl, and the bed mattress sank in the middle. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Evidence of bedbugs in our room, we had to leave after a couple hours and sleep in our car

There was poop in our toilet when we arrived to our room, and when my wife used the shower sewage water backed into the tub. They wanted to give us another room but we found a different hotel. The price is good but it’s not worth it. It was dirty and unacceptable.

Nice large room. No smoke odors. I liked the vanity outside the bathroom, it made it easier for multiple people getting ready. Good continental breakfast.

Good value and was clean. Could use new matresses. Little sag in middle of our bed. But slept well

The rating was because the internet/cable tv service was out all evening. Good thing i had a book. Had to finish check in in the morning as they had not service.

Room appeared to have been recently updated and was nearly like new. Only caveat: Mattress and pillows could have been better.

For the price room was ok. A/C was very noisy. Also water pressure in the shower was very very low.

The hallway upstairs has the worst stench. It was terrible, so bad you dreaded leaving the room. We slept on the side looking out to the front parking lot. The curtains, or the way the are installed are not darkening at all. Felt like I was sleeping in a prison yard, and spotlights were being shined on me. We got VERY little sleep do to how bright the room was.

We had a very comfortable n friendly stay we was stranded from the snowstorm n had to stay an extra day we couldn't get the car out from being plowed in n the front desk work was very nice to help my daughter shovel the car out he was very helpful n nice

I was very impressed by the ownership taken by the individual at the front desk. They were informative and friendly relieving me of any worries I might have had.

The room was clean. Missing a coffee maker but they got another one as soon as they were notified. Provided extra coffee too.

The young man at the desk who checked me in was superb.

It was clean, quiet and the staff was polite and very helpful.

Everything was great except the front desk lady. Savanah was rude and argumentative. When she was in duty, we had to wait until shift change in order to check in. In order to extend our stay, I had to book online because she was impossible to work with by phone. Will book nearby hotel next time to avoid drama.

Booked 2 rooms through hotels.com. Also booked another neighboring hotel through the same channel. Needed to use the Super 8 for the pet policy. Hotel 1 was very accomodating, allowing me to give all of my information over the telephone and the guests had the smoothest check in and 2 night stay. Super 8 would not allow us to check in over the phone. Instead required us, 2 hours before the wedding to come in person. Verified what we needed to bring and drove to the hotel. Once the groom arrived with my card to get the check in done, he was then told by the same lady that he now needed my driver's license. Instead of driving back to get it, the guests we were trying to accommodate had to pay for the rooms themselves. Terrible service and no compassion for the groom, his father or his grandfather.

There is an open floor behind the front desk. When I walked in the man running the desk was standing in the middle of the floor just staring at the floor and not moving at all. I walk up to the desk and he still didn’t move or acknowledge me. Eventually he did and did not look at me or say hi. Just by looking at his eyes and the way he was talking I could tell he was on something. He informed me that I was not able to check in and stay for the hotel room me and my husband paid for because I didn’t call to tell him we were going to be late and I quote “this is my job, I work here and you didn’t call me and tell me you’re going to be late.” What is this my job that I have to call in late to??? It’s a hotel that we paid for. The last thing my husband and I were thinking about was calling to tell him we’re going to be late when we were driving on the expressway that was a sheet of ice and covered in snow. We passed so many accidents that we lost track. Eventually we agreed to book a hotel for our safety and the safety of others on the road. When I told him about the weather his reply was “I don’t control the weather.” I was calm while speaking to him until he said that and then I lost it and started raising my voice and then he started yelling at me. Instead of being understanding of our situation he refused to give us a refund and said we have to rebook and pay again… we had $30 left to make it back to our home in Illinois so that was not an option.

You can walk to multiple restaurants . Essentially same parking lot. It was a bit confusing finding hotel but located nor from freeway. A bit aged propert but very clean and a great price . Comfy bed and quiet. We stop here always on way to relatives.

Arrived too early for check-in, but staff was able to get me into my room!!! Location was convenient to freeway and many food options, etc. Would stay here again if in the area.

For the price, it is a great place to spend the night. It is in fairly good condition, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance.

Not very good reception. Continental breakfast was very minimal items and person attending not very friendly

Shower curtain was not very good, very easy for the bathroom to get real wet real quick. Breakfast was very small. Other than that a decent place.

Excellent economical price for a one night stay. I wished the breakfast was a little better, no eggs or bacon, and I didn't see the waffle maker till after I finished my bagel. However, it was a pleasant stay and a good price.
