I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided during our recent stay at your establishment, which was booked as an executive family room for four persons through [Expedia/booking portal]. We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the condominium apartment then he brought us to a room in another tower. We felt scammed immediately. we were dismayed to find that the “executive family room” was not part of a proper hotel but rather a poorly maintained unit in what appeared to be a residential apartment or condominium building. The condition of the room was deplorable and far from the clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations advertised. Below, I outline the numerous issues we encountered: 1. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Conditions: The room was in a shocking state of disrepair. The walls were covered in stains, peeling paint, mold, and cobwebs, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. The entire space had a pervasive, unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet basin is choked and hair everywhere.
