Elevator doesn't work and has not for awhile. Breakfast had dry cereal, cinnamon rolls and juice, not much selection. Hard to get people at front desk. Manager was nice but obviously short handed, room was clean and comfortable and ac was turned low like I like it. Price was good

Elevator broken, hallway no AC. Breakfast advertised but a danish is not breakfast. Don’t advertise breakfast unless it is continental or actual healthy offerings.

The television did not work, the phone did not work, the toilet ran all night long, the bathroom sink was clogged up. The elevator did not work. The breakfast was a joke. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Entire room was dirty. Crumbs and dirt all over the floor and I stepped on an old jelly bean. Hallways were dark, my son was afraid to go down it and the elevator was broken.

Not far from new casino. Asked for first floor room when booking but had to take a second floor room. Elevator and ice machine were not working.Elevator was out of service for repair. I have mobility issues but managed with my wife's help.

Front desk help overworked; no one to cover desk while she grabbed a quick bite for dinner; There should be an auto text stating "elevators are out of service". My 92 yr old mother could barely get up stairs to second floor. She felt confined to room because of stairs/no elevator. Room was clean, linens were clean. Like the flooring - so much better than carpet. Very little offered for breakfast and all food was put away at 8:45am on a Saturday. Breakfast hours are 6am - 9am. Short-staffed for the front desk. Plenty of housekeepers cleaning the rooms early Sat morning.

We were placed on the 3rd floor and the only elevator they had, did not work! There was no explaining this to us as if this was a normal thing. Luckily my mom decided Not to go on this trip because there would not have been any way she could have climbed 3 stories. It was a struggle with all our luggage. You would have thought with it being race weekend, they would have made the elevator maintenance a priority.

The elevator was not working . We were placed on the 3rd floor. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Both beds were used. We didn’t check in until late evening and the room was not cleaned. We had to walk back downstairs to let the lady know. She put us into another room . She had to go check the room first to see if that room was cleaned before giving it to us. That room was cleaned. Once we got to the room, the remote did not work. I called the front desk but no answer. I had to wait until the next day and I gave the remote to the housekeeper and she replaced the remote. The vending machines did not work. The location is great but the motel need some repairs.

Booked last minute and paid about $110. First room we were assigned to had a lot of mold on the ceiling and some on the wall. So gross. Amy at front desk was working hard and assigned another room but walked with me to make sure it was satisfactory. She was apologetic and good at customer service. Room was just ok and we stayed the night. Didn't walk without shoes due to sketchy floor. Room AC was mediocre. Very humid feeling. This hotel was very very disappointing. I do not recommend staying there

The service wasn't good at all. No continental breakfast just a bowl of raisin brand was available breakfast area was the lobby my room wasn't clean, the floor was slippery and needed to be swept had black mold on the curtains and i killed 3 spiders. The worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in.

Horrible experience!! I reserved this room and selected to pay at the property, upon arrival, they stated they did not accept cash for payment so an alternate credit card was provided. They charged in full, both the card used for the reservation and the card that was provided at check-in, which was not discovered until days later because I do not check my statement daily. The hotel was also extremely outdated, our room had not been cleaned thoroughly there were baby items under one bed, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and it looked like a 2

Avoid like the plague!! the night staff was very friendly. that being said they were not trained properly and it took an hour to be checked in for a room already paid for.Roaches in the room black mold in the bathroom. Then no breakfast at all!! no drinks no coffee not even bread. when I asked the morning clerk she said guess no breakfast today. Side note ordered from dominoes and was no showed. Night clerk informed me that after 10 they usually wont deliver to the property! Stay away from this location Worst experience I have ever had especially from a Wyndham property I would expect a much higher level of quality control. will not be staying at this property ever again. You have been warned!!!

Cockroaches in the rooom, the sheets had stains, air conditioner was acting weird. We tried to call the front desk and couldn't reach anyone to assist us. It was late so just went to sleep but i was really let down. I could've paid alot less for the quality of the room i received

This place provided a relatively clean bed for the night, but the property was in very poor condition. One of the lights was out, and the shower head was busted. When we started the shower, it sprayed water across the bathroom. When we used a white towel to wipe up the bathroom, it turned brown from dirt.

The roach motel from hell. Residents talking and yelling loud in the hallway half the night. Next door room played loud music till 3:30 AM. Called front desk for an hour, no response. Rear entrance doos not secured at night. Trash from previous resident found beside bed. Informed Office of discourtesy residents upon check out. Was told I should have come down to the office and complained. Big sign at window that said fail “0” for office. Just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Saw the Wyndham and relied on the reputation. Big mistake on my part. Do not recommend this place for anything.

The room was missing drawers too the dressers, the bathroom door stuck, and was broken. The room smelled of mold and mildew until the air conditioning was turned on the remote did not work for the TVs had to be moved to another room. There was dust and mold on the ceiling as well as the air conditioning unit.

The room was clean and quiet. The elevator was not working so I was not pleased that they put a 77 year old on the second floor and he had to climb the stairs. They also charged him $150 security deposit that was eventually returned but I felt that was unnecessary since he told them the only reason he needed the room was he was a lung cancer patient and work was being completed at his home putting dust in the air that made it harder for him to breathe. The manager didn’t seem to care.

It was a three night stay in Danville for the event at Virginia International. Check in was a little concern due to no one being at the front desk nor answering the call for service. When manager arrived he apologized for his not being there and check in went smoothly. The next two nights the people at the desk were friendly, and helpful. Making for an overall pleasant stay.

Rude front staff personnel, came in at 10:50pm to check in and it took 20 minutes just to get someone to check us in. No one would answer front phone the reservation was already there. Woman acted as if I inconvenienced her by making her get up and do her job.

The elevator was not working and neither was the lobby coffee maker. The elevator has been down for a year according to the front desk. The property is badly run down. No one at the front desk. Have to call a number to get service. Charges $40 to check in one hour early even though the hotel wa almost empty. Over all a poor experience.

Avoid like the plague!! the night staff was very friendly. that being said they were not trained properly and it took an hour to be checked in for a room already paid for.Roaches in the room black mold in the bathroom. Then no breakfast at all!! no drinks no coffee not even bread. when I asked the morning clerk she said guess no breakfast today. Side note ordered from dominoes and was no showed. Night clerk informed me that after 10 they usually wont deliver to the property! The only negative is that we noticed a little bit of mold around the shower. What really made our experience top notch was Amy, she was so understanding and full of joy. She really seems to enjoy her work and made things easy on us.

The elevator was not working . We were placed on the 3rd floor. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Both beds were used. We didn’t check in until late evening and the room was not cleaned. We had to walk back downstairs to let the lady know. She put us into another room . She had to go check the room first to see if that room was cleaned before giving it to us. That room was cleaned. Once we got to the room, the remote did not work. I called the front desk but no answer. I had to wait until the next day and I gave the remote to the housekeeper and she replaced the remote. The vending machines did not work. The location is great but the motel need some repairs.

Our power went off due to weather so we called to see if a room was available. We called Super8 first because we stayed there last time power went out and had such a good experience, and this time was no different, room was freshly remodeled, clean, quiet and we enjoyed some needed rest

Not far from new casino. Asked for first floor room when booking but had to take a second floor room. Elevator and ice machine were not working.Elevator was out of service for repair. I have mobility issues but managed with my wife's help.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but like rooms with balcony/porch. Too closterfobic with no outside access. One night stay ok. Didnt feel real safe in the area. People hanging out in parking lots beside motel.

Elevator doesn't work and has not for awhile. Breakfast had dry cereal, cinnamon rolls and juice, not much selection. Hard to get people at front desk. Manager was nice but obviously short handed, room was clean and comfortable and ac was turned low like I like it. Price was good

Elevator broken, hallway no AC. Breakfast advertised but a danish is not breakfast. Don’t advertise breakfast unless it is continental or actual healthy offerings.

The service wasn't good at all. No continental breakfast just a bowl of raisin brand was available breakfast area was the lobby my room wasn't clean, the floor was slippery and needed to be swept had black mold on the curtains and i killed 3 spiders. The worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in.

Rooms were quaint and adequate. Beds were fair with down pillows that were great.. There was no coffee pot in the room. Bummer!! The continental breakfast was subpar.

My birthday trip to danville was ruined. The front desk lady was sooo rude and not accommodating. I reserved the room for 5/30-6/2. I wasn't able to check inon the 30th because i got off work largest than i thought. So i tried to check in on the 31st ( my birthday) and the front dest lady denied me because i didn't come on the 30th. I tried to explain my job situation and telling her it was my birthday. She didn't care and it showed. She told me i would have to re book with her, even tho my card was already charged for 5/30-6/2. Wow. She was very unprofessional and not someone who should work in hospitality. Then she told me to call and speak to a manger on 6/2. Smh. Luckily i spoke with Mark on 6/2. And he resolved the issues 🙄.
