The hotel is older - but still operates quite well. The middle of the hotel is open and there are no soundproofing - so there can be noisy from outside. Especially as it is an airport hotel with people coming and going throughout the day and night. Other than that everything works and the hotel is a decent value

The staff were very friendly, and I liked that the room was spacious. However, there were no blankets provided, and the refrigerator was a mess and poorly maintained, but it seemed like the cleaning staff had forgotten about that and skipped cleaning that area.

The best thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle. It looks pretty on the outside and it looks well maintained however once you get in a room you can see how it's lip gloss on a pig. We got in at 11:00 p.m. and The room they put us in apparently had not been cleaned. Lots of hair in the bathroom sink, floor had debris on it . Only had one pillow for each full bed. After we asked for two extra pillows, we discovered how filthy the bathroom was and showed it to the housekeeping stuff that came with the pillows. She had us moved to a room down the hall. That room had no blankets on the bed, and the bathroom was filthier than the first one! Feces debris in the toilet, hair in the sink and on the counter, dirty towels hanging on the shower, floor not swept, blankets missing from the bed. Hence we got moved to a third room. In the morning my daughter took a shower and the bracket and shower head fell off the wall and hit her in the head! The room rate was reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for! The staff was apologetic and offered to take her to the hospital. They did not charge us for the shuttle back to the airport and offered free dinner. We did not stay. Now looking to get a refund for the second night via Expedia.
