Didn’t really get to use much of the amenities. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Nice sized bathroom and good lighting. Parking was easy and it was snowing heavily but was cleared quickly.

Very clean and up to date. The only thing that was not great was one of the elevators was out of service so it took forever with only one elevator between the cleaning staff and all the guests

Fine stay. Tub didn't drain, but they fixed it. Carpet smells a little like it has been wet. Room was close to the pool so lots of kid noise in the evening until bed time. Very helpful staff.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Room we were assigned was a standard king bed room. Room was tidy and clean except for the bathroom where tiny little creatures were in the shower (reported to from desk). Also the exit door hallway was covered in excrement (possible from mice) - not a pleasant site I(again reported to front desk). I would still stay again at this hotel as these issues are not uncommon, especially with the summer heat.

I am a fan of Marriott - the only gripes I had here were (a) very temperamental coffee machine in my room, and (b) the pillows collapsed flat and gave no support overnight. Otherwise, room was good, spacious and comfortable; well kept and well managed.

We’ve stayed here a few times, and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff is friendly, parking is free and convenient, building and rooms are always kept clean and tidy. Love the option of breakfast, and the convenience of streaming services on the tvs. We will be back again soon.

The room was nice and clean, enough space for our needs. The staff here was great, from remembering me from a previous visit to engaging with my young grandson, I give them an A+, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the wifi kept cutting out on us during our stay which while not the biggest deal was annoying.

Both the best deal for breakfast when you book your reservation and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. Healthy, light and delicious. Beds were excellent, room large and very quiet. Will definitely come back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

We stayed on the 7th floor and there were like 2 consecutive night that there were 6 kids running and screaming on the hall without any parents supervision throwing things around. The hotel had a TV outage for all costumers that lasted more than 24 hours so we couldn't watch TV while resting those days. Massively disappointed in my stay this time around, this is the third time i been staying on this hotel because its been good so far but i guess luck run out on the third time. Will look for some place else next time i visit Canada.

Asked 4 times for the room to be cleaned because we found a bug on the bed sheets. It was never completed. When I called the front desk, a rep named Ryu was very arrogant and rude to me over the phone. We were obviously frustrated and Ryu told me to come to the front desk as he wanted to confront me. I went down to the front desk and Ryu was gaslighting the situation, instead of trying to listen to me and provide any type of customer service. Spoke to me in a condescending manner with arrogance. I told him that if this is the way he acts in his position, he is in the wrong industry. We will never stay or recommend this property. We stayed 2 nights. You can find something else in the area. If you are paying ridiculous prices and they cannot clean your room, or replace your towels after you politely asked 4 times, then are confronted with an entitled, arrogant front desk clerk, this hotel doesn't deserve any business. I hope this helps others and makes them aware of my terrible front desk staff experience. PS...they left towels and bedding in a plastic bag, hanging on our door handle when we got back at 11:30pm. We cleaned everything ourselves. Thanks Ryu for the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, at the Marriott in Oshawa!

The staff responded well on check in when it was discovered the room I was assigned was among a group of families with many kids. I was given a new room assignment in a more quiet and pleasant location. An initial problem with the internet connection was also eventually resolved. A complementary breakfast was assigned in compensation of the issues caused which was greatly appreciated.

The facility suffered a water main break, Sunday night of the Labour Day weekend. The head of maintenance, Bruno, was able to bring equipment and men to bear promptly, and was able to excavate, find and repair the main, and have water service restored by 8am the next morning. The crew worked all night!! Very Impressive!

On arriving I explained that my wallet had been left at a bathroom stop the staff said I couldn’t book in without photo ID and a credit card even though the room was already paid for. I understand the reason for the credit card in case we destroy our room I just think that if we had there would have been ways of finding us. The other staff member working asked my friend if he had photo ID he did and he said that would be fine. Just a hassle I didn’t need. Ended up finding my wallet at Napanee so it would have been quite the detour and we’d have missed our concert.

Didn’t really get to use much of the amenities. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Nice sized bathroom and good lighting. Parking was easy and it was snowing heavily but was cleared quickly.

This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home.

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate, super clean, and the bed was so comfy! The staff were over the top friendly. The food at the bistro though, was way over priced and you definitely don't get your moneys worth. Other than that it was a great stay

Both the best deal for breakfast when you book your reservation and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. Healthy, light and delicious. Beds were excellent, room large and very quiet. Will definitely come back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

I was disappointed in the price and the breakfast. Although I paid 300/night breakfast was not included and the selections once I did pay extra was limited. Plastic cutlery and paper plates are wasteful and did not match the price point.

This hotel is conveniently located near the 401. There is ample parking. I found the front desk staff friendly. There is no complimentary breakfast. I found that the hallway and room smelled musty. I am not sure if I would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel while in town for the Ontario Provincial Lacrosse Championships. It was a 12 min drive from one of the main arenas (Iroquois Park) so I highly recommend for tournaments in the Oshawa/Whitby area. Nice, modern rooms and good amenities (pool open until 11) and handy to have a restaurant on-site (but we didn’t eat there).
