Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem kleinen Schlosspark mit Schloss und in nur einigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der kleinen Altstadt, wo man Restaurants und Geschäfte findet. Ideale Lage. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer (19€), aber draußen gibt es alternative Parkmöglichkeiten, wenn man will. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren freundlich, allerdings wirkte alles etwas unorganisiert. Mir fehlte ein bisschen der zuvorkommende Service-Charakter, den ich von anderen Hotels kenne. Das Frühstück und dessen Service kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir dies nicht genutzt haben.

Cozy and nice hotel. Relatively close to the highway, so an easy drop-in for just a single night. Nice and service minded reception. A bit difficult for parking in a small suburb, and €17 for parking, is in the higher end. Nice breakfast, and a nice selection of gluten free choices as well

Nous avions pris l’hôtel pour avoir le parking inclus , lors de la réservation nous avions pu le faire cependant , une fois arrivé sur place le parking était complet, nous avons dû nous garé à proximité sur des places payantes, je ne suis pas content du tout de cela

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ca. 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Leider ist das Internet sehr schwach. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, wenngleich der eine Kaffeeautomat bei Reisegruppen schnell überlastet ist. Angenehm ist die Kaffee-und Teestation, wo es den gesamten Tag über Tee bzw Kaffee gratis gibt.

Stayed only one night to be close to airport, staff helpful with ordering cab to airport in am, room clean. only one complaint - didn't like that the ac wasn't turning on, staff had technician come up to check while we had to go out, which was approved to do so but upon return still no ac turn on and was reported that the technician found nothing wrong, so we had to leave window open for any airflow/ got a fan from desk but had to listen to trains all night.

Great location within walking distance to the city center. Excellent breakfast spread with many options. Friendly staff. The place is clean and well maintained. Only complaint is, like with many hotels in Europe, the room wasn't exactly huge, we were a little cramped in a double room with 2 beds Otherwise excellent experience and would stay there again.

Sehr (!) schlechte Matratzen. Noch eine weitere Nacht und ich hätte meine über Nacht entstandenen Kreuzschmerzen nur noch mit Schmerzmittel ertragen können. Die Rühreier beim Frühstück waren leider wieder total verwässert.

Modernes und gepflegtes Hotel! Leider Zimmer viel zu klein und die 24 Stunden Rezeption war nur in der Theorie vorhanden!! Auch aufs Band gesprochen, hat keinen interessiert!!

Das Zimmner war perfekt. Ich habe mein Airpods versehnetlich im Zimmer zurück gelassen und der Roomservice und das Frontdesk Team haben sehr gut zusammen gearbeitet, damit ich diese wieder bekomme :) - Danke nochmals dafür

Great location within walking distance to the city center. Excellent breakfast spread with many options. Friendly staff. The place is clean and well maintained. Only complaint is, like with many hotels in Europe, the room wasn't exactly huge, we were a little cramped in a double room with 2 beds Otherwise excellent experience and would stay there again.

Sehr (!) schlechte Matratzen. Noch eine weitere Nacht und ich hätte meine über Nacht entstandenen Kreuzschmerzen nur noch mit Schmerzmittel ertragen können. Die Rühreier beim Frühstück waren leider wieder total verwässert.

Very good value for money! Clean and functional. Breakfast was also very good. Wifi was a bit unstable in the room I had but worked very well in other areas.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ca. 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Leider ist das Internet sehr schwach. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, wenngleich der eine Kaffeeautomat bei Reisegruppen schnell überlastet ist. Angenehm ist die Kaffee-und Teestation, wo es den gesamten Tag über Tee bzw Kaffee gratis gibt.

Myself and 3 friends were on a motorbike tour from the UK to Austria and this was our second stop after crossing the channel. We were greeted pleasantly and we asked if we could park our bikes outside the front of reception which was refused. We were offered underground garage parking at 19 euros. Thankfully we were only charged for 1 space as all 4 bikes fitted in, just! The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean so all good. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown all of the plug sockets were fitted with blanking plates which meant I was unable to charge my electrical items, phone, etc. Breakfast was priced at 19 euros per person so we declined that and found something far more reasonable. Rastrat itself is a small town and there are a couple of nice reasonably priced restaurants just a few minutes stroll away. I secured 3 comfort rooms all with double beds for less than 60 euros per night so very satisfied with the overall stay just a bit disappointed at having to pay for parking and breakfast costs. All said, if I was passing that way in the future I would stay here again.
