This hotel is easy to get to, has a nice walking area around the marina, close to a few options for restaurants, Woods Coffee across the parking lot… room was clean, well appointed, comfortable…the elevator was out still but staff were apologetic, and indicated there is a new elevator company working to repair it.

Over all the stay was pleasant. Loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee. The parking situation is confusing and not great when there is an event going on and event parking taking up most of the lot. Christina who was working the front desk had the worst attitude and was incredibly rude to multiple people in the wedding party that were checking in. The view from our room was beautiful, over looking the water.

Over all the stay was pleasant. Loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee. So, I’ve stayed here before and it’s very relaxing and I love the location, but the elevator was down and ended up having to change rooms (which they kindly upgraded) so that my room was closer to the stairs. Not only was the elevator down, but the vending machine was down on the second floor and the oven didn’t work so they couldn’t do hashbrowns for example Staff is really nice and considerate and the view is great and the location is really close to lots of restaurants and it’s just a great place to be

Would not stay there again. I was my wife and I tenth wedding anniversary. Had booked a room balcony! Had cheched on reservations a week early to confirm and yes i had i would be staying in room 308 third floor with a view and a balcony. Day of check-in we arrive in the evenings and are told we moved your room from the third floor to the first floor because the elevator is down. They say we didn't think you would want to use the stairs! I said we would have been fine with using the stairs and they should have asked. They will not charge the room back. So we get put in a room right next to the front desk and we can hear everything that is going on every conversation every phone call ect. Just not happy with any of it!

Have been coming to this hotel for over a year now. 4th time staying there in the last year. Unfriendly staff. Elevator out ice machine out vending machine out. Room wasn’t touched in 2 night stay. I could have stayed down the street for the same price. At a way nicer hotel. Breakfast is so bad Gas station breakfast.

Elevator broken. All employees were kind except for the Manager, she was very rude and impatient. Which makes me not want to book this hotel again. Their procedures are extremely and uneccesary complicated. Ill book my usual spot at Gotel Indigo from now on.

Unfortunately, the place was pretty dirty. We had cigarette butts outside the back door, hair in the tub, and we spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it with a towel and the towel was disgustingly dirty. Also a little unnerving when we are checking in at the front desk and, someone who works there goes into another room and walks out with a handful of drug needles in her hand not exactly what I expected from this place.

BED BUGS!!!! I found bugs and blood on and in the bedding in room 206. I was switched rooms which wasn’t much better. There wasn’t bugs but the room was beat up, dusty and gross. talked to the manager in the morning and he could care less. I wasn’t offered a discount or a refund. I was given a half fast “sorry” by the manager and he rushed me out the door. If one room has bugs, they all have bugs. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Check out the Indigo next door if you’re looking for a nice, safe, clean place to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff as we came in after midnight. Great comfortable bed and it was easy to get the room cold and dark - just how we like it for a good night’s sleep! Love the smell of the salt water of Puget Sound in the Northwest. We will stay here again!

The staff are very very nice but the room was not comfortable. We wanted a view of the water so paid for marina view but our room was on first floor and everyone walking by could see right in so kept curtains drawn. The lights from the marina are bright and show around curtains so had to use a sleep mask. The bathroom situation is ridiculous. The bard door offers no privacy and the location of sink is not convenient. There is one mirror in room but the mirror is so dimly lit, I felt like I was trying to do hair and makeup in the dark. The room looked nice but again, not comfortable. I won't be back.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean & fairly modern. I didn't need a view for my quick stay, but I imagine a deck on the marina side would be great. Pleasant surprise at the included room-service style breakfast. My only tiny complaint would be low shower pressure & heat. I enjoyed the brewery across the lot (great pizza!) & there are many other nearby food & drink options. The old Weyerhauser building, The Muze, is a very cool coffee/whiskey spot. I'd stay again if I ever had need.

It was way too noisy you could hear the people above you and the peoples next door total conversation!! Breakfast delivered to your door but very poor quality. I had much better at less expensive hotels. I left a night early because of this, would not recommend especially for the price! Only good thing was the nice walk on the pier and the room was clean.

The Inn was so quaint, the lobby warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and lots of neat elements to it - the fireplace, the balcony, the great view over the marina, and a very comfortable king bed. And the windows opened in the bedroom so we could sleep with some cool, fresh air coming in, which added to our good night’s sleep.

We loved everything about this place and would definitely go back again except for one important thing. They use something called Pluto TV. It's the worst thing I've ever had to navigate. There's nothing live. Everything is a tape. It has to keep pausing to let the streaming catch up like on a computer. We had a couple of very favorite things to watch last night and missed it all. I was quite upset. We had the girl from the front desk come up to help us and she couldn't even figure it out. It's a beautiful place and I would stay there again but will ask first about their Pluto TV situation.

We loved staying at this property. From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Paul at the front desk, till the time we left, we had a great experience. Paul immediately told us about the highlights of the area and the best places to eat. Which we tried most of them and they were fantastic! The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. In addition, the area had great walking to the restaurants on the pier with a beautiful view, including seeing the sea lions sunning themselves. The breakfast basket was such a nice touch and the delivery to your room was exactly what we wanted. Then you could enjoy the food in the peaceful atmosphere of your room. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the amazing staff at this hotel!!

We love staying at Port Gardners. The staff is friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and great views of the marina. There are lots of dining options and great places to walk. Having breakfast delivered to your room in the morning is especially nice.

We love staying at Port Gardners. The staff is friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and great views of the marina. There are lots of dining options and great places to walk. Having breakfast delivered to your room in the morning is especially nice.

Over all the stay was pleasant. Loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee. The parking situation is confusing and not great when there is an event going on and event parking taking up most of the lot. Christina who was working the front desk had the worst attitude and was incredibly rude to multiple people in the wedding party that were checking in. The view from our room was beautiful, over looking the water.

The property was nicely maintained, however once in our room TV did not work and neither did internet ALL night. We had to wait for a manager the next day to help. When my spouse went to front desk to ask for help he was ignored then once She came over she ( manager)was rude and condescending. My husband asked if they could fix issues or switch rooms. He was told we would have to check out by 9am it was 7:50am and make a new reservation and come back after 3pm mind you we had paid for 2 nights. ( I was on stairs above and could hear whole conversation) My husband explained he didn’t understand why we couldn’t get help or room switched with out checking out and why we couldn’t be just moved he was told it had to do with housekeepers.. He then was tools again we must check out and make new reservation .. He then said I guess we will just leave? The manager, then replied that’s fine and walked in her office and slammed the door. I took a second to call my husband down from above, and then I came to the front desk to have a conversation. She changed the entire story and tried to make my husband look like a liar however, she did not understand that I witnessed the whole event from above eventually, we were removed and we were thankful we were told our room was an upgrade because it had a view. she acted like I was supposed to be grateful for getting a window view when we had gone without some of the amenities all night and had paid almost $600 for two nights..

We keep returning to this location, this is our 4th time here. the staff at check in Paul, he is amazing. So fun to learn about the area, and great conversation. Their breakfast options are great and delivered right to your door. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view of the marina.

Elevator broken. All employees were kind except for the Manager, she was very rude and impatient. Which makes me not want to book this hotel again. Their procedures are extremely and uneccesary complicated. Ill book my usual spot at Gotel Indigo from now on.

Visiting the area for Mothers Day weekend. The Inn at Port Gardner-Everett is our go to hotel when we stay North of Seattle. We enjoy this hotel...very clean, great price/value on the water near Anthony's Homeport Restaurant. The ONLY disappoint during our most recent stay was that the bed was lumpy and too soft for our liking and it hurt our backs. Otherwise, we enjoy the hotel...friendly staff, love the breakfast basket, love the location and scenery.

Amazing hotel all around. From the friendly staff to the clean rooms. The breakfast is the selling point for me. For the fact they deliver it to your room at the time you choose. Thank you I will definitely be returning.

This is an adequate hotel to stop by for a night on your way to Seattle. Lovely location by the marina. But don’t be fooled by their so-called breakfast offer delivered to your door. It consisted of a bagel the size of a golf ball, a pastry, the size of two golf balls and a banana. Everything except the banana was wrapped and sealed in plastic. The only dishes and things to drink out of were made out of plastic or disposable paper. Have had far better breakfast buffets in the comfort Inn. And the room is about the same quality. The bed was a bit marshmallow like but acceptable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful though.

It was way too noisy you could hear the people above you and the peoples next door total conversation!! Breakfast delivered to your door but very poor quality. I had much better at less expensive hotels. I left a night early because of this, would not recommend especially for the price! Only good thing was the nice walk on the pier and the room was clean.

We loved the location right next to the marina and across the parking lot from Anthony’s. We loved that we left our breakfast request on the door knob the night before and a delicious breakfast was delivered at our desired time! Both mornings they were exactly on time! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Definitely would stay there again!

The free breakfast was fantastic. Upon arrival I was given a menu in door placard style: pick and choose your preference from their options and time you would like it delivered. At 6:30 am my meal was delivered, to-go as I requested, and I was ready to hit the road for work. Wonderful!

Have been coming to this hotel for over a year now. 4th time staying there in the last year. Unfriendly staff. Elevator out ice machine out vending machine out. Room wasn’t touched in 2 night stay. I could have stayed down the street for the same price. At a way nicer hotel. Breakfast is so bad Gas station breakfast.

The staff at the Inn was AMAZING. Also, a very nice extra was the complimentary breakfast delivered to your room in the morning. We had a patio, so every morning, we enjoyed the quiet sunshine and the harbor as we ate our breakfast. We would stay here again. THANK YOU!

The pictures from Hotels.com were spot on. The hotel lobby and views are beautiful. We loved that it was walkable to many restaurants. We felt safe and we appreciated the staff providing a wine opener and 2 glasses of wine for us to enjoy from a local winery. The room was clean and color scheme was relaxing. Bed was a little too soft for me but my friend said her bed was just fine.

We stayed 3 nights at this property. The clerk at check-in and the employee in the parking lot were very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day-which is rare these days. Breakfast was brought up each day in a basket at a time we specified. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Had problems getting heat to work. More our problem, no instructions in room. Towels on first day were a bit thread bare. Parking was good. Breakfast mediocre. For $250/nt, probably will go elsewhere.
