Otel ve çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi.Eşimle çok memnun kaldık özellikle yeni açılan otelin restaurantında güzel bi akşam yemeği harikaydı .Seyir terasında balon kalkışını görebiliyorsunuz ve giderken mayonuzu unutmayın mükemmel spa ve sıcak havuzu mevcut .

The staff was very kind & helpful, especially Damla, lovely person and very professional. Spa facilities are excellent, swimming pool clean and Sauna and Steam room. You can walk to the Open Air Museum and it is quite nice to do that because you see some things on the way.( or take a taxi) We recommend this hotel, is a great place to stay and visit around.

Anatolian houses is a fantastic hotel with great amenities and superb aesthetics! This hotel offers great viewing points for balloon watching and is overlooking the whole town. Staff were very accomodationg and helpful. My request to have a cave room with more windows was granted because of my medical issues. Room was also cool even if its hot outside and doesnt really require AC, the fan that was provided was enough.

Lovely property, great staff and service. Unique experience staying in a cave suite. Spa is great: steam room, sauna, cold plunge, Turkish bath and pool. Wonderful views from our suite patio. Excellent buffet breakfasts. Great location in town center up the hill for great views, and near restaurants, shopping, activities.

The room was lovely and clean. The whole hotel is beautiful. We spent a lot of time having drinks on the top terrace and the views are incredible. Also great for watching the balloons. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food and service was amazing. We didn’t use the spa aside from the pool. The only thing that could make the rooms better would be a better hair dryer and and iron and ironing board. You can ask for an iron but one isn’t automatically provided. The hair dryer was not good. It is in a really good location and is close to the restaurant strips and small super markets.

Beautiful hotel with a great location halfway up the hill so it's easy to walk to stores and restaurants but you still have an amazing view of the town and rock formations which the hotel is built right into! The pool and spa are available even after you check out which was great. The breakfast was very good. The only negative is that they don't have AC and they offered a fan but seemed surprised when we asked for 2 since we were in 2 separate rooms in the hotel room. Mine broke the second day and the replacement one they sent didn't work. It was frustrating that they brought me 2 new fans that didn't work and finally brought one that did. Without a fan I don't think I would have slept at all since the rooms are so hot at night. I would highly recommend this hotel but definitely ask for a fan for each bed!

Jakuzili suitleri de çok güzel. Çalışanları tam anlamıyla harika. Terasları çok keyifli. Çalınan müzikler kaliteli ve keyifli. Tek sorun var. Açık havuz temiz değil. É um hotel completo com restaurante e SPA, além de um terraço excelente pra ver os voos de balões. A sauna e a piscina são muito boas. A piscina é aquecida no inverno. O café da manhã é excepcional, com muitas opções de comida - todas deliciosas. Os quartos são limpos e bem decorados. O único ponto negativo é que os quartos não são necessariamente iguais ao do anúncio. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal, mas cheguei nele e eram duas camas de solteiro juntadas. Isso é ruim pra quem viaja em casal... Os quartos classificados como "cave" não são todos na cave. Alguns tem o banheiro na cave e a parte do quarto do lado de fora. Este é um ponto decepcionante se você for buscando um quarto assim. Outros hotéis na região deixam claro quando é "stone room" e não "cave room". Se você não ligar para estes problemas no quarto, a hospedagem é impecável.

景色がすごく良くてロケーションもよく、スタッフの方々も親切でした！バスタブだけ、普段、使っていないのか、水を流したら黒いゴミがたくさん出てきて使うのをやめました。シャワーは問題なく使えました。総合的にはとても良かったと思います。

If leaking sewer gas didn’t kill this room, it would’ve been one of the best stays ever! We even complained about the condition but they didn’t do anything or at least didn’t do enough to fix the issue. There are definitely some plumbing issues at this hotel. It’s otherwise a perfect hotel in a perfect location!

We booked two rooms one regular room and second deluxe. When we saw the deluxe room it was smaller and extremely hot. The next day the new staff person was nice enough to switch our room. Which was double the size! The second day we swamped the regular room for the presidential suite - It was extremely big and very cool. However had a very musty moldy smell right from the front door into the entire room.( I booked this room for my mother in law to make it special for her.) however she couldn't stand the smell and switched rooms with us. We mentioned the smell 2 times and they said they would deal with it and we are still waiting. Of course my husband and I have had terrible night sleep with headaches. Secondly- hot air balloon ride I booked through the hotel. I didn't do my research and the night before speaking to someone they told me they paid 70% less than we were paying . I called the front desk to tell them I want to cancel the reservation and with a few back and forth- they canceled it. Only until I said I wanted to speak to the company that they booked from. Thirdly- the resturant staff is amazing and friendly and helpful. Place had great views!

otel tertemiz harikaydı ama bence kahvaltı yapılan yer daha havadar ve daha yüksek bir yerde olmalı manzarayı gören bir yerde olsa çok güzel olurdu.Sunumlar ,kahvaltı harikaydı ama hemen ye ve çık gibi bir ortamdı.Birde odamız soğuktu çok ince bir battaniye konmuş yorgan talep ettik onun dışında herşey çok güzeldi

Hotel was amazing...great views, big room, top notch service from the people there....the only issue I had was there was no A/C so as we were there in the peak of summer, the room we were at was stifling hot that I had to request for a change in room with more windows for ventilation...that is understandable though and not the hotels fault as this was a cave room and I dont expect airconditioning installed inside a cave and I assume non-summer months would be much better... The new room we were moved to was much much better and cooler. I wish there were more electric fans provided but otherwise, I would highly recommend this property. The staff were excellent, sincere...property was AMAZING!!.. all around great

We booked two rooms one regular room and second deluxe. When we saw the deluxe room it was smaller and extremely hot. The next day the new staff person was nice enough to switch our room. Which was double the size! The second day we swamped the regular room for the presidential suite - It was extremely big and very cool. However had a very musty moldy smell right from the front door into the entire room.( I booked this room for my mother in law to make it special for her.) however she couldn't stand the smell and switched rooms with us. We mentioned the smell 2 times and they said they would deal with it and we are still waiting. Of course my husband and I have had terrible night sleep with headaches. Secondly- hot air balloon ride I booked through the hotel. I didn't do my research and the night before speaking to someone they told me they paid 70% less than we were paying . I called the front desk to tell them I want to cancel the reservation and with a few back and forth- they canceled it. Only until I said I wanted to speak to the company that they booked from. Thirdly- the resturant staff is amazing and friendly and helpful. Place had great views!

This cave hotel is beautiful and breath taking . You can see the hot air balloons from outside your room . It does not have ac but the fan was enough and the room was cool. Loved the jacuzzi and showers .

Beautiful hotel with a great location halfway up the hill so it's easy to walk to stores and restaurants but you still have an amazing view of the town and rock formations which the hotel is built right into! The pool and spa are available even after you check out which was great. The breakfast was very good. The only negative is that they don't have AC and they offered a fan but seemed surprised when we asked for 2 since we were in 2 separate rooms in the hotel room. Mine broke the second day and the replacement one they sent didn't work. It was frustrating that they brought me 2 new fans that didn't work and finally brought one that did. Without a fan I don't think I would have slept at all since the rooms are so hot at night. I would highly recommend this hotel but definitely ask for a fan for each bed!

The hotel was amazing. We had wonderful customer service from before we arrived. They helped up book hot air balloon flights and Turkish Show and Dinner. Once we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and given a tour of the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Breakfast was delicious each morning. We were a short walk from the town center.

The staff was very kind & helpful, especially Damla, lovely person and very professional. Spa facilities are excellent, swimming pool clean and Sauna and Steam room. You can walk to the Open Air Museum and it is quite nice to do that because you see some things on the way.( or take a taxi) We recommend this hotel, is a great place to stay and visit around.

This was a great property to stay in while visiting Cappadocia. We loved the ambiance and the cave rooms. Cappadocia was very hot when we were there and no air conditioning was a little problem but having fans in the room was nice. Aysu went above and beyond helping us at the front desk with scheduling a private day tour of the area, setting us up with a laundry service.

The room was lovely and clean. The whole hotel is beautiful. We spent a lot of time having drinks on the top terrace and the views are incredible. Also great for watching the balloons. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food and service was amazing. We didn’t use the spa aside from the pool. The only thing that could make the rooms better would be a better hair dryer and and iron and ironing board. You can ask for an iron but one isn’t automatically provided. The hair dryer was not good. It is in a really good location and is close to the restaurant strips and small super markets.

This hotel was great! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, and were very quick to respond to our Whatsapp questions before we arrived. The property is extraordinary. We especially enjoyed exploring all the different areas: terraces, roof decks, spa area, museum, and cosy nooks all over the place -- just magical! Highly recommend this place - otherworldly in the best possible way!

Anatolian houses is a fantastic hotel with great amenities and superb aesthetics! This hotel offers great viewing points for balloon watching and is overlooking the whole town. Staff were very accomodationg and helpful. My request to have a cave room with more windows was granted because of my medical issues. Room was also cool even if its hot outside and doesnt really require AC, the fan that was provided was enough.

It was a wonderful stay. Attached pics for presidential suite cave. Breakfast was included in the stay price and its buffet style with a very typical turkish breakfast spread. Location is 4-5 min walk to the main Goreme town center with lots of options to eat/ shop. They also provide facility to book red/green tours right on site and option to book private tours as well. They also organize taxis for you if needed. There’s a hammam on site which I only visited but very well kept.

Loved the cave setting, very spacious room and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa needs some renovation, and as vegan the breakfast wasn’t great, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

O quarto é amplo e maravilhoso. Como fomos no inverno, era bem aquecido. Só o banheiro que era quente até demais! A equipe foi super gentil. O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom.

Muito boa estadia, nota 9,5. Quarto bem gostoso, grande, confortável, vista bonita, atendimento dos funcionários excelente, solicitos. Somente café da manhã abaixo das expectativas, avaliando diversos cafés. Especificamente o café básico expresso, e as diversidades de comidas salgadas.

We had a great stay at Anatolia Houses. The accommodation was beautiful — the rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the main street, making everything easily accessible. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The viewing areas to watch the hot air balloons in the morning were fantastic and definitely a highlight. The food at the restaurant was also amazing and exceeded our expectations. My only suggestions would be for the pools to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, and for the bar and restaurant to open earlier than 1pm, as it would be great to enjoy lunch and drinks by the pool earlier in the day.

Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Cappadocia. It’s exactly what you picture when you want to stay in a cave hotel. The rooms are all unique , large and very comfortable. The staffs communication is 10/10 and are so accommodating and helpful . We enjoyed the spa located on the premise and even treated ourselves to a couple massage which was amazing after a travel day. If we come back we will be staying here!! They went above and beyond.
