Gray Boutique Hotel Casablanca

Room in serious need of upgrades. The hair dryer started smoking when turned on, the shower leaked on the floor, the wooden floors need refinishing the TV didn’t work, the person who runs the bar tells you the price and when collecting it’s always different and of course higher. Any bar/dining that does not allow signing To the room or use of a credit card is probably not 100% scrupulous

The room was large and the bed was comfortable but there are virtually no amenities, no bottled water in the room, the towels smelled terrible. No front desk staff available after 10pm.

Front desk lacked in customer services. Not helpful to new travellers looking for assistance. Overcharged services when they were to be offered along with the hotel booking.

Staff were courtious, there was no restaurant open on the night however we were directed to a nearby restaurant which was excellent.

The buffet provided by the hotel literally had bugs on the food. And i don’t mean a small amount. I thought it was part is the dishes until i got a closer look.
