Housekeeping were absolutely the sweetest!!! So helpful and always ready with clean towels and extra blankets, love those ladies!

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

We ate at 8 a.m., and bacon was not cooked very much, needs a little more cooking. Eggs were delicious. I also had a muffin. Nice variety

terrible experience. had a room booked for 2 nights. april 24-26 2026. something came up and we were not able to check in until the 25th. they proceeded to tell us that because we did not check in on the 24th our room had been cancelled for the entire weekend without refund!!! is this normal operating procedure??? absolutely ridiculous. couldnt check in saturday and stay in a room that i had already paid for!!! ended up paying an additional night (3 nights total), just to stay for one night. how could anyone think this is ok? hotels.com better do something about this
