Hotel was lovely, really good location slightly out of the hustle of Patong but easily reached by walking about 10 mins to get to the busy area. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice. The rooms are slightly dated or less luxurious than you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There is also an activity desk in the hotel which we used for one booking and again was great. The outside pool area is lovely with a great bar and lots of food on offer. I would say the gym is quite lacking, very small for the size of the hotel that we didn’t use it in the end, it could use an upgrade.

Great lifestyle luxury hotel in Patong, very close to everything, but build in a way that makes it seem like a hidden resort. Nice architecture with plenty of wood and nature. Our small room on the fifth 7th floor in the main building came with a little balcony. Slightly run down, television did not work. Not a quiet place — a constant noice from the water flow in pools. This is a family with kids paradise not so much a quiet adults place. For that chose something further away from Patong. The restaurant was very nice. Plenty of options. All in all very good. Expensive but good.

Hôtel et chambre très agréable. Par contre j'ai opté pour cet hébergement pour la salle de sport et lors de notre arrivée la salle etait en 'rénovation' aucun avertissement par mail, ni affichage sur place, ni sur les sites de réservation. Assez déçu

The staff here are phenomenal, they wait on you hand and foot like Royal, this hotel has its own unique experience and look To it , they have so many amenities ! A lot of free activities like yoga and boxing ! The property itself is breathtaking but I must shout out BEE At the front desk, she is the definition of going beyond , Toto Rosie and George ! Really made our stay so memorable definitely recommend 10/10

We booked a family room suite and really very big. Breakfast with great options, amazing swimming pool Wirth chill music and a bar. Staff was great since the check in including spa, food and beverages and pool. Will be back!

朝食は種類も多く、ライブ感もあり、とても満足できました。4泊して一通り食べられた？かな。テンション上がります。 このエリアは空港から遠く、タクシー以外には術がないのが難点。公式では空港から40分ですが、実際は行き帰りとも2時間かかりました。 プーケットタウンも近くないので、アプリでタクシー呼ぶのも苦労しました。 近くに美味しい食堂もあり、歩いて15分くらいにショッピングモールもあり、便利でした。 ホテルが拡張中？のようで、朝早くからの騒音が少し気になりました。プールでもリラックスできて、トータルでとても良いホテルだと思います。

Stay here!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE in every single way. Staff, food, drinks, cleanliness - we loved every minute of our stay. My daughter had a tiny bout of sickness and the manager came to our room to check on her - we had beautiful fresh ginger sent up. The kids room is lovely and activities and such an amazing vibe for parents too.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful hotel which is a calm oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Patong. In particular the restaurant was superb at both breakfast and other meal times and amazing customer service from the restaurant staff. Although the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere in Patong it was excellent food quality and a wide array of choices so you could easily go half board. There was also happy hour three times a day and drinks were reasonable prices and good sizes. You can also have room service to your villa. We had a pool villa which was really special with a large private pool including a section of jets. Upstairs was also lovely with loungers, outdoor bath/shower and Bali bed with inbuilt fan. We also had a massage in the spa which was a wonderful experience. We didn’t spend too much time by the pool but although there didn’t look many loungers there was always a space when we wanted one and nice chilled vibe. There is some construction ongoing next door but we didn’t hear any disturbance Overall a wonderful start to a special holiday.

We absolutely loved the property—it's stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we checked in, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and instantly made to feel at home. One of the highlights was the thoughtful tour of the resort grounds and amenities we received upon arrival. It was such a great way to get familiar with everything the property had to offer, and it really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat. A special mention goes to Hansahl, whose service truly stood out. He was attentive, professional, and made every interaction feel personal and memorable. His hospitality made a big impression on us. Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe and well cared for. The entire atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and peaceful—everything we could have hoped for. Dinso Resort exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Front desk staff were great, restaurant food was great. Breakfast was average, cold food ,no barista coffee. Less staff during breakfast. Room not cleaned even we stayed in pool villa, had to request for deep clean.

Hotel staff and grounds are amazing, attention to detail is spot on. We had an issue with our room and ant but staff went above and beyond to resolve it, would definitely recommend staying here.

Alles super. Es fauert nur sehr lange bis der Aufzug zu den Pool Villas kommt und die Moskitos sind auch ein richtiges Problem. War in keinem Hotel bisjer so schlimm mit den Moskitos

환경 친화적인만큼 많은 벌레가 나옵니다. 풀뷰였는데 계속 개미가 나왔어요. 매일 룸클리닝 맡겨도 매우 작은 개미가 많이 나와요. 심심치 않게 침대서도 발견됩니다. 룸에서 전화로 데스크 연결해서 청소 요청해도 몇 시간 뒤에 옵니다.. 그래도 리조트 자체는 이뻐요. 조식도 괜찮아요. 매일 조금씩 달라지는 데 먹을 만 합니다! 정실론이나 카론비치 이동 셔틀 아주 요긴하게 잘 이용했어요~

I think the hotel misses the marks on a lot of elements Check in felt like going through the motions and no one really cared. Zero flexibility on an early check in, we arrived at 2.15pm and it knew at that moment there was zero chance they would accommodate a 45 minute early arrival. Finally we were escorted to our room, after 3pm, by someone that was more interested in sitting in the back office playing on their mobile phone than engaging with us about the facilities of the hotel. The building itself looks tired and worn for something that’s just over two years old and didn’t have the wow factor I was honestly expecting. The external lift connecting the Carpark with level three, the facade is rusted in many spots which makes you wonder how safe the two level ride is. Housekeeping were haphazard, one day our room wasn’t cleaned so we called requesting even though we had been out all day. Turndown service, only happened three of the six nights we stayed The TV service drops in and out and there is no ability to use a streaming service. The highlight was their food and beverage service. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though don’t expect it to be ready for 6am. But the amount of wastage by over zealous guests piling their plates with too much food was hard to watch. We dined at their restaurant and their Indian food was outstanding, as was the cocktails and the staff. Everything else left a lot to be desired & I would avoid staying in Patong at all costs. It’s seedy.

We dined at their restaurant and their Indian food was outstanding, as was the cocktails and the staff. Everything else left a lot to be desired & I would avoid staying in Patong at all costs. Waited twenty minutes for the elevator. Hotel was not clean, and people were not nice. I waited so long for the elevator because the staff was using it. Also, the hotel was under construction, and did not let us know in advance. I woke up to banging every morning. I called multiple times for the same request and waited yet again. Hotel was also overpriced for the experienced. Overall, had a bad time and would not go back

Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. The views from the room was so calming, the staff are always ready to help and the food was excellent! The only recommendation is to make the place adults only since it gets loud especially in the morning with kids screaming. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.

Had an amazing stay in Dinso to celebrate my birthday! the rooms were well cleaned everyday and the housekeeping team did a good job. The environment feels like staying in a jungle right smack in the middle of patong and easily access to Jungceylon mall, free shuttle at certain time. Breakfast was good except they should change it up a little bit as we stayed for 4 nights and all breakfast spread were the same. They definitely need more staff as the hotel were bombarded with tourists during check in and check out time and the staff were downright short handed. We stayed in the deluxe room and gosh we had to walk a lot just to get to our rooms(Take 3 lifts). After checking out, I left my jacket in the room and told the staffs to call housekeeping but the staff simply gave me my already checked out room card, to go up and take it myself. It was also the wrong season as it was rainy everyday, so check on that as this jungle needs to be visited only on a good sunny day! Overall, a pleasant stay and beautiful ambience too. Please take care of it as I can foresee if not maintained well, the wood furnitures in the rooms would be spoilt. One of the rainy nights, there were a liquid leakage from the ceiling as we stayed at the 7th floor. And boy! I thought someone had came in the room and left a mark😅

Hotel was lovely, really good location slightly out of the hustle of Patong but easily reached by walking about 10 mins to get to the busy area. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice. The rooms are slightly dated or less luxurious than you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There is also an activity desk in the hotel which we used for one booking and again was great. The outside pool area is lovely with a great bar and lots of food on offer. I would say the gym is quite lacking, very small for the size of the hotel that we didn’t use it in the end, it could use an upgrade.

Great lifestyle luxury hotel in Patong, very close to everything, but build in a way that makes it seem like a hidden resort. Nice architecture with plenty of wood and nature. Our small room on the fifth 7th floor in the main building came with a little balcony. Slightly run down, television did not work. Not a quiet place — a constant noice from the water flow in pools. This is a family with kids paradise not so much a quiet adults place. For that chose something further away from Patong. The restaurant was very nice. Plenty of options. All in all very good. Expensive but good.

I think the hotel misses the marks on a lot of elements Check in felt like going through the motions and no one really cared. Zero flexibility on an early check in, we arrived at 2.15pm and it knew at that moment there was zero chance they would accommodate a 45 minute early arrival. Finally we were escorted to our room, after 3pm, by someone that was more interested in sitting in the back office playing on their mobile phone than engaging with us about the facilities of the hotel. I loved my stay at the hotel, people were nice and friendly overall. I got sometimes ignored when ordering foods at the restaurant while it was almost empty but worst part was the taxi service ordered by the hotel to go the airport. After 10min on our 1h10min ride I noticed that I left personal items in the room and the driver wanted to charge me full price to go back to the hotel. He even stopped and wanted to argue about it. At the hotel, I noticed that the lady that went to the room with me was messaging him while he was trying to still make us pay for the full ride. We end up paying 2/3 of it which is shocking.

Super beautiful place with amazing breakfast buffet. Dinner/lunch menu not as impressive—better off getting tastier and cheaper street food! Had an amazing Thai massage in the spa, Very comfy and luxe room. Beautiful grounds. All staff were very kind and attentive; the only thing is it seemed they (especially front desk and housekeeping) were understaffed and stressed. Many of the other guests were impatient and demanding, and they were overbooked. Took us 1.5 hours to get checked into our room, and we arrived a couple hrs past checkin time. They offered us free massage or lunch, which was the right thing, but we really just wanted to get to our room after a long day of travel. We felt badly for the staff. All in all, though, great place for a splurge and luxury accommodations!

The staff here are phenomenal, they wait on you hand and foot like Royal, this hotel has its own unique experience and look To it , they have so many amenities ! A lot of free activities like yoga and boxing ! The property itself is breathtaking but I must shout out BEE At the front desk, she is the definition of going beyond , Toto Rosie and George ! Really made our stay so memorable definitely recommend 10/10

We encountered an antisemitic issue with another group at the hotel. They cursed us and started to argue with us about our country. I complained to the security guard and to the manager, but no one helped us or updated us about their actions. We stayed locked in our rooms until today when our vacation ended.

The staff and service were outstanding throughout our stay. They went the extra mile, were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The property is beautiful and the serene atmosphere as well as the facilities and activities on offer made it the perfect stay. Stay here!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE in every single way. Staff, food, drinks, cleanliness - we loved every minute of our stay. My daughter had a tiny bout of sickness and the manager came to our room to check on her - we had beautiful fresh ginger sent up. The kids room is lovely and activities and such an amazing vibe for parents too.

Such a horrible experience. Went to the hotel early, room wasn’t ready, fair enough left for a few hours. Called a head to confirm it was ready to be told yes and when I got back to the hotel I was told to sit and wait, and was then forgotten for 30 minutes while they checked other guests into our room because they forgot us. Went back to the front desk to be told they’d given the room away and need another 30 minutes before something would be ready. Finally get the room key and checked in around 4pm when we’d arrived at 11am. The food was disgusting. Room service was in not edible. Breakfast in the morning offered no options as items for the extra cost buffet wasn’t stocked so my friends got eggs from the order counter and I opted not to eat. They then brought us a ketchup bottle covered in Bug that had been on the counter with the food. The girls who did eat the breakfast all have food poisoning and have had to have an emergency doctor come in and give them fluids this morning. Bad service and cleanly. Would not recommend.

OMG please book this resort if you can. This was the most beautiful place I have stayed in my life. Every penny spent here was worth it. Breakfast for halal food eaters is HEAVEN!!!! So much halal food options an variety in food. Don’t think twice before booking this place. I can guarantee you will have a great time in the resort itself. The location is perfect with so many restaurants around and Bangla road is walkable too!!

Great lifestyle luxury hotel in Patong, very close to everything, but build in a way that makes it seem like a hidden resort. Nice architecture with plenty of wood and nature. Our small room on the fifth 7th floor in the main building came with a little balcony. Slightly run down, television did not work. Not a quiet place — a constant noice from the water flow in pools. This is a family with kids paradise not so much a quiet adults place. For that chose something further away from Patong. The restaurant was very nice. Plenty of options. All in all very good. Expensive but good.

Stayed in a dozen or so hotels this trip. Plus more villas etc. none more than 3/4 days. Booked this for 4 days. Missed my flight home. Booked another 4 days. This hotel made me miss the flight as who would wanna go home. Food average. But location makes you forget your in pa tong.

This property is still new and shiny! The rooms are stunning as is its jungle location that is walkable to lots of dining and shopping. Even the beach is only a 20 min walk. It is heavily visited by "influencers" - so fair warning if you find that obnoxious. A good mix of families and couples. Service can be a bit slow but staff are lovely and eager to help. The buffet breakfast is top notch!!

OMG please book this resort if you can. This was the most beautiful place I have stayed in my life. Every penny spent here was worth it. Breakfast for halal food eaters is HEAVEN!!!! So much halal food options an variety in food. Don’t think twice before booking this place. I can guarantee you will have a great time in the resort itself. The location is perfect with so many restaurants around and Bangla road is walkable too!!

Front desk staff were great, restaurant food was great. Breakfast was average, cold food ,no barista coffee. Less staff during breakfast. Room not cleaned even we stayed in pool villa, had to request for deep clean.

Hotel was lovely, really good location slightly out of the hustle of Patong but easily reached by walking about 10 mins to get to the busy area. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice. The rooms are slightly dated or less luxurious than you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There is also an activity desk in the hotel which we used for one booking and again was great. The outside pool area is lovely with a great bar and lots of food on offer. Super beautiful place with amazing breakfast buffet. Dinner/lunch menu not as impressive—better off getting tastier and cheaper street food! Had an amazing Thai massage in the spa, Very comfy and luxe room. Beautiful grounds. All staff were very kind and attentive; the only thing is it seemed they (especially front desk and housekeeping) were understaffed and stressed. Many of the other guests were impatient and demanding, and they were overbooked. Took us 1.5 hours to get checked into our room, and we arrived a couple hrs past checkin time. They offered us free massage or lunch, which was the right thing, but we really just wanted to get to our room after a long day of travel. We felt badly for the staff. All in all, though, great place for a splurge and luxury accommodations!

I think the hotel misses the marks on a lot of elements Check in felt like going through the motions and no one really cared. Zero flexibility on an early check in, we arrived at 2.15pm and it knew at that moment there was zero chance they would accommodate a 45 minute early arrival. Finally we were escorted to our room, after 3pm, by someone that was more interested in sitting in the back office playing on their mobile phone than engaging with us about the facilities of the hotel. The building itself looks tired and worn for something that’s just over two years old and didn’t have the wow factor I was honestly expecting. The external lift connecting the Carpark with level three, the facade is rusted in many spots which makes you wonder how safe the two level ride is. Housekeeping were haphazard, one day our room wasn’t cleaned so we called requesting even though we had been out all day. Turndown service, only happened three of the six nights we stayed The TV service drops in and out and there is no ability to use a streaming service. The highlight was their food and beverage service. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though don’t expect it to be ready for 6am. But the amount of wastage by over zealous guests piling their plates with too much food was hard to watch. We dined at their restaurant and their Indian food was outstanding, as was the cocktails and the staff. Everything else left a lot to be desired & I would avoid staying in Patong at all costs. It’s seedy.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful hotel which is a calm oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Patong. In particular the restaurant was superb at both breakfast and other meal times and amazing customer service from the restaurant staff. Although the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere in Patong it was excellent food quality and a wide array of choices so you could easily go half board. There was also happy hour three times a day and drinks were reasonable prices and good sizes. You can also have room service to your villa. We had a pool villa which was really special with a large private pool including a section of jets. Upstairs was also lovely with loungers, outdoor bath/shower and Bali bed with inbuilt fan. We also had a massage in the spa which was a wonderful experience. We didn’t spend too much time by the pool but although there didn’t look many loungers there was always a space when we wanted one and nice chilled vibe. There is some construction ongoing next door but we didn’t hear any disturbance Overall a wonderful start to a special holiday.

The room was beyond gorgeous, very clean. Had beautiful veiws all around. The service was 5 star. The morning buffet was very nice, huge selection. I’m a chef so the attention to detail and wide selection made me very happy. The food was super fresh. It was raining a lot, but it was ok because the trim was so comfortable we didn’t mind sleeping in. Thank you so much for an amazing stay

That's what our second trip to Dinso.Resort. our first trip was last february and we stayed and one of the villas on the side of the mountain. We were very impressed during that initial visit! Our second visit was not in one of the villas. We got a regular room and building two. While the grounds and the hotel itself are very beautiful, the regular rooms are quite small. We also experienced a "plumbing issue" he will, which they attempted to fix.But it was unable to be resolved so we spent the bulk of the trip with a very strong smaller sewage in our room. That aside, the staff is great, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic! They've also made several upgrades to the pool, and it's also pretty great. I guess our only real complaint is the sewage issue. It's also important to note that the hotel is centrally located toward the.rear of Patong so it is fairly centrally located

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Dinso Resort Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in nature, surrounded by lush greenery and a sense of peace that is hard to find elsewhere in Phuket. The resort is beautifully designed, blending luxury with an authentic Thai atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the pools and grounds were impeccably maintained. A special mention must go to Dollar at the Kids Club. She was simply amazing with our children—kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Our kids looked forward to seeing her every day, and she made their holiday extra special with fun activities and her warm personality. As parents, it gave us peace of mind knowing they were having such a wonderful time. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to help. The breakfast was excellent, and despite being close to Patong, the resort felt like a secluded jungle retreat. This is one of the most unique and relaxing resorts we have ever stayed in, and we would not hesitate to return.
