The resort was lovely, beautiful pool, lovely area with services. Restaurant was top class with a fabulous selection for each meal. We had stayed there before and will be returning. Our apartment was on the ground floor and we were in easy access of all amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes there was a language barrier which was perfectly understandable. I love that we can hire a pool towel for 10 euro, this can be exchanged as often as you like and it means you don't have to pack one. I also liked that they had reusable plastic beakers which helps prevent waste. Looking forward to our next stay at the Arena Beach

The place was good. Staff were friendly, entertainment was spot on. Having a heated pool in the winter months would be ideal. Also the same English breakfast every morning got very boring very fast. Not enough vegetarian options were available for us, most of the time it was pizza and chips. And they don't make any Spanish food it seems. Not once did I see paella in the restaurant. The rooms were good and clean. But the beds were uncomfortable. Also entertainment while good, if you're trying to get an early night, it can go late into the night and it's very loud. I don't understand why deposits have to be paid for simple things such as an iron and a room safe. These things should be part of the room as it is in almost every other country! Otherwise a pleasant stay, and I hope the above are improved.

Había cucarachas en la habitación y exteriores. El toallero del baño estaba roto. Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas,escuchas a los vecinos. El spa no es todo incluido hay que pagar. La comida poca variedad repetitiva y aveces incomible. El parque infantil el tobogán agarrado con bridas. La piscina para niños la zona de chorros con oxidación y las rejillas de agua rotas. Los dos mesas de billar que hay en la zona de piscinas les faltan bolas. En el snack bar sirven bebidas hamburguesas y peritos y tienen una pequeña vitrina donde ponen todo lo sobrante del desayuno o comidas tipo bollería y alguna fruta, tambien tienes que dejar un depósito de 1€ por vaso que pidas y ir reutilizandolo al devolverlo te devuelven el euro. Los espectáculos de noche empiezan a las 21:30 y terminan sobre las 22:30 en un teatro pequeño sin apenas escenario y solo una actuación por noche. El snack bar cierra a las 23:00 y encima del restaurante mediterráneo hay un pequeño bar que cierra a las 24:00h.Despues de esa hora no hay nada más abierto.Nos quedamos cinco noches en las que hubo estás actuaciones: un espectáculo tipo circo,un cantante de reggie,un bingo musical,una pareja de cantantes y un bingo clásico. Tienen un horario de animaciones diarias informativas que no se realizan.No hay nada de animación durante el día ni en las piscinas. Personal agradable tanto los camareros como las limpiadoras y los de mantenimiento. En general las instalaciones necesitarían una renovación y fumigar.

Absolutely fantastic time at the Arena beach - great it was all low apartments but on fully inclusive. Pools lovely. Food was good - always found something to eat. Staff Fantastic especially the entertainments team. Only niggle was that there was no cava and the gin was like rocket fuel. Looking to return very soon.

Amazing stay last week. Staff were very friendly. All areas were very clean. One thing you always worry about with all inclusive is the food and I can say it was amazing. Every night a different theme night and all really good standard.

Broken toilet and bathroom smelt of urine constantly. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall and falls down causing injury. Cockroaches everywhere and all we were provided with was spray. We spent the whole week killing them in our beds, clothes etc Sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and full of dead bugs, dust and just general dirt. Bedding wasn’t changed for the full 9 days despite asking multiple times. Rooms are very noisy. We could hear the tenants on all sides of us which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Guests played pool and shouted outside our door until after midnight keeping our kids awake and nothing was done to remove them. The only positive is the staff who are all very pleasant and friendly.

Struttura datata che necessiterebbe di qualche miglioria.. cibo nella media, non aspettatevi di mangiare come si mangia in Italia. Gli appartamenti bruttini, letto di una scomodità assurda per non parlare del divano!! Per quanto riguarda la pulizia non ci siamo proprio. In una settimana non hanno mai e dico MAI passato la scopa a terra e pulito i sanitari!!! Decisamente INACCETTABILE.
Struttura datata che necessiterebbe di qualche miglioria.. cibo nella media, non aspettatevi di mangiare come si mangia in Italia. Gli appartamenti bruttini, letto di una scomodità assurda per non parlare del divano!! Per quanto riguarda la pulizia non ci siamo proprio. Had a lovely 5 day stay here. The property is a little dated in places but overall clean. Our room was spacious but wasn’t too happy we had interconnecting door that also locked wasn’t expected. Good in all inclusive was good and we enjoyed our meals here. Drinks were ok- cocktails were poor but beer and wine was ok. Good in all inclusive was good and we enjoyed our meals here. Drinks were ok- cocktails were poor but beer and wine was ok. Excellent rooms and well serviced kitchen, kettle, microwave full fridge freezer. Bar and pool great. Food nearly hits the spot just a few days where things could of been better. Location major draw back as 10-15 mins walk to town.

The place was good. Staff were friendly, entertainment was spot on. Having a heated pool in the winter months would be ideal. Also the same English breakfast every morning got very boring very fast. Not enough vegetarian options were available for us, most of the time it was pizza and chips. And they don't make any Spanish food it seems. Not once did I see paella in the restaurant. The rooms were good and clean. But the beds were uncomfortable. Also entertainment while good, if you're trying to get an early night, it can go late into the night and it's very loud. I don't understand why deposits have to be paid for simple things such as an iron and a room safe. These things should be part of the room as it is in almost every other country! Otherwise a pleasant stay, and I hope the above are improved.

Broken toilet and bathroom smelt of urine constantly. Shower head doesn’t stay on wall and falls down causing injury. Cockroaches everywhere and all we were provided with was spray. We spent the whole week killing them in our beds, clothes etc Sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and full of dead bugs, dust and just general dirt. Bedding wasn’t changed for the full 9 days despite asking multiple times. Rooms are very noisy. We could hear the tenants on all sides of us which meant we didn’t get much sleep. I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren in August 25. Ideal holiday for families, and would definitely return. Lots of food options and entertainment. The only negative is the sofa bed which is so hard and uncomfortable I didn't get much sleep until I persuaded my grandson to swap for the bed.

Overall this is a lovely complex for visiting in the winter months. The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call). Food choice was good and the setting is lovely

June 2024. My partner and I both loved our stay at the Arena beach hotel. Everything about it to us was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make us really feel welcome and that every need was met. The food at the restaurant was varied and most nights have a theme to them (Asian, eastern, American etc) so never felt like the same food all the time. The desserts were great, and we especially loved the simple self service drinks and coffee machines. Everything was made easy, helped us to relax and really have the much needed recharging break we wanted. Weather was warm but with a refreshing breeze to stop it being over bearing, which we loved too. All amenities you need within a reasonable walk or short cab ride away, but the hotel has a supermarket and entertainment every night, so wasn’t much reason to leave the grounds besides wanting to explore on excursions, go to other bars, restaurants and shop for souvenirs. We were all inclusive which was fantastic value, and a first for us. We couldn’t fault the trip at all. Thank you so much to all at the hotel, you were amazing! I will recommend to all family and friends. Hope to see you again one day.

Absolutely fantastic time at the Arena beach - great it was all low apartments but on fully inclusive. Pools lovely. Food was good - always found something to eat. Staff Fantastic especially the entertainments team. Only niggle was that there was no cava and the gin was like rocket fuel. Looking to return very soon.

Stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The resort and staff were excellent, the food was good (although declined a little in the second week) and the location makes most places walkable. Corralejo is a quiet town with beautiful beaches, and Arena Beach was a great base to relax and from which to explore the town and further afield. Recommended.

We had a lovely 3 nights, a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. For us it was cheap for 3 nights (rules prevent me posting actual price)and honestly thought it was great value for money. The food was of a good standard varied every day, we are Vegan which could be catered better for with selection of dishes such fewer meat or fish infused dishes (such as lovely freash salad minus sea food sauce & i could go on) , however with that said we certainly didnt go hungry and what we did have was lovely. Great location and easy walk to restaurants Bars & Corelejo centre.

My stay at Arena Beach was okey. The food was o.k but very repetitive, the cooked food was very hit and miss so choose to eat the salads as you can’t go wrong. The restaurants attempts at providing theme nights ( Chinese, Arabian, Italian) were terrible. Glad to be home to get a decent curry, however they do a decent one in town. Two singular beds put together and the sofa bed in lounge need replacing as very un-comfortable. I spent quite a bit of time eating in town. The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired too, but if you like a game of bingo and guess how may ping ping balls in a jar it will be just up your street. The staff are polite and the cleaners do a good job, they work very hard.
