The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas

Sobre el personal no es amable tuvimos un problema en cuanto a el estacionamiento no abría la puerta y no podíamos salir por más de treinta miniutos y sólo decían no podemos hacer nada fueron groceros No tenemos papel Para imprimir un recibo de el Costo del Estacionamiento Muy despistas y flojos (personal de enfrente y del estacionamiento)

El desayuno estaba incluido según la reserva, más nos informaron en el hotel que no estaba incluido y no nos londieron

Beautiful hotel with great service and great location, restaurant staff was great and so is the breakfast buffet. The best bet I’ve slept in in a long, long time. However, we booked the executive suite because it said it would sleep for. But as it turns out, we had to call for a rollout bed and one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa. Otherwise great room with one and 1/2 bath and a great view.

The hotel was nice and clean great view the bed felt very amazing and the pillows were very comfy I’m excited about booking again.

Great location. Restaurant was ok. Rooms were awesome
