I stayed the night here due to my fashion show ending really late and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very cozy and all staff was Johnny on the stop in assisting our needs. We were able to get a later check out and Angie was super joyous and nice about, definitely a person who can make you smile. I would stay here again.

Staff was kind enough to let us check in a little early, which was helpful as we were checking out at 530am. Room was bigger than expected, clean and had lots of extras we didnt realize we would have (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pull out couch, etc). Grounds were clean and well maintained. Pool was nice, and even had a few floaties to play with. Excellent price for an excellent hotel!

I know Mandeville is a humid place in Louisiana, but... If they shampoo the carpet, they should get air movers in there to get the wet smell out. It kind of smelled like a wet dog but it was probably just the carpet that needed to get completely dry. Everything else was great. The staff at the front were very nice and it is actually a nice property. However, I want to walk into a room that is mostly neutral in odor, not one that smells a little musty and damp.

Room was very clean, cool and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Air conditioner was working well and kept the room very cold. I’d be happy to stay here again.
