Brook Road Inn

I never received a message from the hotel how to check in or enter the building as it was a self check in system. I called and their response was we sent you multiple texts to enter CC information, which I never did. Even on the phone I wasn’t receiving anything while standing outside in the cold. Not sure why this happened but it was unfortunate and I didn’t end up staying. Only until I was 30 minutes on my way home I got the message. They need to do a better follow up for guests so this doesn’t happen again.

No on-site staff but we had everything we needed and the common area was fantastic. Walls are a little thin (it’s a very old building) but most guests were very quiet. Less than 10 minutes from Sunapee ski area! Will definitely stay here again.

It was a bed when we needed a bed. Nothing more, nothing less.

Clean room,kitchen privileges,and very nice staff.

Overall the property was nice and room was perfect for what I needed. However I never received my check-in instructions and couldn't get anyone from the property to get into the building. Thankfully their outside service was helpful. Then when I got inside I didn't have a room key, again I called and left a message regarding my missing key, over a two night stay, I never heard from anyone. Thankfully I didn't have any issues with things getting stolen.
