Anche se in bassa stagione l' hotel offre un' all' inclusive di qualità e intrattenimento serale per tutti. Non ho potuto sfruttare i servizi di giorno, ma il planning sembrava completo per gli ospiti di tutte le età.

The hotel was average at best. The drinks menu was ok, limited options and cocktails were all pre mixes. The food did not hang together, it was all random options so hard to make a meal. The restaurants were just buffets, in fact the Spanish option was exactly the same as the main buffet! Really disappointed. The hair dryer didn’t work, after 2 mins it cut out and then when I asked for someone to look at it they simply stated ‘it’s rubbish we know, it over heats’ - great! Kids club was good, it operated 10.30 - 12.45 and then 2.30 - 4pm. Our son enjoyed it. He would have liked to be involved in the games but was told you need to be 13 to play darts with rubber arrows, bit disappointing. Overall a basic hotel with basic facilities. It was expensive for what you got! Oh and there is NO waterpark, it says ‘free water park access’ as if there is a water park, there is not, it’s a baby splash park, again very misleading and disappointing

Beautiful hotel. The pools are gorgeous and it is right across from an amazing beach. The food was really good, although after 10 days it was getting pretty repetitive. There were always tables available in the restaurant and chairs in the pool. Unlike other Riu all inclusive that we have been to, there were no waiters/waitresses to serve drinks at the bars or the pools which was unusual, but other than that it was wonderful.

Our room was next to the ladies toilet on the ground floor so experienced constant loud noise whenever someone used the hand dryer. The gym had very limited and dated equipment and was very hot most of the time. There were no activities post 2230hrs in the hotel apart from drinking at the bar. We therefore had to venture out of the hotel for anything post 2230hrs.

Taxi from airport plentiful, €22 and about 10 minutes Hotel reception and staff excellent. Speedy and super friendly and helpful Room good, clean and spacious, tea and coffee kettle etc.in room. Also hairdryer and hand wash &shower gel Beds huge and comfy No English channels at all on T.V 3 swimming pool's + a baby pool + 1 indoor pool in sauna gym area Great gym and no one pestering for you to use the Spa Animation team work hard day and night but entertainment a little poor Food not brilliant always very salty especially the soups Lot's of oily deep fried and nothing exceptional. Breakfast was probably the best for choice and freshness Italian restaurant was limited choices fish.pork or spinach lasagne self serve starters and desert and no nicer wine's Spanish restaurant was all self service and not really any different to the main buffet restaurant ,which was just noisy and chaotic. Drinks okay, wine was never really cold but drinkable. All in all an okay hotel but nothing spent on luxury. No cushions on the chairs, no nice cocktails or juices. Everything made in machines with syrups etc. I did expect a little more from a Rui hotel but nothing was that bad.

PLUSES: Very clean everywhere. Very helpful friendly staff. Wide and varied selection of food nicely presented. Great value for money. MINUSES: Lift was a problem as there were steps to overcome and so it was not possible to take our luggage trolley directly to our room. as there was a number of steps to overcome

Nice looking hotel which is clean and tidy. The room was also very comfortable. The food and drink selection however is very poor. All the drinks whether they are soft or with alcohol are watered down and taste artificial, I had a cosmopolitan and it tasted full of additives and full of sugar. You could barely taste any alcohol. This taste seemed to dominate all the drinks from slushies to simple fruit juice. Even the wine was awful, it was like drinking water and the rose looked like pop. The buffet Resturant had a poor selection and was very disappointing. When eating dinner in the Italian, the main course was severely over cooked. However, the buffet was quite nice with a good selection. Unfortunately though there were ants all over the puddings. I informed one of the Resturant staff and they changed the desert that the ants were on. But as soon as a fresh one came down the ants came back. We are so disappointed with this. We feel like we have been completely ripped off for £500 per night! We’ve barely eaten or drunk anything due to the poor quality. The quality of the food is not a reflection on the staff who were perfectly nice and the facilities were also good. It is just a shame that the food and drink let the hotel down. For this reason, we will not be staying at RIU again.

We had a fantastic stay at RIU Costa del Sol! The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was well-maintained, the pools were spotless, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for a winter getaway!

The facility is well kept and the views are outstanding. Everything else was average or below. Food is not seasoned and either under or overcooked. You can count on the breads and fruit to be good. Everything else is either inedible or needs salt - fried fish had bones, French toast raw in the middle, just icky. Rooms have the thinnest towels and no wash cloths. No conditioner or lotion either. Nothing stocked in the fridge. Shower wouldn’t maintain a temperature - it would go cold for a couple seconds and then about scald you and then go back to where you set it for a couple minutes. We couldn’t get the thermostat to do anything. It was so hot in our room and the AC wouldn’t work. We opened our balcony door to let in fresh air but the one day the people next to us were smoking on their balcony and it blew straight into our room. Shows were ok but not great. I’d stay somewhere else if I go back to Malaga.

Our rooms view was incredible, we sprung the extra for a junior suite. At first glance it seemed very nice, although oddly small for a “suite”. Our king bed was two twin cots put together. After three nights both my husband and I could barely walk from the back pain. When you moved in the bed I could hear the plyboard shift below me. The pillows were flat and small. I enjoyed the breakfast but found the lunch and dinner to be exactly the same at the buffet. Repetitive bland food would be my overall. The two restaurants were terrible. We tried them then decided to stick with the buffet. On the third night we had a bug problem. They did seem to take it seriously and came with raid immediately. Unfortunately, that night we had to sleep in the smell of raid as we couldn’t open doors as the bugs would come in.

Kamer was prima en schoon. Maar bloedheet, omdat de airco niet aanstaat in dit jaargetijde. Moest je de balkondeur maar openzetten; lastig met regen/storm en veel geluid op straat. Drankjes: 1 soort rode en witte wijn. Hele vlakke nietszeggende wijn. Snackbar; lauwe frieten en alles lag er te lang. Niet lekker dus. Italiaans restaurant goed; maar gauw uitgekeken op altijd dezelfde 4 hoofdmaaltijden. Nooit een wisselende “Dagschotel”.

Trevlig personal! Smidig incheckning. Vi fick rum på våning 9 med balkong i söderläge och havsutsikt. Skönt att vi slapp bo längre ner och behöva lyssna på stojet och stimmet i någon av barerna eller av kvällsunderhållningen. Bra sängar och bra kuddar. Fint badrum med stor dusch. Inte så bra städat då det var skräp kvar på golvet. Bra med många kanaler på TV:n. Bra läge och nära flygplatsen. Det var mycket att välja på till frukost, lunch och middag i huvudrestaurangen. Det tråkiga var att det var alldeles för högt ljud där. Att äta i lugn och ro funkade inte här. Tips att sätta in/upp ljuddämpning så kanske sorlet inte hade hörts lika mycket ..likaså skrap från möblerna. Även i lobbyn behövs någon form av ljuddämpning...Det var väldigt lyhört på rummet. Man hörde andra gäster prata och från korridoren hördes en del ljud.

L’hôtel est bien mais notre chambre était côté rue et les poubelles passent tous les matins à 8h , ce qui fait énormément de bruit . Nous avions réservé un transport aéroport vers hôtel qui n’a absolument pas été pris en compte par le partenaire . Je relancerais pour le remboursement de celui ci . Fin de séjour à 16h

Taxi from airport plentiful, €22 and about 10 minutes Hotel reception and staff excellent. Speedy and super friendly and helpful Room good, clean and spacious, tea and coffee kettle etc.in room. Also hairdryer and hand wash &shower gel Beds huge and comfy No English channels at all on T.V 3 swimming pool's + a baby pool + 1 indoor pool in sauna gym area Great gym and no one pestering for you to use the Spa Animation team work hard day and night but entertainment a little poor Food not brilliant always very salty especially the soups Lot's of oily deep fried and nothing exceptional. Breakfast was probably the best for choice and freshness Italian restaurant was limited choices fish.pork or spinach lasagne self serve starters and desert and no nicer wine's Spanish restaurant was all self service and not really any different to the main buffet restaurant ,which was just noisy and chaotic. Drinks okay, wine was never really cold but drinkable. All in all an okay hotel but nothing spent on luxury. No cushions on the chairs, no nice cocktails or juices. Everything made in machines with syrups etc. I did expect a little more from a Rui hotel but nothing was that bad.

We had a room in the 1st floor of the main build. Every evening it was very noisy due to drunken UK guys and the activities in the main event area. Almost nobody accept the night's rest starting at 23:00. The hotel on it's is very nice and the staff is very friendly and supportive.

no drinks in room fridge not even bottle of water, could not change pool towels until 4pm each day and only 1 location you could this. Some of the staff were very surly and felt that they did not want to be there. As a riu class member found this the worst Riu hotel i have stayed in. Saving grace was that the food was very good.

The hotel grounds and general location exceeded expectations. The beach was such an added bonus because it’s cleaned daily and the sand and sea is great. The best attribute was the staff. Not a single unpleasant person. Everyone happy, attentive and conscientious. The negatives were that the hotel and numerous buildings and consequently feels like 3 hotels in one. The tower in the photos and then buildings around the perimeter, which I hadn’t appreciated before arrival which means there were many more holiday makers than expected. Logistically though the high quality and hard working staff ensured the consistency of good service. RUI could have also given the entertainment staff more time off which would have improved the diversity of the entertainment schedule too. For example there could have been a range of external entertainment included such as tributes and Spanish dancing rather then the same entertainment staff presenting every night albeit with enthusiasm

The hotel is greatly located in the area from which it is an easy walk to the railway station, shopping, restaurants, etc. The food is tasty and there were lots of choices. The staff is helpful. The entertainment team is trying to make people happy. The bars , especially the one next to the reception, are excellent. The coffee is amazing. Thank you.

Very clean hotel, food and drink good, pool area clean. We used the hotel mainly as a base so can’t say much more other than easily a 4 star and would recommend. The immediate area around the hotel is a bit naff so make sure you walk down to the main strip, towards the marina. That area is lovely!

My favorite thing was catching a sunrise at the breakfast cafeteria, and starting the day with fresh fruits and food. Easy walk to the beach, and train station(has park and ride parking). Street parking was easy and right out front. In the evening they do a flamenco show, don’t forget to check schedule :)

The facility is well kept and the views are outstanding. Everything else was average or below. Food is not seasoned and either under or overcooked. You can count on the breads and fruit to be good. Everything else is either inedible or needs salt - fried fish had bones, French toast raw in the middle, just icky. Rooms have the thinnest towels and no wash cloths. No conditioner or lotion either. Nothing stocked in the fridge. Shower wouldn’t maintain a temperature - it would go cold for a couple seconds and then about scald you and then go back to where you set it for a couple minutes. We couldn’t get the thermostat to do anything. It was so hot in our room and the AC wouldn’t work. We opened our balcony door to let in fresh air but the one day the people next to us were smoking on their balcony and it blew straight into our room. Shows were ok but not great. I’d stay somewhere else if I go back to Malaga.

If this is the sort of thing you like it might be ok, but cheap slop food, awful small drinks in plastic cups, and woeful entertainment. Even breakfast was very poor, running out of milk, instant coffee in some random jugs you have to find yourself, the cook was reheating already cooked bacon back on the hot plate. Just grim all round really. Staff were unfriendly and rushed off their feet. Rooms were tired and dingey, Snacks were terrible, rubber burgers and hot dogs. No idea how this place gets a high rating, it's a poor 3 star at best.

Plusieurs piscine , spectacle le soir , chambre et salle de bain avec bonne grandeur. Le choix de cocktail est très limité donc pourrais être amélioré. Les 2 restaurants à la carte devraient être avec menus et choix différents et non juste sous forme de buffet .

Nice looking hotel which is clean and tidy. The room was also very comfortable. The food and drink selection however is very poor. All the drinks whether they are soft or with alcohol are watered down and taste artificial, I had a cosmopolitan and it tasted full of additives and full of sugar. You could barely taste any alcohol. This taste seemed to dominate all the drinks from slushies to simple fruit juice. Even the wine was awful, it was like drinking water and the rose looked like pop. The buffet Resturant had a poor selection and was very disappointing. When eating dinner in the Italian, the main course was severely over cooked. However, the buffet was quite nice with a good selection. Unfortunately though there were ants all over the puddings. I informed one of the Resturant staff and they changed the desert that the ants were on. But as soon as a fresh one came down the ants came back. We are so disappointed with this. We feel like we have been completely ripped off for £500 per night! We’ve barely eaten or drunk anything due to the poor quality. The quality of the food is not a reflection on the staff who were perfectly nice and the facilities were also good. It is just a shame that the food and drink let the hotel down. For this reason, we will not be staying at RIU again.

We had a fantastic stay at RIU Costa del Sol! The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was well-maintained, the pools were spotless, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for a winter getaway!

Unfortunately, our stay at this all-inclusive resort was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard we expected. The food was not good at all and was very basic. The selection was limited and seemed almost exactly the same every day. Overall, the food was below the standard I would expect from an all-inclusive resort. The pool area was poorly designed and lacked basic facilities. Like nowhere to put your drinks, phones or personal belongings. Everything had to be left on the floor. There was also no convenient place to put things when getting in and out of the pool. This was very inconvenient. The drinks were honestly the worst I have ever tasted at an all-inclusive resort. The quality was extremely poor! The resort is advertised as being on the beach, but there is nothing specifically provided for the resort’s guests on the beach. The beach is public, and if you want a sunbed, you have to pay extra. This was very misleading and disappointing for an all-inclusive holiday. The room was very basic and certainly did not feel like the standard we expected. There were cracks in the walls and the blinds were ripped, which made the room feel poorly maintained. One of the most frustrating thing was the towel policy. If your pool towel became wet, you could not exchange it for a clean, dry one until after 5pm. This is completely impractical for an all-inclusive resort. Nothing was delivered to the room. When we requested something, we were simply told to go a get it !!
