Htel was clean with a good bar to relax in. Room was clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. The pressure in the shower wasnt very strong. We were in room 28 on the ground floor and the room above had very loud creaking floorboards which kept us awake as theperson in the room was moving about until 2am then up at 6am! Breakfast was good, plenty choice.

Htel was clean with a good bar to relax in. Room was clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. The pressure in the shower wasnt very strong. We were in room 28 on the ground floor and the room above had very loud creaking floorboards which kept us awake as theperson in the room was moving about until 2am then up at 6am! Breakfast was good, plenty choice.

This hotel is old and worn. The carpets were threadbare (especially on the steps) and many upholstered chairs were so worn that tape was used to cover the holes. The view out the window was of a dilapidated property with piles of what appeared to be assorted collections of construction debris. The parking lot is far too dark and the provided garbage cans were overflowing with lots of trash on the ground. The door from the parking lot into the hotel would not close. The halls are only wide enough for a single person to pass through and lighting is sparse and quite dim (what respectable hotel at this price point has pull-chain light fixtures?!?). Our room had twin beds; one of the mattresses had multiple springs bulging through the top. The only positive things I can say about a hotel in this condition at this very expensive price point is the on-site pub and restaurant are convenient…otherwise this dump should be avoided.

Kyle Hotel was excellent! The room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and dinner was great as well. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, Makayla was great - even remembered our names!!! The location of the hotel was perfect for easy, an easy drive to get on the Isle of Skye, and town of Kyle of Lochalsh was walkable, with several restaurants, and laundry machines available near the public toilets just down the street.

Single room clean with updated bathroom very satisfactory for solo traveler for a night. Good breakfast and dinner! I was there off-season in March and there were other guests but it wasn’t noisy at all. The walls might have been a little thin but the other guests were quiet so it was great. Mattress was firm but of good quality. Location is ideal if you don’t have a car.

The tv reception was not all that great and non existent in the morning to catch up on news Food was ok for what I'd ordered The main issue was the noise up til midnight or so. I called the after hours number and the bloke said that it was work on the railway and has been going on a few nights - this should've been communicated upon booking in

Beds were terrible, hard as a rock. Pilllows were pathetic so thin like not even having a pillow. You could hear everything!!! People in their rooms coughing and people up and down hallway. Only good thing was breakfast.

Good location close to train station, staff ever so friendly. Food choice & beers in the bar were really good not too expensive either. Room was clean & tidy, shower was great & tea/coffee in room was a bonus. Only downside was noise from other guests as walls are a little thin but that's all Overall very good, I'd stay again !!

The rooms were very expensive and quite small and basic. I was expecting something much nicer considering the price. The hotel is in need of refreshing - the carpets are worn. The showers fluctuated between hot and warm without touching the temperature control. Our meal was good.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Kyle Hotel. It was not hard at all to find and check in/out was a quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here in December for a week and a half while in town on business. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean (and warm!) - the restaurant served breakfast and dinner, which was so convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A great stay. I'll be returning to Kyle in January for another week or two, with every intention of staying there again.

Back door to car park left open all night..not just unlocked Open ...and staff entered our room while wife had just come out the shower. Didn’t knock just burst in . And same staff member pushed past us in corridor as we were leaving. Obviously rushing to to change beds on both occasions. And his body hygiene was evident in enclosed corider ..the receptionist and restaurant staff were all lovely and very helpfull .

The place was worn-out. The clerc at the reception on Saturday June 1st was unpleasant - no, he was rude, and should not be in a profession like this. Probably good in doing something else, but definitely not in what he was doing now. Because of him we didn't eat in the restaurant... ALL the rest of the personal was very good and nice, but this male destroyed even that 👎👎👎

It was a comfortable, well situated place to stay, near train and bus stations. Food was good, but make a reservation as there aren’t other places around to eat.

I needed a hotel next to the train station for early departure and is only a few hundred yards from station and bus stop so ideal for foot passengers. Coop supermarket within similar distance up a small climb. Old fashioned pub hotel spotlessly clean.

This property is a good location if you are taking the train or the bus. We went to the hotel early after getting off the bus and felt like asking them to keep our luggage was an imposition . However when we did check in at three it was smooth and welcoming. Rooms are fine but walls are thin so you hear everything! Bar in hotel opens at four but no food until 5:15. Good breakfast buffet in the morning !

The food was all fresh, both breakfasts and dinner. I felt very safe in the hotel and town. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Alish, Rose and everyone else was great.

Im not at all that your gluten free options were actually gluten free. The lack of knowledge from your waiters was really shameful and i the that the kirchen staff are probably the same. I first ordered shoup only to find it was full of pearl barley and the stcky toffee pudd was def not gluten free. Last night i was really ill wen i returned to my room.with symptons that indicate id eaten gluten !

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar was disappointing limited drink options and the food was not that good seemed like it was packaged and reheated. Breakfast was very good great selection of proteins and pastries.

This hotel is nice and close to the water front, so an easy walk to see it. Aside from the view across the lake, there's not a great deal to see though. There is hotel parking round the side (up a hill that leaves you level with the second floor on which the rooms reside). The hotel also has a bar and restaurant. Seating can be a little hit and miss in the bar as a lot of the seats are in the sun. The rest get snapped up very quickly. The bedroom itself was compact but functional but was also rather hot and no air con nor fan to help with that. We closed the very good blackout curtains in the day while out and had the windows open at night. However, it was also not possible to open the window much, so it took a long time to cool down. It was, however, cool enough to sleep OK a bit later. Breakfast was excellent and for once they even had herbal tea. We also ate dinner there which was also good. Aside from the hot room, it was a very good stay.
