Good bed. But TV kept freezing for 20 to 30 seconds at a time, and at times just go black and not come back on. It did this constantly for the whole 4 days and nights. Also, bathroom fan Squeeled like a very loud banshee. Desk man (owner) said, "you just have to flip it on and off a couple of times." Every time you used the bathroom. Also not enough parking.

Lots of parking for truck and trailer.

I was a very comfy spot . Easy booking . Easy parking.

The entire hotel needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated The bedding and bathroom was clean but the building is so old. There is a musty smell throughout the building.

Well the location was convenient to the World Shooting and Recreational Complex. The sheets, pillows & mattress were good. It smelled really musty when we walked in but it is clear they don't leave the a/c running in the rooms for summer. AC needs left on during summer at least at 75 degrees .Fortunately I never travel without Ozium Air Sanitizer & solid air freshener. I cleaned the a/c filter and wiped the dirt off the cover of the a/c and off the coils of a/c. Toilet bowl was dirty. The decor plan for this Super 8 is UGLY! The goldish paint color is awful. The chair in the room was so filthy I would never sit in it or set anything on it. Someone needs to teach their staff to clean. Hardware not removed before they painted so it is slopped on it. Toilet paper roll won't stay in the flimsy cheap holder. The shower curtain rod is installed wrong and rusty. The curtain wouldn't stay in place to keep water from getting all over the floor the curve should not be down but out so the shower gives the illusion of being bigger and still keeps the water in the shower. The tile job on the shower is awful. Dust covering everything. Electric bar plugged in between bed and nightstand looks like a fire hazard and disgustingly covered in dust and mold. I have never been this critical of a hotel stay in my life. I previously owned a boutique hotel. Someone needs to help these people figure out how to run this hotel properly! Shower curtain was dirty! Mirror was gross!

The breakfast here isn’t very good. When I first arrived there was a big German cockroach in my room. They sprayed and I never saw another one. I now have to throw away all of my suitcases and wash my clothes before I return home. One pregnant cockroach and infest an entire home. The staff here are nice enough but cockroaches are no good. I have to stay here because it’s the cheapest place around all other hotel and motels are $100 a night. That’s too much for the area

It's an older, worn hotel. The TV didn't work .It was clean but someone was cooking something stinky in their room the first night. After that it was ok. Just don't expect something up to date and fancy.

Property is outdated but our stay was comfortable. Bathroom needed work. Toilet leaked and shower curtain would not stay closed.

The night clerk was sweet and accommodating she made sure we had what we needed for our stay. The room was what is to be expected for the price. It was a quick stop in in route to our destination. Quiet seemed safe and clean. The shower heads could be cleaned.

Night Staff was extra friendly and accommodating. He was amazing. However my bed linen was not clean at all. The top covers were soiled with what looked like splashes of milk everywhere both beds. When I pulled the cover off the bed sheets were soiled as if the bed was remade with dirty sheets. Front desk staff gave me new bedding as that’s all he could do. I understand that things happen and I was not happy Great stay just check ur sheets

Very comfortable bed

I was in town for a memorial service so didn't spend much time at the hotel. Bed was comfortable and staff helpful.

Room was clean, spacious and comfotable bed.

One thing to note was that the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I had slept in at a motel.

Just needed a place to crash after driving for 15 hours and it served it's purpose. Nothing fancy but really comfy beds, great A/C, and a good shower, so we were happy. Breakfast was minimal but adequate--waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, and there was a Burger King across the street.

Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at over the past few weeks now. Staff was amazing and friendly. Had a great time staying there. Thank you!

Stayed here for the night. Front desk was nice and helpful, morning staff lady was very kind and accommodating. Room was clean and in good condition. Beds were comfortable for the night. Ac worked well. No complaints. Breakfast had yogurt, waffle maker, toast etc. Great reasonable place to stay.

The lady at the desk has no shoes on when I checked in and she was not friendly.

Should add pet fee into the booking process. I booked online and felt deceitful by staff because I didn’t know there was an extra per pet fee I hadn’t paid.

The staff and management at this hotel are very kind. I called ahead to ask for late check-in, and I was assured that my reserved room would be available. I didn't arrive until 1 am! The desk clerk didn't bat an eye and I settled in my room. They also allowed me a late checkout. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here again whenever I travel through this part of Illinois.

The manager was rude and incompetent. Before we got there we called to add a night to our stay. He said he would add the room for another night. When I called back to tell him I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation he became angry, and told me he would not do it then but would take care of it when we got there. Well, when we got there they were sold out and I could not get the extra night.

This is a basic motel that is clean and easy to get to. If you are looking for a basic, clean room at a reasonable price, Super 8 in Okawville is not a bad choice at all.

It’s an ideal motel in best American way. Front desk Kim is great. Throughout facility, it’s clean and well maintained. Better to know much choice for dining around there. Prepare meals in advance. However, real continental breakfast is served.

Our stay was very good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable and always clean. Hotel has easy access and right by the freeway.

We stay at this hotel a few times a year as we are passing through the area and haven't had any issues.

Clean affordable place to stay on a budget. Nothing special, nothing bad. Safe area, felt ok letting kids go off alone to stores nearby. A few things a tad but dingy as in older and possibly needing to be replaced, but clean.

Standard interstate exit budget motel. Lime deposits made shower plumbing a bit tricky to operate. Continental breakfast in the lobby with disposable dishes/cutlery

This is a run down, could be much cleaner stop after a long day for a sleep type of place. Breakfast was as expected and we went to McDonald's for coffee on the way down the road. To be fair, it was inexpensive.

Clean and comfortable highway side motel. For the price a great rest stop stay. Would gladly stay again. Breakfast was good and with a decent set up.
