Sehr sauberes Hotel, unglaublich freundliches Service, hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne wenn ich in Krakau bin. Frühstück jeden Tag frisch

Gute Lage. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Gute ÖPNV Anbindung.

The hotel is in the process of renovation, though that did not affect my stay. The rooms are a little tired but they are fine for the price. Bathrooms are newly renovated so it is assumed that the rooms will follow soon. The stairwells were being upgraded when I visited, though there was no noise or disruption. Breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. If there is one downside for me and my party of 15 it's that the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant (useful for groups to meet ) though there are plenty of bars and good restaurants within five minutes walk so it wasn't really an issue for us and could be a benefit for many who want a peaceful stay. All in all, it was a very good and comfortable couple of days in this hotel and I will certainly return here on my next trip.

The property is having some upgrade works at the moment but that wasn't an issue. Some of the rooms look tired against the brand new bathrooms. Breakfast is comprehensive and the staff are very welcoming. I will return when next in Poland

Personal muy amable. Desayuno variado y abundante. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Cama cómoda, aunque el nórdico era un poco estrecho. Bien comunicado por tren con el aeropuerto. Cerca de bares y restaurantes. A menos de 15 minutos andando del casco antiguo, y, si no quieres caminar, el tranvía nº3 tiene parada justo al lado.
