Checkin was friendly. Property must have gone thru a recent renovation, surface items were nice but I’m not overall the feeling was the place is dated. No elevator, lots of carpeting, decent breakfast. Easy walk to several restaurants and mall a plus.

Room was clean however upon our arrival, the window sheers on the left hand side had rips. Pool was permanently closed and website shows open. I wish we knew that before booking since we wanted to use it.

Great hotel! Very clean and spacious with a well-working AC and lots of choice at breakfast. Bed was comfortable and nice desk and sofa chair. I needed the ironing board and iron and so appreciated that addition. Our room fronted a busy road, but with the AC and fan blowing, traffic didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again. One thing to note is there is no elevator, so guests with mobility issues should request the ground floor.

We didn’t feel safe, there’s a lot of homeless people by the parking lot. The fridge wasn’t working. There’s pool in their website but has no pool in the property when we checked in.

There was no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage and coolers up the stairs. Who ever heard of a hotel without an elevator?!?!

Room was horribly unclean: sheets were stained, I asked for new ones. Those were also stained and filled with hair. After an 8.5 hour drive I was hoping to relax and unwind but was super unimpressed with the room. Only bright spot was the check in attendant. Would definitely not recommend

Horrible! Beds were uncomfortable. Bedding was stained. Dead roaches under the bed. Dirt and/or dead bugs in corners of bathroom. Free breakfast was okay. Parking lot is small. Don't really have anything nice to say at all about this place.

The girl at the front desk was polite and efficient. The room looks nothing like the photo I saw online. Old carpet and room was kind of dingy from being old which is fine, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. I was in a non-smoking room and the smell must be embedded in the carpet and walls. The hallways had a weird smell as well. The location isn't horrible as it's close to everything, but the noise from the road was bad. I stayed for two hours and then booked another hotel and left this one. I could not get over the smell. It was a waste of $100 unfortunately.

Staff was super friendly and available. Building in general is on the older/run down side and the rooms are very dark. It had a bit of a smell to it too. The property sits right on a main road and so I heard cars all night long. And while I didn’t feel specifically unsafe, I wish I would’ve picked somewhere a little nicer just to have felt a little more secure.

The hotel is old. Beds were comfortable, Breakfast was ok, It was noisy, We heard people walking around above us. There was some type of metal around the bottom of the beds. We kept bumping into it and it made a loud noise. The hair dryer in our room did not work. Ok for one night, but I would not stay here again.

The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was simply great at her job. It was nice to see at the end of a long day. Beds were comfy, area was nice, and free breakfast. Good stay!

The room was very comfortable and nice and cool. We stayed two nights. The Santa Fe plaza was about a 15-minute drive. The hotel is in the same area as a mall close enough to walk to which we did. There is also a movie theater where we saw Barbie. Overall the hotel is in a good location to enjoy the plaza and all the shopping and restaurants and museums plus other areas Santa Fe has to offer.

Me and my wife were there for four nights and the mattress on that bed was so worn that my back went out on the third night, other than that the room was great. The parking lot felt a little unsafe with all the homeless camping next to the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the homeless stayed right on the corner and there was one sleeping in the parking lot just outside the back door of the building and on the ground next to my car felt unsafe and very uncomfortable will not be back

The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near the interstate, food, and shopping. Unfortunately my room was facing the mainroad and the noise was very loud, even on a night in the middle of the week.

Very close to shopping mall a great Barnes and Noble within walking distance. My only disappointment was breakfast. Wished they did not have the same thing every morning. No scrambled eggs but egg patties maybe oatmeal. No elevator took steps to second floor. Small tubes of shampoo and body wash, I brought my own. It’s a solid 3 star stay. I would stay there again.

The motel was pretty clean overall. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, there was no kind of meat for a main item, only eggs and potato's, even though she said they would have sausage in the morning. No gravy either. Kind of a bland breakfast. Usually Baymont has a much better breakfast, usually have either bacon or sausage for a meat, and gravy to top. Not here. Disappointed.

Breakfast was ok, there was no kind of meat for a main item, only eggs and potato's, even though she said they would have sausage in the morning. No gravy either. Kind of a bland breakfast. Usually Baymont has a much better breakfast, usually have either bacon or sausage for a meat, and gravy to top. Not here. Disappointed.

Great hotel! Very clean and spacious with a well-working AC and lots of choice at breakfast. Bed was comfortable and nice desk and sofa chair. I needed the ironing board and iron and so appreciated that addition. Our room fronted a busy road, but with the AC and fan blowing, traffic didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again. One thing to note is there is no elevator, so guests with mobility issues should request the ground floor.

Very close to shopping mall a great Barnes and Noble within walking distance. My only disappointment was breakfast. Wished they did not have the same thing every morning. No scrambled eggs but egg patties maybe oatmeal. No elevator took steps to second floor. Small tubes of shampoo and body wash, I brought my own. It’s a solid 3 star stay. I would stay there again.

It was OK. Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs tasted funny and the potatoes were nasty! Coffee okay but bread kinda stale---definitely day old. First night very quiet, second night you could hear the sirens all night long.

The area is convenient to many restaurants. When I arrived the front desk lady was a bit frazzled because a Japanese couple was attempting to get their room, but she was having issue with translating, thankfully my mother was with me who spoke Japanese. The front desk employee was nice, but I think she could have done more to help the couple. The booking service they used is supposed to have a translation converter for hotels she did not seem to know what to do. I am just praying that couple received a refund from the hotel or the booking site they used , because the couple had to pay again because the front desk employee stated the confirmation came up under another name (Chinese name??), but they had their card and email confirmations. It was just very inconvenient for the couple who were traveling several thousand miles from home. Now regarding our stay, it was ok. We received a handicap room (had to take it even though we reserved something else). The comforter barely fit the king size bed, so it was a bit odd. Shower did nit have great pressure. There are just a few adjustments that need to be improved on. Overall, I give it a 7 out of 10.

It is an older hotel that had a refresh. But still smells of cigarettes. They tried some heavy air freshers throughout building but doesn't help. Also hotel is right on the main road through town. Road is 25 feet from building so traffic noise was terrible. Hard to sleep. Parking is difficult if driving a larger vehicle. Mattress had stains. Would not stay again.
