New owners. We always stay for hurricanes since 2017. Grills were not reconnected after storm amd no one new how to fix. Steaks I had bought for the family were no good and had to go out and buy something else. Also my blanket that was accidently left in foldout disappeared. I ahve called several times with no return calls from housekeeping manager who cant speak English. This will not be our go-to going forward =(

Great Stay! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great—close to restaurants and things to do, but still nice and quiet at night. I also liked the hotel amenities, especially the gym and the breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Fantastic place to stay, hotel staff were amazing and very helpful when we needed things. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, dish and silverware that came with the room were also spotless. It’s next to a ton of food and shopping areas and isn’t far from the beach as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

I’ve stayed here before & last time the bed was amazing & the shower pressure was amazing. This time, the bed was super lumpy & the shower was almost dripping out with no pressure at all. Idk if they do things different in different rooms but it was definitely disappointing. The shower looks like a spa which is beautiful but the water just lightly dripped out. Bad night sleeping as well.

When we opened the pullout there was no way to get around the room because it was so tight. The room didn’t need to be that much bigger, just set up a little bit better. Returned to the couch, and then open the bed, and it was fine, but then we had to put it all back the next day before we left.

We have stayed at this property three times. I imagine this will be our last time. During this visit we asked for room change because of inability of guests to walk around the bed when the sofa bed was down. We were declined even though there were rooms shown as available at this location on the Expedia and Hotels site. We were told their system said “no rooms available” due to being in season. We made a reasonable request and would have been willing to pay any additional costs. Systems aside, my disappointment was more with lack of hospitality demonstrated by the team to their guests for this matter and the lack of hot water on day one. On both matters, we spoke with the front desk team and a manager and experienced a lack of care or concern as their guests and more for the concern for their profit and loss.

Great Stay! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great—close to restaurants and things to do, but still nice and quiet at night. I also liked the hotel amenities, especially the gym and the breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I stayed here once before and I returned to visit my son well in college because it’s in a nice area I felt safe the staff is wonderful the breakfast is clean and good and not cheesy Everybody is polite and wonderful and my room is super clean five stars all around for me

Great hotel for the weekend just the shower layout i a little weird and there isn’t a fan in the bathroom so it’s humid after the shower and the floor gets wet. Aside from that breakfast was great service was great definitely would stay again.

This hotel is really quiet . Hotels that are solid built are rare , you literally hear nothing ! It is perfect if you want to get away for a few days or take a trip. Our hotel room was really clean and kept well. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Estero /Fort Myers area .

Room was clean, but the beds were not comfortable at all. Our room had kitchen amenities which was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, someone pulled a fire alarm at 3am and woke everyone up.

We stayed here for the 4th hoping for some peace and quiet and to not have to listen to the loud fireworks of our neighbors and this hotel delivered ! Apart from one door closing quietly I did not hear anything all night and was able to actually sleep ! We will definitely keep this hotel in mind next July! If you stay at the back it is on a canal which makes it feel peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of life . Highly recommend !
