Hai Ba Trung Hotel & Spa

Staffs are very nice, good location, the hotel needs a lot of updates.

The hotel really needs an upgrade. Everything is worn and dirty. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the opening of the hotel. The furniture is worn, dirty. The pool is missing both sunbeds and towels. It looks like an abandoned construction site. Breakfast is nothing special. The only positive thing is the staff, very polite and helpfull. Will not return.

Customer service

Everywhere really old, partially complete worn-out very dirty carpets. Super noisy from outside traffic. And they were not able to read/manage my special vegetarian request for breakfast. It‘s never worth the rating nor the money i had to pay.
