Hotel anni 70 ma ben curato. Letto super comodo e camera completa di tutto. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti dove poter parcheggiare la propria auto. Colazione dolce e salata, tutto molto buono e molta la scelta sia nel dolce che nel salato.

Struttura comoda per chi ,come me, prenota un intervento presso il centro Eyelaser. Hotel un po' datato con camere che andrebbero riviste, a partire dai bagni con piatto doccia arrugginito senza saliscendi con doccetta. Materassi e cuscini scomodi e infissi in alluminio. Conseguenza camere poco insonorizzate ed essendo un Hotel situato in centro con strada trafficata è abbastanza rumorosa. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ristorante discreto. Il servizio bar è presente ma bisogna chiamare sempre qualcuno dal ristorante per poter e usufruire. In ogni caso lo consiglierei vivamente per chi dovrà effettuare intervento agli occhi proprio per la sua posizione.

The hotel is easy to find and is well located. The general service is good. It doesn't have a good view of the rooms but it's perfect to rest one or two nights. It has a small parking lot at the front that is paying and on the sidewalk one for free but it is difficult to find places because it fills up very quickly

Hotel non di livello 4 stelle a mio parere. Trovato pavimento un po' sporco all'arrivo ma soprattutto infissi vecchi e scarico del bagno arrugginito. Colazione nel compenso buona con ampia scelta e molto comodo per la posizione relativamente alla clinica "Siena Eye Lase" (antistante l'hotel), motivo per il quale mi sono recato a Poggibonsi.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura perché dovevamo operarci agli occhi nella clinica davanti all’hotel. L’abbiamo scelto per la comodità della posizione, ma per il resto è stato veramente una delusione, la struttura è vecchia e malandata, odore di fogna nell’atrio, moquette vecchia e sporca, camere in condizioni pessime, ciabatte a vista per attaccare un frigo, prese di corrente che si staccano, adesivi dentro gli armadi, camere vetuste e non curate, c’era scritto smart tv quando invece di smart non aveva proprio nulla, anzi si sentiva anche molto male. I bagni sono veramente brutti e vecchi, con lo scarico della doccia che continuava a intasarsi. Camere rumorose, si sentiva tutto. Insomma non c’è sicuramente voglia di migliorarsi e non c’è attenzione per le piccole cose. La colazione è immangiabile, tutto confezionato e di qualità scadenza tant’è che per 3 giorni abbiamo fatto colazione in una pasticceria lì vicino strepitosa. Non ci tornerei, per quanto fosse comoda la posizione per le nostre necessità preferirei qualcosa di più curato anche se lontano dalla clinica. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

We walked out as it had BLACK mold everywhere - the door to the room had to be opened with the manager’s shoulder, and then he refused to give us a different room. The mattress was completely filthy and broken. - we called YOU Expedia and you did nothing but prolong our pain!!!! You kept us on the phone as myself and my children dragged our belongings through the streets to the train station before to Florence !!!!! When we asked you to re book us in Florence we were told you had to call The hotel for their side of the story as to why we left- even though I submitted photos!!!!!! Expedia should be absolutely ashamed as to how me and my children were treated-

The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own. The beds and pillows were good. We would stay here again!

Das Superior Doppelzimmer hatte ein viel zu kleines Badezimmer, wie ist das wohl bei dem Standard Zimmern . Die Dusche sehr eng, und die Duschtüre unten undicht,so daß das halbe Bad schwamm. Das war keinesfalls ein Superior Zimmer. Ich war schon ca. 20 mal im Hotel Alcide, meist Standard Zimmer die geräumiger waren. Ich vermute dass es kein Superior Zimmer war. Frühstück Super, auch alles andere war wie gewohnt hervorragend .Gruß Wilhelm Ulber . Reiseplannummer 728 6059 5535 038

Ottima x chi deve fare laser occhi,40 MT di distanza,punti da migliorare infissi vecchi con vetri singoli,quindi si sente il rumore della strada sotto,essendo in una strada principale(usare tappi orecchie)e materassi troppo duri.parcheggio anche sulle strade vicine però bisogna stare attenti ai cartelli delle pulizie strada x non avere una multa

Goed verzorgd hotel, schoon, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt en op loopafstand van “oude” centrum, daarnaast makkelijk parkeren in de omgeving. Verwacht geen luxe grote kamers. Voor de prijs gewoon goed.

Mi sono recata a Poggibonsi per un intervento al Siena EyeLaser, l'hotel è situato esattamente accanto alla clinica, quindi è di estrema comodità. La struttura è ben ubicata, nelle vicinanze vi sono ristoranti, bar e soprattutto diversi parcheggi liberi, il che non è affatto da sottovalutare. Gli spazi sono ben tenuti, l'arredamento piuttosto "classico", il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La mia stanza deluxe era tra le più ampie in termini di metratura e aveva 2 piccoli bagni, era pulita e ben organizzata. C'era tutto l'essenziale, asciugamani, phon, kit di cortesia con saponi, creme e cuffie per doccia. Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile. Qualche pecca e qualche suggerimento: - la moquette della stanza era visibilmente macchiata e rovinata, alcuni dettagli non si addicono ad un hotel a 4 stelle nel 2023. Si può pensare a migliorie nello stile e nell'arredamento (mobilio bagni quasi assente, rubinetteria, specchi e mensole datati e rovinati). - essendo in una zona trafficata c'è sempre un brusio di sottofondo e soprattutto al mattino si rischia di essere svegliati dal traffico. Probabilmente, colpa anche delle finestre con profili in ottone vecchio stampo che non sono particolarmente robuste e non garantiscono isolamento né acustico né termico.

The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own. The beds and pillows were good. We would stay here again!

Io posso dire di essere stato molto bene. Comodo per chi come me ha fatto l'operazione nella clinica Siena Eye Laser proprio di fronte. Letti comodi. Il punto di forza è il ristorante dove io ho mangiato molto bene e i camerieri sempre disponibili e alla mano.

Albergo preso in promozione last minute pernun viaggio di passaggio ma e stata una piacevole sorpresa, l'albergo è datato ma tentuo bene, il peesonale è super genitile cordiale e disponibile, nota eccellente il ristorante, con un menu buonissimo e prezzi assolutamente in linea rispetto a quanto mangiato

La posizione è ottima per le nostre necessita. Il fatto che fosse in ristrutturazione, probabilmente, non ci ha fatto godere dei suoi momenti migliori. Il servizio colazione è molto scarso. Avrei almeno gradito un caffè decente, invece le macchinette automatiche erogano bevande del livello americano più scarso. Peccato. Il personale è gentile.

The stay was fine overall, but the road very noisy because of thin windows. Also, even in May, the airconditioning isn't turned on as the hotel still classifies it as "winter" season... so the room was very hot at 26 degrees celcius and no way to cool it. I got a superior room and it was identical to my friends' room who got a standard - so don't bother with the superior.
