Great views at the rooftop, excellent location, the staff is very friendly, liked the concept of the restaurant that is also a vinyl music store.

Hotel looks ran down, poor maintenance. Carpets look old and dirty, wall are scratched painted maybe 10 years ago. Roof top area is in very bad shape does not look like the picture, not an area where you can hang around and chill. Staff and restaurant area quite good

Solo tengo un tema en específico y es que tienen que entender que son hotel y no un centro de espectaculos. Eventos en planta baja y azotea y no dejan usar agusto las áreas, restaurante lleno que no dejan lugar a huespedes y mejor salimos a otro lado. Tienen alberca pero pues no la dejan usar por lo mismo de los evento , recomiendo mejor quiten que tienen alberca y se evitan problemas El hotel es super centrico y agradable, buen personal solo si en restaurante tienen un pesimo roomservice , no contestan y cuando lo hacen te lleva las cosas incompletas .

Estaría bien que abrieran el área de alberca más temprano

Desde que llegamos no estaba lista la habitación, tuvimos que esperar. La idea era pasar la tarde en la terraza con alberca aprovechando el sol y estaba cerrada por dos eventos que había, de hecho nos salimos mejor y no pasamos la noche ahí.

The location is the best part of this hotel! It’s a little bit of a mystery to find the lobby and the hallways are a bit skiddish but overall is good for the price. Parking included is a plus !

Al parecer el hotel esta en remodelación y no es muy buenas condiciones. El ultimo piso se renta al publico para fiestas y todos las noches se nos dificultaba dormir por el ruido. No hay seguridad, por lo mismo de que se renta para eventos cualquier persona puede entrar y salir. Los cuartos si estaban amplios y limpios. La ubicacion también es buena, hay buenos lugares para comer, salir de noche y también para ir de compras.

Elevator was broken and we were on the third level. So we checked out early and they refused to refund the “extra” night for early check out. Hotels.com blamed the hotel staff, hotel staff blamed Hotels.com. Hotel staff would not answer their phone for Hotels.com to resolve while we were there

En general buen hotel , solo pesimo servicio de personal de restaurante , el elevador estaba fuera de servicio , pero tenian opcion de botones para el equipaje. Fuero de esto es buena opción y muy centrico

Habitacion sucia, no muy cómoda en la disposición de la habitación (baño, faltan muebles más útiles). Parece un hotel de paso, pasillos también con paredes sucias, puertas rotas, etc. Estacionamiento terriblemente pequeño e incómodo.

The hotel and room floors were horrible. Sheets clean. But rest of the hotel room not clean and the sofa horrible stingy the and it needs a lot of maintenance. The photos on website not close at all.

The hotel looked like they don’t clean it often, the hallways were dirty looked like they hadn’t vacuumed in a long time. The flor in the room was dirty, and there were stains in the little sofa. The only good thing is the location, everything is is far from being a boutique hotel.

El hotel el terrible. Nada que ver con las fotos. Las sillas están rotas, las camas desportilladas, sábanas sucias, humedad en las paredes y en la ducha y ni siquiera hay jabón en la ducha. La puerta del baño ni cerraba. Las pasillos están deteriorados y la recepción parece un hostal. La verdad muy malo el hotel. Me tocó salirme después de la primera noche y perder la plata ya que tampoco accedieron a hacer una devolución parcial por las malas condiciones. No lo recomiendo ni cinco.

The room was unfortunately not properly cleaned (floor stains), smelled of very harsh cleaning products upon arrival. The hotel’s condition has deteriorated significantly since my last stay in 2021. For example, the shower tiles needed to be re-grouted, the glass door hinge for the toilet room should be re-installed/checked, and the ac was leaking onto the seating area underneath. There was also about two feet of flooring baseboard missing upon entering the room. The closets dont have hangers yet there’s hanging space… having said all this, the service / people that work there are great!!! The location is also nice!!!

Los cuartos no son como en las fotos. En general está muy sucio

Hair and lipstick stains in bed and shower. Not sanitary.

Un hotel pequeño con una limpieza de habitaciones extraordinaria. La cama, almohadas y ropa de cama de buena calidad y muy cómodos. El área de toilette impecable, una ducha muy cómoda. La decoración industrial moderna limpia y agradable. El café de la habitación no es recomendable. El personal de la recepción poco atento y menos dispuesto a ayudar. Falta, en general, una buena ventilación en todas las áreas que elimine el olor de productos desinfectantes, insecticidas y otros. ESE es el único problema del lugar.

Place is not very well taken care of. Hallway carpets were dirty with trash that had not been picked up. Food plates outside rooms left there for days. Rooms inside are okay. Pretty clean and spacious. Location is great.

El hotel nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, los pasillos están en un estado insalubre, muy sucio, hasta con agujeros en las paredes y piso/alfombra mal pegado y muy sucio, daba hasta asco pisar/ver. No lo recomiendo para nada, esperábamos una cosa totalmente diferente. Pésima atención, pedí una almohada extra y no me la pudieron dar y un día no me hicieron limpieza del cuarto hasta las 6pm.

Desde que entras al hotel se ve muy sucio todo ,el sillón del cuarto estaba todo sucio ,no servía la caja de seguridad y en general se sentía sucio .No recomendable

It's ok - pretty minimalist inside, but clean and modern. You have to hang your clothes in an open plan bathroom area, probably too small for a couple, which is something I am not used too. Shower was nice and large, heated up quickly. But there was no door handle signs, so the cleaner tried to come into the room when I was in the shower. Bed was large, comfortable with quality sheets. The TV looked rather small when you sat in bed, but not a major issue. A bit of noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs, I was on the 1st floor, but it didn't go on too late in the evening. There's blackout curtains so it was nice and dark for sleeping in the morning. Tried the inclusive breakfast, watched TV for 10 minutes before someone served me even though is was almost empty, then got charged for a dish because it was not on their inclusive options (wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu) - food was decent though. The restaurant looked pretty cool, lots of records on the wall and for sale. I usually stay at the NH Collection across the street, so this was to have a change. Whilst this was more trendy place with free valet parking, I think I prefer the other hotel overall, so unlikely to come back for my next visit, but will try again one day. So not terrible by any means, a lot of plus points and a few niggles, but there's room for improvement to make it stand out from the neighboring hotels.

Nunca tuve red de wifi en mi habitación

muy buena ubicacion, muy buen servicio al cliente en general y la habitación comoda, limpieza buena. La unica queja es que hacen muchos eventos en la terraza, y el ruido es molesto si lo que buscas es descansar.......

Se me hizo lindo para una noche de negocios, sin embargo se ve más bonito en las fotos. La tina eso sí fue lo mejor, se llena rápido y con agua caliente.

Muy buena ubicación, cama muy cómoda

Me hospedé por la ubicación del hotel. En general, las habitaciones son amplias, silenciosas y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Sin embargo, tanto el edificio como las áreas comunes y las habitaciones requieren algo de mantenimiento. No se percibe sucio, pero sí se nota la falta de pintura en algunos lugares y ciertos detalles que no están bien fijados o parecen inconclusos. En resumen, para un viaje corto el hotel es perfecto; solo recomendaría dar mayor mantenimiento a esos aspectos.

El hotel está bien ubicado y fácil de llegar, hay muchas tiendas y súper cerca, es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario, solo un poco de ruido porque hay algunos bares cerca, lo único que no me gustó es que el baño no tiene privacidad, son puertas de cristal que no cierran bien lo demás bastante bien

The place does not have good service. I arrived 6pm and the room wasnt ready. I had a meeting to attend at 7:30pm and only have one hour to freshenup. The staff didn’t care, nor offered compensation or anything. De real guest had the same problem

Me gustó mucho la habitación, el personal es eficiente y atento y el desayuno incluido muy bueno.

Me dieron la habitación hasta 6 horas después. No se podían utilizar instalaciones. Y no l teléfono ml sirvió nunca. Y me dieron un late check out de 1/2 hora y me iban a toca la puerta.

Quise desayunar ahí, estuve esperando quien me atendiera y nadie lo hizo, incluso la persona de limpieza fue a llamar al mesero y nunca vino, opté por retirarme, pasaron 15 minutos!, creo que esperé demasiado, al rededor del hotel hay otras opciones

El hotel es cómodo y bien ubicado, sin embargo el servicio por parte de recepción es malo , tardan en responder a una petición o dejan pasar lo solicitado. Si mejorara el personal con respecto a la atención a los clientes sería mucho mejor. Calificación final 8

Staff was wonderful

The staff are incredible here. They are the main reason this is the first place I look to make a reservation when I am in Monterrey. All the other amenities make it an easy choice as well!

Todo muy bien pero a la hora de bajar a desayunar tuve que ir los dos dias de mi estancia a buscar al mesero para que tomara mi orden, perdí 20 minutos el primer día solo para ordenar

Buena ubicación. El desayuno muy bien pero es un hotel también de ejecutivos y el desayuno debería servirse 7:00am y no 7:30am. La alfombra del hotel muy sucia, La cama y almohadas demasiado suaves la atención en restaurante mala y no tienen cucharas. Sirven el desayuno con cubiertos deshechables en su "hotel boutique". La atención en recepción muy mala. El servicio de room sevice por whatsapp pésimo. No contestan. Me quedé aquí por la ubicación, la tarifa fue buena y en las fotos se veía muy bien. Pero definitivamente son imágenes engañosas. Ni de chiste el hotel es como en las fotos y no me pareció que tenga el nivel de un holiday inn o fiesta inn siquiera. Recomendaría que reserven en otro lugar. La publicidad es muy engañosa.

Céntrica en San Pedro Garza, frente a plazas comerciales y excelentes restaurantes, buenas vías de comunicación

Perfect Location Safe

We love this hotel and stay every year because of the look and feel of the rooms and Restaurant and the location where you can walk to 2 dinning and shopping areas.

This place is well located in San Pedro G.G., but 4-star it is not. The lobby is dirty and in bad shape, as are the hallways. The rooms are admittedly cleaner and tasteful, but nothing to write home about. I’d come back if the price were right, but it’s not high on my list of favorite places to stay in Monterrey. Really great location though.

Me gustó el concepto del lugar, la amabilidad del personal del hotel y las habitaciones. No me gustó que el desayuno se sirva hasta las 8 am, yo realicé un viaje de trabajo y escogí ese hotel por el desayuno incluido, pero no pude participar porque lo sirven tarde, y yo salí más temprano. No me gustó del todo el trato del personal del restaurante, de los meseros.

The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. The hotel needs some remodeling.

Ha decaído muchísimo la calidad de la comida en el restaurante, por buscar ahorros han bajado la calidad de los alimentos pero el precio sigue igual , temas tan absurdos como llevar a la mesa un agua mineral en vaso sin gas por ahorrarse el comprar y servir latas o botellas individuales , este tema entre muchos otros .

Muchas gracias al hotel por el buen trato que nos dieron. El tipo de habitación que nos asignaron en un inicio no fue del todo de nuestro agrado porque era un poco oscura, pero rápidamente nos dieron una solución. Todo estaba muy limpio, el staff muy amable, los desayunos deliciosos y la ventaja de tener estacionamiento gratis es un súper plus.

Estupendo hotel boutique con un ambiente moderno y cuidado. Excelente atención del personal y un muy cuidado servicio de restauración.

Pros: La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda, otro gran beneficio es la ubicación. Cons: al hacer check-in no se nos mencionó el desayuno incluido ni el límite de horario de servicio por lo cual lo perdimos de igual manera no se nos brindó información clara sobre el uso de la alberca hasta que bajamos a preguntar (misma que estaría disponible solo horas debido a un evento). Recomendaría colocar mini refri, los pasillos requieren mantenimiento la alfombra y paredes se sienten descuidados. De igual manera actualizar los televisores a smart tv.

Carpets in hallways are terribly dirty. Breakfast was not ready at 7:30 PM when we were told. When we arrived we were told the cook came in late and it was going to take 1hr more.
