Very clean establishment. 10 minutes from onset Beach and 7 minutes to buzzards bay park, Very convenient and great location. The first thing i noticed when walking into my room was the fresh scent of clean linens. Other reviews mentioned "a weird smell" but its definitely the clean linens. The ceilings could use updated paint as it was peeling but honestly that doesn't matter to me. Im not picky as long as the place is clean and i dont see bugs im happy. Unfortunately, the ice machine was not in service, however, luckily there is a store right next door so i bought ice. There is also a restaurant next door but very limited options. I ordered Dominos instead 🙃 i enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall happy with my stay and happy i had a sliding door that led outside with plenty of chairs to hangout, smoke, drink etc.

We came to the hotel to visit Martha's Vineyard. There was a lot of parking available. We stayed for two nights. While the room was very spacious, the carpets were not 100% clean. No body cleaned the room while we were away. Breakfast was minimal but we liked it. The price could beower at this time of the season.

I was disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. The toilet had blood on it and other dirty spots I had clean before I could use it. Lots of spiders too. I killed 3 in the bathroom and one on my nightstand. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The arm chair in the room was as hard as a brick. Very disappointed in that. The hot and cold water to the sink were backwards. The shower head was off center in the bathroom. The room smelled bad. The outside grounds of the property are very beautiful. Getting to the location from the roundabout in heavy traffic was difficult for me. I did not know the area so it took 3 try’s but I finally made it. The are you turn into to get to the hotel has large potholes the need repaired. There was no safe in the room either. I suppose it’s because they don’t come to your room unless you request it. Also I was very disappointed that the hot tub was empty and not available. That’s one reason I chose this hotel. The pool was too cold to use. They are both inside so it was sad it was so cold. I will not stay here again. I do not recommend the hotel.

We were assigned the second floor with no elevator and no ramp. We are old and could not carry our bags up. We asked for a first floor and she told us another $269 for the change. What a rip off. So we had to just take our clothes and bathroom stuff up separately to the room.

Staff were really nice . Room was spacious and the balcony was a pleasant surprise . The bathrooms were clean and room service is upon request if you are staying more than a day . The free breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub was clean and safe .

Very surprised it was so run down not what I was expecting staff was very nice but overall stained sheets carpet it smelled the curtain wouldn’t shut all the way electrical was off heard ticking noise all night had to push button on wall for air or heat to reset outlet free breakfast don’t eat it! It’s sad to say because staff was very nice and accommodating

Clean, basic room, however as soon as we walked in it smelled of mildew. There is water damage on the baseboards next to the patio door. Walls are thin. Breakfast is basic with waffle, bread and bagels, yogurt. No eggs. Didn't get to use the pool.

First room we found hair on bed and a bra strap with handcuffs by the headboard …. front desk said wow one day off and I miss it all … second room had blood on sheets no apology , asked what can be done he said I’ll ask the manager in the morning to have rooms cleaned , third room good I will be calling in the morning for a refund so disgusting

Clean, well-maintained and newly remodeled older hotel. Had everything we look for- breakfast, pool, hot tub. Not fancy but really nice. Location not picturesque but quiet and easy access to surrounding area. Definitely worth the nice price.

If your looking for a comfortable place to stay during your visit ,this is not it. The armchair in the room was very hard to sit on, ,the computer chair was no better, no padding in seat,, you could feel the screws in the seat infact we had to put a pillow on it to be able to sit on it. The heater in room wasn't working, we finally found out it had tripped the switch, and when we got it working it was so noisy , it kept waking us up during the night. Then to top it off most of the screws were missing in the bathroom door so you had to lift the door to close it. We have stayed at alot of Quality Inns in the past but have never had an experience as bad as this one. Will not be recommending this Quality Inn to anyone.

My husband and I traveled from FL to Cape Cod for a wedding anniversary and we’re very happy with this facility. The king size bed goes along with a king sized room and it is very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and they offer a continental style breakfast plus you can eat at the restaurant right on the premises. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fine except that the heater thermostat was broken. I had to get up every hour to turn the heater on and off repeatedly. As it was in the teens the night we stayed, it was kind of important to have a functioning heater. We really enjoyed the Bridge View Grill which is attached to the hotel.

Expedia charged us when we booked online. Quality Inn charged us again when we registered. I’ve been double charged the same room. Furthermore, we were shopping in a specific area for a hotel. When paid for the room neglected to realize it was in an area 20 miles away. Generally speaking a terrible experience.

The check-in staff was great, there was no staff in the morning to check out! The free breakfast was less than stellar and the coffee was terrible

Checked in 2 hrs early after driving all night. Was told after they ran my cc that they charged me $75 for early check in. Air conditioning in the room did not work. Was told it has to work its brand new. It did not work. Staff did not care. Hotel was clean. But staff was awful. Pub and grill connected to the hotel was amazing, great food and staff there

Lisa, James, William and Julie were all outstanding in service and hospitality. We will definitely stay here again because we were treated like royalty. Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond making our special order grilled sword fish...mmmm good...and the red wine hit the spot!!!

This quality inn is independently owned an operated. They do not follow the same rules as other choice brands. The charge additional fee for every small thing. Change of towels, cleaning the room before every three days, if there was an extra guest. Overall clean space, functional for a quick stay. Easy check-in process. The check-out process before 10am was complicated. You had to call a number to get someone to the front desk.

The staff very friendly and very polite. He knew when I arrived and call us by our last name. I loved that! Made me feel good and he explained the areas and beverages available. The room was clean and cosy!

Staffs are nice for the most part. At times, there was some inconvenience with some needs of supplies. Couldn’t get any towels/ bedsheet because either front desk doesn’t have access to supply room or I have to wait until the next morning.

Person at front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in. Person I ran into in the hall on my way returning pool towels took them from me since he was going that way and when circuit breaker went off, person came up to room to make sure all was set. Attached restaurant/bar had great food and people at the bar were interesting and engaging. All in all, a great stay.

The room was fine. However the breakfast was dreadful. The on-line listing for this place stated free breakfast. However, after we had signed up and paid, we received an email stating the breakfast would be limited to the "continental" variety due to "supply chainl" difficulties. Supply chain? That sounded like an incredibly weak excuse -- and the breakfast was even more meager than one would expect for continental. Terribly disappointing experience. We had a cup of coffee and left in search of a diner that would serve an adequate breakfast. This situation was beneath the standards of Quality Inn.

The room was fine except that the heater thermostat was broken. I had to get up every hour to turn the heater on and off repeatedly. As it was in the teens the night we stayed, it was kind of important to have a functioning heater. We really enjoyed the Bridge View Grill which is attached to the hotel.

They advertise that breakfast is included then sent an email that it is not. Only provided coffee and juice. Heater was iffy. Rug in front of the sliding glass door was cold and wet. I was there in January!

Upon getting to the hotel I was surprised to find no one around anywhere. There was a phone number to call for help. When I called I was directed to leave a message and I would be gotten back to. The person that checked me in was very pleasant. Went to my room and found it tidy and clean. The problem started when I found out my ROOM DOOR DID NOT LOCK when I left it the next morning!! ANYONE COULD WALK IN ANYTIME!! Luckily the safety and deadbolt worked enough to allow me to sleep that night. I mentioned the door not locking to the night person and he wrote a note for maintenance. Upon checking out there was no one around to with once again. I noticed that another door across the hall had the same issue of not closing fully. I will never stay here again and would find myself questioning any future stays at Quality Inns.

This was a decent hotel. There was a continental breakfast that consisted of waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt and some fruit. It was a good quick option. It was close to where I needed to be for the weekend.

Great room and friendly staff. Right off the Bourne bridge rotary so it’s close to everywhere you want to go. Great restaurant/pub right next door - literally a door away from the lobby hallway, so it’s great.

Wasn’t expecting much so the bar was low, and the hotel delivered about what I expected. Towels that were at least 5 years old, hallway carpeting from a decade ago, crater size holes in the driveway left over from the blizzard of 1978, a prototypical 1980 highway motel. The next dollar they spend in upgrading will be the first dollar they spent this century.
