Diamond INN

So I recently booked a 3 night stay here, but apparently, its easier for them to charge per day than accept an upfront total payment now. Luckily, that is how I was able to get away from this motel after only one night. I got assigned to room 217, which I had a few months ago and really hated at the time. And after one night, I hated it even more. GOOD: *Staff was friendly *The bed was comfortable. *There were no roaches or ants coming out of the sink like before (though I think it was because it had just rained) BAD: *The bedsheets had several holes, several long strand of hair, and I'm guessing 2 small dried up blood spots that bleach didn't get out. I ended up laying down some paper towels to avoid touching those things. *Loud guest kept walking by after midnight, or chatting near the railing, making it hard to get any sleep. *Internet was spotty *Extremely strong smell of tobacco in the room and on the walls. Even after opening the windows and half a can of Febreeze, the smell lingered all through my stay to the point that I was getting nauseous *The TV malfunctioned several time, *There was a very obvious "Torta of the night" who was hanging around the back in the late afternoon to nighttime waiting on a "pounder", At one point, she was blocking the stairs and I had to walk the long way around to access the only other stairs to get to my room. Seriously, I can't recommend this motel anymore. Even if there was a 90% off sale, I'd rather sleep in my car.

Room very spacious, comfortable King bed. Was only there 5 hrs. Had to sleep and go to work early. Need to have smoking rooms available

The only thing good about this location was that it was close to universal studios. Sheets were dirty, rooms were dirty, on top of that the other guests were loud and woke us up in the middle of the night.
