The pool closed early and was really cold they didn't not provide blankets for the pull out couch in which my kids were on and the wifi never connected .

they should take the pool pictures off. and specify on 3rd party that pool does not work.

The whole reason I picked this hotel was the indoor pool. Come to find out the pool was and had been closed because there was a hole in the ceiling. It would have been nice to know this before booking. Also when we get there no one tells us but we have to inquire about the wifi which too was down. No discount no offer to upgrade room no nothing to try and accommodate the lack of amenities. I have 2 little boys and that was the 1 thing they were looking forward to. Granted it wasn't the staffs fault but the hotel could've discounted the room or something considering those are 2 reasons why people would choose that hotel. Or at the very least offer to let me out of my reservations with no penalty so I could go elsewhere. Just not very happy with this property not letting guests know that the amenities they advertise were not in service or working. A bit misleading.

Hotel was very quiet and bed was just perfect comfort level. Was alittle disappointed the food pantry and beverage was not available. Pool was not available bcuz someone broke handicap chair and exposed the wires.

1st-day noisy a/c unit, 2nd-day fire alarm go off for hours and no key to shut it off, the 3rd-day elevator breaks down, 4th-day water heater breaks cold showers, 5th-day hot water heater still broken cold showers and 6th-day time to go home to Baltimore. No credit, no refund - just a big bust. This building looks good on the outside but the inside needs a major renovation. Shut it down.

Made a trip to for the weekend so my husband and I could help our son install new windows on his home. Upon arriving to the hotel,(Friday)the front desk attendant explained to us that there was an internet issue, that there was no pool, and that the elevators were out of order. But looked at our booking and said, "Oh, no need to worry, because we have you in a room on the first floor." (no big deal to us, but certainly an issue to someone that couldn\'t possibly use the stairs. Our first two nights were fine. Woke up in the morning and took a shower and then immediately left the hotel to go spend the day at our sons house to demo and install the windows. After a full days work we didn\'t arrive back at the hotel till past 12 am. We just decided to crash and go to sleep. After anticipating an evening of good rest, there was nothing better to look forward to than a nice warm shower in the morning before catching our flight back home. To our surprise, the next morning, there was NO hot water. So unfortunately we were not able to clean and leave as we expected. During the check out process, we complained about the issue to only be apologized to and explained that their hot water tanks are down and that they couldn\'t find someone to fix the issue over the weekend. (NO Notice was given) Leaving very disappointed (and dirty) we had asked if we could get some sort of compensation. We were told that our issue would be known to the manager. Nothing was ever solved towards our stay :(

Very clean and comfortable. They were having issues with the wifi and one outlet wasn't working. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

They advertise an indoor pool, show beautiful pictures of the pool, and show raving reviews of their pool. The pool has been closed for over a year, and does not state this on the Expedia website. This is false advertising. I have requested a refund through Expedia, but the Hotel manager has declined my request and has not provided a remedy for the inconvenience.

I called a few days prior to ask if the pool was open and they said yes when we got there for our weekend we found out the pool was closed for construction, if we would of knwn that we wouldn’t of had booked it we have a 6yr old that lives the pool and that is the reason why we always try to book a hotel with pool!

The room cleanliness is good. I don’t have the issues that I have read on other reviews. I stayed one week. Breakfast was fully stocked each morning (including Thanksgiving Day) with sausage and/or bacon and scrambled eggs, Texas shaped waffles, toast bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, dry cereal and milk, and fresh fruit - bananas, apples, and tangerines. The indoor areas were all very clean every day. One day housekeeping forgot to freshen our towels but the desk clerk happily provided fresh ones. The sundries area had a good stock of toiletries plus beverages and snacks. The room had refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot plus sufficient charging outlets for smart watch, cell phone, and hearing aids. The parking lot is well lighted. Even though I was traveling alone and sometimes coming in at night, the area appeared safe and well attended. All of the laundry rooms were said to be out of order and the indoor pool was closed. I did not use the indoor gym because it was in a remote corner of the building. I was visiting family in the area and found this location to be convenient as it is near Walmart, movie theater, and other shopping areas.

When i arrived it was my second hotel i booked due to the poor condition of the first. There was still toothpaste present in the sink from the prior people who stayed and hand bands, most likely indicating they didn't really clean the room but i was so burned out and tired from already switching hotels, i dealt with it but wont be paying 120$ for this hotel again

We stayed in room 402 and it seemed pretty clean. My only concern was something super sticky stuck into the carpet next the head of the first queen bed closet to the couch. And the toilet seat had dried droplets of urine on it from the previous guests. That part was an easy clean and didn’t let us bother me because the rest of the room was in pretty good condition and the beds were amazing!

There were repeated issues with an extension of one day to my original reservation which I made well in advance. The reception personnel communicated with me 4 different times at the end of my original reservation checkout date regarding the additional day even though I was assured each and every time it was resolved. It was truly an example of the foot having no idea of what the hand is doing. Additionally, I was moved once upon arrival due to issues with my room (cleanliness and a malfunctioning toilet) while ending up in a room with terrible stains on the room’s carpet. Finally, after one morning’s breakfast of cold eggs and sausage I opted to bring in my own food. The unfortunate reality is that this hotel has tremendous potential, but fails to meet some basic maintenance and management requirements. In short, I will not stay again even though I make frequent trips to the area to visit family.

The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet had feces all over, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, there was a bar of soap with hair all over it in the shower. There was crumbs on the couch, trash and q-tips on the floor. There was something all over the sheets. I told the person at the front desk and she said she was typing all these notes for her manager to see what she wanted her to do. Common sense would have been to have housekeeping sent up to the room and cleaned immediately but no such luck. The manager never contacted me. Housekeeping visited the next day asking if I needed towels and I had them clean the bathroom. I will never stay here again.

Didn’t eat breakfast there. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

BED BUGS This hotel has bed bugs

The room very obviously had not been vacuumed, the surfaces were all sticky and the coffee maker had mold and an old coffee filter pack in it. The light on the window side of the bed was burned out. I took the old bulb down to get a replacement and they didnt have any like it at the front desk.

The hotel was filthy. Walking from front door through lobby to the dirty elevator I felt like I needed hand sanitizer. Makes you wonder if the rooms are that clean. I would only stay there a minimum of one night and only for an emergency in that area. Please clean your hotel up for appearance at least.

Property seemed old, even though parts were updated. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The toilet constantly ran, and had rust stains in the bowl. Space of room was good. But poor amenities.

didnt like that a staff members kids were sick in breakfast area and touching, coughing all over the food. Saw roach in wall walls in room had large patched spots. bed was very comfortable. front desk clerk Brittany was extremely professional.

The USB outlet did not work and I did not have a regular plug, very disappointing. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and a good value for the area. I do not like hotels with only one elevator. That is one strike. The thermostat on the HVAC unit had so much deadband in it the room was never comfortable temperature wise. Other than that, everything was as expected from a Comfort Inn.

Staff is amazing friendly and helpful. The holtel needs remodelation is outdated beds are comfortable

Staff were very kind throughout the stay. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, sausage was dry but the eggs were hot and fresh. Offered strawberry waffle mix, which was pretty cool. Room was big, bed was comfortable and all the linens and towels were clean and stocked. Noisy guests were up late stomping around above us, and up early stomping around. Honestly impressive how long they did it. Not staffs fault and they handled the complaint very well.

The hotel was nice and well maintained and clean. The clerk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was too hard, but the pillows were great. There were no drinks on site except water......and the breakfast wasn't very good. But overall it was well worth the money, and I would stay here again.

Hotel.com mess up my reservations and Alex the desk Clerk helped us get everything straight. He could have sent us away stating we did not take your money Hotel.com took it but he didn’t. He was on the phone with hotel.com for over 4 hours along with my wife and I . I have use there services for over 10 year with out any problems but this was one of worst experiences I have had with this site.

The women at the front desk ruined my opinion and desire to stay at this location ever again. She canceled my booking to update the “occupants” which were never an issue before.. We booked a double queen. I put 1 adult as the “traveler” the number of occupants doesn’t change the price or the room. However according to her, it does and she wanted to charge an additional fees. The owner didn’t do this to me the first time I visited. So why would she? I disagreed and said I wouldn’t pay an extra fee. that I wanted to speak with the owner again. She asked for my email and said “oh no, I messed something up big time, I need Rajesh to fix it” I said not a prob. I’ll come back later. Well, she canceled the entire reservation. This tied up the funds. Leaving me and my kids in a situation. It took 4 days to receive my refund. And I’ve yet to get my holding fee back from them from two weeks ago. Cockroaches, broken fixtures, leaking pipes, dirty floors, maintenance workers who barge into rooms with out knocking and poor service made my opinion change. Won’t be staying again. The bathrooms leak. The pipes shake. Dirty floors poorly cleaned

Night staff was unfriendly. Day staff provided an excellent breakfast. Room had cracked tiles and paint was peeling.

All the staff we encountered during our 8 night stay were very friendly. Breakfast buffet could use a few more options but was otherwise sufficient. Will stay again during our next visit. We have previously stayed in the other two hotels in that immediate area, but the Comfort Inn is the best of the three.

Hotel was very clean and located in a nice Quiet area. The shower head needs to be replaced to get an even spray. It currently has one large area and lots of large radius.

Conveniently located near family who are stationed at Fort Hood. Close to many restaurants and stores. We had a quiet 4th floor room and the housekeeping staff respected our privacy. All the staff we encountered during our 8 night stay were very friendly. Breakfast buffet could use a few more options but was otherwise sufficient. Will stay again during our next visit. We have previously stayed in the other two hotels in that immediate area, but the Comfort Inn is the best of the three.

I liked it was located in walking distance to Walmart ,Restaurants.
